5 pointsI've just uploaded a new 3rd version of a file. Now BM and SM maps added. Small changes here and there. Reworked cockpit. Read info on download page. If you have already an old version all aircraft folders must be deleted. After testing with overwrite some errors occurred. Decals/ weapons etc..are all fine. Aircrafts must be replaced. I've done a similiar job to other Stallions / Jolly Giants so if this is ok with you I will upload them soon also. kind regards.

Yes, the readme could have been more specific, and yes, the FakePilot (tm) was missing from the mods package. But your comments are way out of line. Without Jarek's work, we wouldn't have these birds, except for payware and (unavailable) memberware (DAT). So, take a step back and chill out. This thread is done.

2 pointsAre we sure this is a kludge? Perhaps it's an attempt to model a X project version of the Cobra, where a 3rd air/ground man with a modified bionic body could pick up the helo when landed and walk with it. Seems like a good idea if you ever have to put it down and quickly move it under cover. Heck, there was a lot of projects like this buried deep in that mountain military lab in New Mexico - overheard a conversation about those projects recently at a rally for a certain famous politician. I'm just sayin, there's people out there who are in the know!

2 pointsYes I have frequently had this problem. I have attacked ships on the water which also travelled on the land and later sank into the land when destroyed. It don't do much for the realism of the game, but in my case you just learn to live with it. !!!

1 pointYou need this. For many mods in CA. I suggest to download and put it in your pilots folder. FakePilot.rar Use others stuff. The thing I am using Fakepilot mod - because it gives me some more possibilities knowing game engine limitations.

1 pointGuys, i had a major problem with my PC last weekend. One of my HDD's started to click and run unsmooth. After removing it, the PC refused to boot. I've got some cryptic stuff on my screen and a "beep"... that's it ... dead... Windows wasn't even on the removed HDD, but the PC refuesed to fire up windows .... So, im back online with Win 10, 8 GB less RAM (one of my two was broken too) and a brand new HDD. Let me reactivate Max and im should be back asap. Guys BACK UP YOUR SHIT!!!!!! 1 pointthis QRC-335-3 looks like the AN/ALQ-101 V6 , the upper cable tray is missing , thats why the wiring is exposed , and 2 antennas are missing i assume this is the AN/ALQ-101 V5 i have made the AN/ALQ-101 V6 so to remove the 2 rear antennas is no problem like this , i will finish it for you

1 pointYour original question was why there are two maps. Hence we brought up historical accuracy, which was the purpose of the mod that has a North and South terrain. I enjoy fictional campaigns as well. The first one I modded for WoV was a LBIII set in the 90s. Creating a functioning ground war in SF2 is complex and involves a lot of time and trial and error. You'll have to add strategic nodes and ground units to the campaign file, and they'll need to utilize target areas in the map the campaign is set in (N Vietnam in your case). You can look at the stock SF2E campaigns to get an idea for how to set up a ground war and strategic modes. You can also look at Steel Tiger and Easter Offensive out of the SF2V AGXP.
