    For the current occasion: Simferopol, a town at Crimean Peninsula. Very early Alpha of a terrain that covers the Crimean Peninsula, parts of the Black Sea and the southern Ukraine. I think i will make it as a NavalMap=True, so that the US Navy will have the chance to shooting at the russian bases at the Crimean Peninsula.

    Dear Great War Pilots! We have some awesome news to share with you in today’s DD. The images below are the first to show the Sopwith Snipe and Siemens-Schuckert D.IV Collector Planes we have in development. They are being built by our friends at Ugra Media with our supervision and they are coming along quickly. The Snipe’s external is looking good and the cockpit is well under way, but not ready for a public reveal yet. The SS.D.IV is in a less developed state, but it’s coming along nicely. Both of these are challenging little birds to build, as great reference material is sparse, but when complete they will represent the pinnacle of WWI fighter design at the time of the Armistice. These are also the first truly new aircraft for Flying Circus that were not made for Rise of Flight in the past and we think you will really enjoy them! Both of these will be made available for Pre-Order soon, now that they have made significant process in their development. More about these two interesting warbirds as development progresses.     F-5E For Strike Fighters 2 "Early versions pack" Version History: v.1.0: First public release. Early versions without later refinements like RWR. DESCRIPTION: This addon can thank its release to the work of two talented individuals, FastCargo and BPao. FastCargo created the F-5F two seaters and BPao was the man behind the original Mirage Factory F-5E model. I was fortunate enough to get permission to work on these source models, with the goals of marrying the F-5E front section to the F-5F engine and wings which were quite a lot more detailed. It was supposed to be a quick project. One year later: I have completely reworked the F-5E nose, added a lot of stuff on the original fuselage and detailed both original templates to have higher detail textures. Meanwhile Sophocles graciously allowed me to use his superb F-5A cockpit as a basis to build my F-5E cockpit, in which I have also used parts based on FastCargos unfinished T-38 cockpit. Included is two versions of the earlier production F-5E: a basic version dubbed '72 and an export specific version with a larger vertical stabilizator and spine antenna. This version is dubbed '74L (L for large vertical stablizator). Happy flying!     Banidos TA 50 (SU-57) This is a model of the prototype of the TA 50 (SU 57) created by AleDucat, the model is beta, this means that it has not been tested enough, it may have missing parts and some inconveniences, (none affects anything in the simulator) the installation method is the standard one, copy the contents of each folder into the corresponding folders in your simulator installation. The flight model is super unstable, this means that you can perform cobra, super cobra and rotate like a juggler's baton. if you press the vectoring key (as used on helicopters and harriers) the model will deploy the refueling zone and become more stable. For animation reasons, the cockpit is unfolded with the key to unfold the mooring hook. The center bays deploy automatically when firing a radar guidance missile. In order to engage and fire infrared missiles housed in the wing root wells, you must open them with the key that corresponds to the openings of common wells. the model is the prototype, remove the pitot t antennas that the working model does not bring from the ini files.     Dear Pilots and Tankers, Today’s DD is a collection of images of new content in development by our partners such as Ugra Media, DigitalForms and others. First, we have a few very much WIP images from the C-47 cockpit being built by Ugra Media. As you can she its coming along nicely and it will add a new dimension to Allied air operations! Next, we have some amazing cutaway shots of the Churchill Mk.IV tank being built by our partners at DigitalForms. The engineering and work they do for Tank Crew models is simply the best in the business. Looking great! They are also working on the Stug III which as you can see is not as complete as the Churchill, but the modeling is just as detailed. Here are a few shots of some sub-assemblies. Finally, we have the Sd. Kfz. 234 which is built by a collection of professional modelers we call Luchin Team. This armored vehicle will be on the Normandy battleground later this summer.     After nearly 6 years since my proof of concept experiments with the TOD files I'm ready to release a first version of the TODEditor (could almost be a nominee for the Duke Nukem Forever Award ). Main Features: Easy editing of TOD files: cut/copy/paste, moving and rotating of objects Import of object models files: *.lod, *.obj or *.3ds Warning: Use at your own risk. The TODEditor is currently in an early beta stage and can contain serious bugs. So, please backup your terrain files before you work with the TODEditor. I have warned you! The program is free for whatever use (commercial or personal). Installation: Extract the content of the zip package to a convenient location. The TODEditor depends on the Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 C++ libraries. If not already installed on the computer (e.g. by other applications) they have to be installed by running vcredist_x64.exe (you can find it in the redist subfolder of this package). Start the program by double click the todeditor.exe. For further information see TODEditor_readme.txt.     This is a rendition of the VF-111 CAG aircraft, year unknown. KNOWN ISSUES: The shark mouth is a "best fit" and not totally accurate for rivet counters. It was a hit or miss more or less in figuring out the mapping for the nose and this is the best I can come up with. Also the tail insignia isn't matching, again due to mapping issues. I had hoped to represent the tails better but this is what I could come up with. It's not as forgiving as the TMF bird in terms of texture mapping. Simply follow the file structure and go fly. It can be found under "VF-111 CAG" in the skin selection menu.

