Since the days of Adam and Eve being tossed from the garden more than 99% of us leave our house every day with clothes on, it's a societal norm. A mask is a societal norm during a time of a worldwide pandemic, nothing more. Just like you wear a coat in the winter and shorts in the summer we wear a mask in a pandemic, no big deal. This mob of people who sat in their comfy chairs with disdain in their hearts watching Fox News criticizing the BLM protests as an unruly mob have turned into what they themselves loathed. BLM protested the death of black men and women at the hands of police. The mask mob mafia is protesting wearing a piece of cloth over your face. If it was found that wearing a mask hurt you or injured you it's possible I might have a little bit of compassion for this fight but the simple facts are masks do not harm people. So apparently we've turned into a nation of fragile and selfish people that can't be imposed upon even for the good of the nation but instead want to feign oppression where there is none. Their actions are suspect and they need to grow the fuck up.

Thank you, gentlemen, I can leave my safe space now. Wrench: If you aren't on Win 10, you may have misunderstood my point. Every time I switch on, Microsoft is insisting I download the latest massive update. It's like they are issuing a Windows 11, not a little fix. Massive changes worry me. The reason I have migrated to SF2 is that I was on XP with SF1 and my XP graphics card went AWOL. SF2 is designed for Win7, the fact that it works on Win 10 is nothing short of a miracle. I'm in constant fear of it not doing any more. It wouldn't be the first time that Bill Gates has torpedoed my favourite flight sim by upgrading.

It's horrific, I agree with you. The people who say they love this country the most, serve in our military, wear a badge, hold high offices in government, hug flags, fly flags in the back trucks are the most detrimental to human life and to our country. It's disgusting.

I would love to make my first try at an airplane (drone) the Bayraktar BT2, But before I start would it be possible to make the display information like this. as you all know there isn't any cockpit. if the answer is yes I would like someone to help me with it after I complete the project.

I always update Windows 10 as and when they come in and the only issue I have is that when I run SF2 after an update all my carefully arranged desktop icons go walkabout. Annoying!!

Upgraded to W10 over a year ago. Can’t say much changed performance-wise with SF2/FE2. YMMV.

Works fine although I recommend running SF2, and FE2, in Win7 compatibility mode. Your mileage may vary with the latest and always rolling "feature update" packs of Win10. I am currently locked down on ver. 1809 of Win10 on the Bootcamp side of the Mac Pro, with AMD vid. drivers ver. 17.x.x, and things are swell. Those interested in manually locking/toggling Windows updates (works both on Home and Pro eds. by the way) - are recommended to check out "Windows Update Blocker" (WUB) - works well and doesn't break anything on the Win install. Remember to unblock updates via WUB if you sometimes want to take a peek at latest updates offered by Windows - as well as to update "apps" in the Windows Store, if you use apps from the store. Yeah, I forgot that point about the price; though GOG allows other developers to release (much newer) games on their platform at the price they set. At that point, it's up to the customer to spend $20 for an outdated game. It might be "light sim trash" in the eyes of many other customers, but it's a title (still) widely supported by the community with amazing mods, much like Il-2 1946 on this aspect. It also covers unique time periods and conflicts, it's a Cold War anthology of fighter jets and the conflicts they were used in, there's no real rival to SF2 in this regard. Publishers did wrongs to TK at the time of the SF1 generation of games. I wonder why Wings Over Europe is on Steam; I might be wrong, but I think TK doesn't get revenues from that title on Steam, it's all money to the publisher. On WoE's Steam page, just click on Third Wire Productions, and you're redirected to Strategy First. That's bad. At the same time, TK took questionable decisions, so he's partly to blame. TW's games were not widely publicized, especially outside of the US. I discovered Wings Over Europe by chance, ages ago when I was a kid. It's a niche genre, but I'm sure others don't even know about SF2.

Yes, i got kicked out of the unit after i messed up my collarbone a bit, but got back on track and I'm back on NCO/WO training as an Electronics Specialist (it is going to be hard). I could still get a slot back in the unit once i graduate and get back to jumping, but i would be mostly in charge of a maintenance workshop fixing radios, NVGs and stuff. That Herc is looking great, still my greatest real life Hate-Love affair with aviation. Kind of nostalgic having them replaced with A-400Ms. I might PM you about the F-4J_74 by the way, I made a Northern Sabre campaign back in the day just to play with them. While i didn't include the mod in the pack itself, i had a couple of edits done wich might be interesting.
