This edit in the original file allows you to fly as if you were the wingman of the formation. You continue to be the leader, and giving orders to the rest of the squad, but flying as the right wing, giving the radio command 1-8-6. To return to the original formation, just perform the radio command 1-8-3. I like it, because I like flying as a wingman and "inserting" myself into the maneuvers and following the "leader", giving more immersion to the flight. You just need to be careful when flying with nations where the pilots have "poor skills", as during the maneuvers the "leader" can spread and collide with you. In this case, before the "action begins", I suggest giving the command 1-8-1 so that he moves away so that a collision does not occur. Don't forget to make a backup of your original file in case you want to revert! V 1.0.1 Greetings and check six! Madvad

So, with the valuable input from Mue, the updated instructions on rudder related fixes in data.ini (preserve the original file though). Each problem now has two solutions for your choosing Rudder roll Pick up the aircraft of your choosing. Give right rudder. Aircraft should gently roll to the right. If this doesn't happen: Easy way Find rudder in control surfaces section (two of them for twin tail aircraft). Find Cldc coefficient and put it to negative (add minus sign before the value) Example: before Cldc=0.0008, after Cldc=-0.0008 More correct way Find Clb coefficient in wing sections (left wing, right wing, left outer wing, etc). It should be in negative. Increase the absolute value in each of them until aircraft behaves correctly. The increase should be the same for left/right sections, I.E. if you increase the left for 0.05, the right should get the same increase. If this doesn't help or causes weird behavior, decrease Cldc in rudder. Example: before Clb=-0.0182, after Clb=-0.0232 for both [RightWing] and [LeftWing] Slip Pick up the aircraft of your choosing. Give right rudder and left stick to keep the wings level. Aircraft should slowly change the heading clockwise. If this doesn't happen: Easy way Find rudder in control surfaces section (two of them for twin tail aircraft). Find Cydc coefficient and put it to negative (add minus sign before the value) Example: before Cydc=0.1130, after Cydc=-0.1130 More correct way Find Cyb coefficient in fuselage and tail related sections. It should be in negative. Increase the absolute value in each of them until aircraft behaves correctly. If this doesn't help or causes weird behavior, decrease Cydc in rudder. Example: before Cyb=-0.5053, after Cyb=-0.5553 for [VertTail] Excessive swaying on yaw axis Pick up the aircraft of your choosing. Start giving full right and left rudder in quick succession. If aircraft wiggles like mad: Easy way Find EmptyInertia= line. Set the third value to 1-2 times the EmptyMass of the aircraft. Example: before EmptyInertia=68970.9,20295.1,65332.2, after EmptyInertia=68970.9,20295.1,8000.0 More correct way Find EmptyInertia= line. Gradually decrease the third value until the behavior becomes acceptable After all changes Test the aircraft before and after changes. Set up a simple 1vs1 cannon only dogfight mission, then a simple but cannon only interception mission vs level bombers (Il-28, Canberra, etc), and, finally, do some aerobatics (knife edge, hammerhead, barrel roll with rudder, etc)

Dear friends, Today we would like to tell you about a new aircraft that our artists have been working on for some time and engineers have recently started to create its FM. The Ta 152 is the last creation of the German aircraft designer Kurt Tank, which managed to take part in combat operations during the Second World War. This aircraft was the culmination of the evolution of the Fw 190 fighter and Germany's most advanced piston fighter. It was in development for a long time, several years, and appeared at the very end of the war. During the development, several modifications of the original Fw 190 were produced, which finally led to the Ta 152 - the name "Fw" was changed to "Ta" in recognition of the designer's merits. Compared to the Fw 190D "Dora", the wingspan was significantly increased for better maneuverability at high altitudes, the fuselage was longer, and the new Jumo-213E engine was equipped with two boost systems: MW-50 (water-methanol mixture injection for low and medium altitudes) and GM-1 (nitrous oxide for high altitudes). The "Dora" engine was already characterized by a high degree of automation and regulation and thus complexity, but here the Germans went even further - the engine was equipped with a two-stage three-speed (!) supercharger. As you can see, these improvements were made for high-altitude combat, where the Ta 152 had to outperform the Mustangs and Spitfires of the Allies - the threat from the bomber armadas climbing higher and higher was growing every year. The plane had a pressurized cockpit and could reach a speed of 750 km/h at an altitude of 12 km, and its ceiling was 14 km! Think about it - a piston fighter that could climb and fight above modern jetliners had no equal. Its armament is also respectable, even by late WWII standards: 30mm MK 108 and two 20mm MG-151/20 cannons allowed it to destroy any air target. The Ta 152 went into production at the end of the war and appeared in the skies of Germany in January-February 1945, but due to the disparity of forces, they had no effect on the course of hostilities: they were produced in very small numbers (about 25 H-1s). They remained in history as a monument to German wartime engineering and design. In our simulator, we expect to release this very interesting aircraft this summer.

SF2NA A-4C_65 Pack = Tested in SF2NA, Full-5 Merged This project started as a personal customization to improve historically the skins for the CVW-1 A-4C_65's Squadrons aboard JFK in her maiden cruise. So,I realize them basically to be used in the Northern Sabre 69 present in the SF2NA Expansion Pack. The skins are based on the superb Nyghtfall's templates,so much of the credit will be deserved by him. All the decals was done by me. All the Bu.Nos are historically correct for all three Squadrons. ========== To Install: As always raccomended, all in the relative folders in your game(s) ----------------------------- Credits: 3W for the A-4C_65 model. Nyghtfall for his beautiful template Me for the decals and the small improvements ------------ Know issue: The only issue is common to all three skins: I collected all the Bu.Nos. assigned to all three Squadron, but was unable to associate the specific Modexes to some of them, so I'll be a bit licensing about this aspect -------------------------------------------- Legal note: This package may NOT in any way, shape or form be used in any payware addition. ------------------------------------------- Gianni "RustyKurnass" Coniglio ==========

SF2 A-4C(65) VA-113 'Stingers' Camo Skin Pack 9/4/2019 -For SF2, Any and All (Full Merged Reccomended) This is a new skin for the A-4C_65 Skyhawk, representing VA-113 "Stingers" during their Oct 1965-June 1966 deployment in South East Asia aboard USS Kitty Hawk. They were painted in an experimental 2-tone green camoflague, as were many other aircraft of CVW-11 at this time. The skin is in jpg format, in 2048x, from Nyghtfall's templates. 12 95% historically accurate Bunum decals are included. Decal randomization is TRUE. On the number list, those marked with a star (*) represent a combat or operational loss. The single number marked with the cross (+) is "best guess", as the squadron listing did =NOT= have a BuNum for A/C 305. The SF2 Date switch is NOT used; you will have to select this skin for each member of you flight. When in-game, on the aircraft selection drop down, Skin selection window you'll see: VA-113 (Camo 1965-66) As is always reccomended, unzip to a temp folder or your desktop to give easy access to the rest of this readme for it's install instructions. Happy Landings! Wrench Kevin Stein
