A subtle one here... there are changes to the Vixen as well but none are visible bar the missiles. Knocked the jet into an FAW.3... pinched the engines from a Lightning, the radar from a Phantom and a nerw pit from a Lightning F.6. Also turned the Firestreak into a Blue Dolphin by ini tweaks and a crude over paint of the seaker head. she'll now do Mach 1.2 and really is all weather capable.

No, I never did. When I had my 18-month sabbatical I stored all my 'Strike Fighters' stuff on an external hard drive that has stubbornly refused to work when I went to use it so I've lost the lot. That 'ADV' was inspired by a 'what if' article in a mid-1970's RAF Yearbook that referred to a TSR.2 ADV and needed a specific TSR.2 LOD with IRM pylons on the main inner wing pylons. The Skyflash were simply faux semi-recessed. In reality, the radar dish size was way too small as was the wing area... but it certainly captured my 14-year old imagination! yes or just change name of the present LOD and copy those from zip file. In case you want to move back to the previous one you will have a backup at hand.

R-73 wouldn't trigger a RWR. Only the launching aircraft's radar.

Another one that just looks right Decided to look up Swedish for Tornado... disappointingly is seems to be "Tornado"

The F-15X has the explicit purpose of acting like an AIM-120 magazine with an AWACS radar. If produced, you can be sure it will be able to carry as many missiles as safely possible and the radar will hopefully perform as well as hoped to allow F-22 and F-35 fighters to leave their radars off.

OK IIRC, since we started to talk of the F-15X, the proposed payloads started at 24 (in mid 2018) with : - 8 missiles on the CFT rails, mounted on dual launchers - 8 missiles on the inboard wing pylons on quad launchers - 8 missiles on the outer wing pylons on quad launchers But apparently Boeing then moved to 22 (in late 2018) - 8 missiles on the CFT rails, mounted on dual launchers - 8 missiles on the inboard wing pylons on quad launchers - 4 missiles on the center wing pylons on dual launchers (spot the wording... center ? wing pylon...) - 2 missiles on newly qualified outer wing pylons on single launchers (limited to AIM-9) But the latest (early 2019) we're back to "only" 20 missiles, the idea to open the outboard pylons being dropped - 8 missiles on the CFT rails, mounted on dual launchers - 8 missiles on the inboard wing pylons on quad launchers - 4 missiles on the outer wing pylons on dual launchers Mostly, it feels like Boeing is making it up as they go along to test waters, I wouldn't be surprised if the final product is down to 16, dropping the dual CFT launchers.

It will be interesting to see how you proceed. My 8 year old mediocre I-3 Dell has been extremely reliable but I took a look recently at their gaming and Alienware rigs as well. Like you I have some older games I would like to keep working, specifically BoB2 and the old F1 Challenge 99-02. I'm only into season 2 on that game after owning it for about 15 years! I would like to give DCS a try at some point but it would be a "lite" install with just a few older jets that would interest me. Planes like the Mig-15, F-86, Mig-21 and F-5E. I'm mainly interested in checking out the DCS FM's so it would just be a study sim for me with a few basic single missions now and then. I really have to take a closer look at the specs to see what might be a minimal system for DCS.
