    I am not flying campaigns but this is a common problem with a single mission too. When making a mission in the editor I never ever assign flight with Escort...I rather put the Fighter Sweep type. Escorts usually will become trigger happy on ground objects, neglecting any air threats at all. As for the campaign..next time, before starting a new one, go to notepad and change mission chance on Escort to 0. This will solve the problem.

That, detective, is the right question

    I strongly object to Kirby2012's offensive post. I for one , am eternally grateful to all the fabulous modders on this excellent site and for all their wonderful downloads . I can only say that the technical support on this site is amazing , with everyone keen to offer solutions .Kirby2012 does not appear to understand basic manners or gratitude . I agree with Nyghtfll and think this person is lucky he/she hasn't been removed from the site !

The first post was pretty good; 'hey, i need some help, things don't seem to match up" The 2nd post, an hour later, completely different, jumped right in the "attitude well". Uncool, very uncool. and like everyone else said, you'd think somebody else would have said something over the last 13 years, doncha think? How 'bout we try this ...? delete the CL-13 and any/all associated bits from you mods folder. Redownload it, unzip it, READ the readme (if there is one, hopefully there is), check and cross check the included sub-folders (/Objects/****) for missing parts. THEN if something ain't right, give us a shout

    i´m sorry if you have any trouble with this aircraft but this was one of my first mods i made and up to day it has 919 downloads and you are the first who has complains about it , i´m always here to help someone who has a problems with one of my mods and ask me for help , i never called me an expert and belive it or not i´m still learning new things about this game and modding every day , and by the way nothing is perfect neider me or one of my mods i just wonder 919 downloads and after all that time you are the first who has complains

    So the DirectX (DirectDraw) Wrapper is a gog made wrapper , apparently. The other three wrappers they include are all available on the web. Included are the IPX Direct Input and NGlide 3dfx wrappers. I updated my web site in two locations to include support for the GoG eaw game, at least what I know about it. Which is not too much, but there is not much need to know thats different from the prevous info I have on my site. This page has specific info on the GOG EAW: https://eaw.neocities.org/first-use.html There are many other files included but they are part of the GoG GUI and server cloud, and uninstallers. The game can be made portable and I included a file listing of the important ones on my help site.     side note, while this is about serial numbers it can be applied to nose arts, special markings (like CAG birds for navy jets) and even whole skins (like Gepards unique camo's for LSK Mig-21s). its just a matter of tying the desired marking to the serial number (noseart002.tga with sn002.tga) and assigning decallevel=2 in the decal ini. also in the example of the boss birds you should have a common marking without numbers and one or more with (tail, and tail001 for example). the common one will appear on all others while the special will be just on that bird. my two cents on the matter