    BOEING B-47E STRATOJET by COYOTE AEROSPACE This is a semi historical mod to represent the B-47E through its career as SACs most numerous bomber. It is semi historical because there were so many variations on equipment and markings across 1300+ aircraft over its 12 year career that it is impossible to accurately represent all of them. Instead, all major units that could be represented are (in other skin packs) and the general paint schemes used during the appropriate eras are modded for the forward deployments known as Operation REFLEX. Further, new nuclear weapons have been included. To keep file sizes down somewhat, unit skins will be release by numbered air force and available in the SF2 Skins download section INSTALLATION unzip installation folder cut and paste to desired mods folder allow overwrites (some effects and weapons mainly) IF YOU HAVE THE B28 NUCLEAR WEAPONS ALREADY FROM ANOTHER MOD use caution. I have set the nuclear weapons to a specific station code as NUC. Again, there were 1300+ aircraft built, and 6 phases for upgrades. The (53) roughly represents the aircraft after introduction, the (57) in between Phase 3 and 4. Anyone that would like to work any fakepilot mods to represent each of the 6 phases, as well as modifications like TEE TOWN would be welcomed. - while online sources state the 341st Bomb Wing operated Stratojets, veteran and book sources could not even find proof of operation, let alone marking information (they came through on all other Wings). Therefore I have not included this Bomb Wing in the mod. - The "afterburner" trick to use water injection on take off is in effect, from 99-100%. I am not author of any 3d pits, FMs, sounds. All is what i downloaded from Combatace or made by Thirdwire. I want to thank to original authors of included files and this nice sim. Hope it is ok to reuse their work to provide really complete, up-to-date and easy to install Mig-21 package. I was always sad with that great pits available and terrible way to install it into latest ptached games and it is always missed something. Loading screens, loadout picture, good FM and so on... Now with latest patches FMs are usable and nicely flyable so i used it as base FMs for pack. This pack was done with combined/merged SF2/Europe/Vietnam/Israel games. If your single game install missing model that cause problem, just delete its directory in Objects/Aircraft folder. Probablby PFV is included only in Vietnam. Pack contains folowing stuff: ***************************** Nearly every official MIG-21 flyable with pit for SF2 line of games. I corrected some errors in pits, Used latest TW patches as base for FM fat files with tweaks in engine (thrust for each model, spool up time, radar, weight). FM is not touched and i think it flies now ok with latest patch. Diferent sounds for each engine model is included with Mig RWR sounds. Better Mig pilots too. Each Mig-21 has loading and hangar screen and camouflage sample patch with loadout picture. All includes corresponding serial numbers to choose from. I made Numbers.lst for Arab, Czechoslovakia, East Germany and Poland by hand. Spins are more frequent. _HardFM Contains hardcore FM files. Spins are almost deadly if not handled fast. _PFGunPodLoadout Contains gunpod default loadout for air to air PF and PFV. _ResetInis Contains ini files that are reset to default non flyable ones after game update or DLC install.
