1 pointIn reality there is a lot of confusion but will try to clear it up. F-16A Block 1 was built from the start to carry Sparrow and had the cooling, space, power and provisions....however due to politics USAF decided not to put it on and dropped it in 1975. So the APG-66(V) did not have the bits to support AIM-7 like the CW module because they were intentionally left off. Long story short AIM-7 was not properly certified on F-16A until 1989 (F-16ADF) that used the APG-66(V)1 (according to Lockheed Martin/GD) It was not certified on F-16C until 1989 either and not ready until 1992. (according to Lockheed Martin/GD) After 1992 Lockheed advertised it as an option on any F-16A or F-16C regardless of the Radar if you wanted it but very few users ever had it. For example the EPAF MLU F-16s with APG-66(V2) probably didn't have the capability to fire AIM-7 they just went with AMRAAM instead. However the Taiwan Block 20s with APG-66(V)3 could fire AIM-7s (they were not allowed AMRAAM at first) Basically the USAF were given costs and a 3 year lead time in 1976 to put Sparrow on the F-16A so it was viable......................so for fantasy world you can just stick it on.

1 pointI think you've missed that: " For now I can let you know that we will have four FCK-1 versions (yes, two seat version included, and, yes, you are welcome). Logan4 already corrected the FCK-1 3D model we have, there were some issues with it.(See the pictures included to compare some changes). As soon as we will have the UV mapping, for both models, we will start the work for some skins which will go nicely with them. We also found a better model for SU-34 than the built one we had, and we will bring it soon before commencing the work to SU-34 project effectively. "

1 pointWhen I still was young my Dad would take me to Lowry AFB and look at some of the USAF stuff. Never saw any USN stuff of course, other than in pictures, but that looked cool what you did there.

1 pointIt's only too bad we don't have the original 3D model of the cockpit, as this could use some work. Still, not a bad plane to fly. Needs some tweaking and updating but I had an okay time with it. simonmiller416 did a good external skin though.

1 pointyou sir, are one of the reasons i now pay close attention to weapon station settings in the data ini

The Messerschmitt Me 262 Schwalbe (English: "Swallow") of Nazi Germany was the world's first operational jet-powered fighter aircraft.Design work started before World War II began, but engine problems and top-level interference prevented the aircraft from attaining operational status with the Luftwaffe until mid-1944. Compared with Allied fighters of its day, including the British jet-powered Gloster Meteor, it was much faster and better armed. One of the most advanced aviation designs in operational use during World War II,the Me 262 was used in a variety of roles, including light bomber, reconnaissance and even experimental night fighter versions. Credits: Veltro2K for the aircraft Coupi for skins and decals Kesselbrut for the cockpit ??? for destroyed model; from 1stGen WW2 Terrains ??? for the jumo wav; renamed for one by Spillone? Heinkel He 51 Spanish Civil War era A set of skins for Stephen 1918's HE 51. This is the same format , and arrangement, in my previous upload, except this is purely for FE 2 and specifically the Spanish Civil War map. All files except for the LOD files are included, you will need to download Stephens original Heinkel HE 51, then drop my files into the folder that has Stephens original aircraft in it, allow the overwrite, as the .INI files are slightly Different from Stephens. The Skins are 3 different ones from Condor Legion J 88, then 4 Luftwaffe examples in their colourful pre war plumage. 2 Bulgarian examples, one is pre Soviet , and the other post Soviet. Finally there is a Spanish 1939 version. Any problems or errors, please do message me, and I will hopefully rectify the issue. Enjoy -

The Focke-Wulf Fw 187 Falke ("Falcon") was a German aircraft developed in the late 1930s. It was conceived by Kurt Tank as a twin-engine, high-performance fighter, but the Luftwaffe saw no role for the design, perceiving it as intermediate between the Messerschmitt Bf 109 and Bf 110. Later prototypes were adapted to two-seats to compete with the Bf 110 in the Zerstörer (heavy fighter) role, but only nine aircraft were built in total. SF2 WW2 Fieseler Fi 156 'Storch' (MTO/ETO) Pak, 3/1/2014 -- Something for the WW2 ETO/MTO players -- = For SF2, Full-5 Merged (Reccomended/Preferred) = *There is a distinct possibility that this mod will =NOT= work in SF/Wo* 1stGen game installs below the 08 pach level. Due to some of the modifications made to fit them into the SF2 environment (specific statements for decals and the 'open cockpit") all the features will =NOT= be working as designed in anything earlier. No support is/will be available for 1stGen users to do so.* Some modification, tweeks, reskin and so forth for Raven's cool little Storch, adds another skin (MTO Desert) and new decals (radio call letters) for both. Also, a exceedingly modified cockpit from my L-19 mod, making if nicely Player Flyable. (as seen in the SF2 Storch Tweeks Pak from a few years back. Ths mod includes that, plus more!) So, you have to 2 skins: Euro Green (the original) (represeing ????) MTO desert mottle camo (representing 2(H)/14 in North Africa) Originally, I was just going to do an 'update pak', but it was just as easy to assemble a Full Aircaft Update Package. This was done simply for 'ease of use' (read: laziness!!! :) ). All skins is still in bmp format. Decal randomization is TRUE. All the markings are decals. Each skin has 12 radio letter decals. There is NO hangar screen. As always, fairly easy to follow, yet detailed install instructions are included. So, please =READ= them. This pak includes a number of changes for SF2, so if you have the Storch already, you might REALLY want to back up your original, as THIS is designed to replace it. Also, give the "Notes" section a read too. With Thanks To Raven for the bird! Happy Landings! Wrench Kevin Stein -
0 pointsHello my dear friends, I have been away for the last month and didn't really spend much time on my computer. My brother passed away last week due to kidney failure, we had to amputate his leg due to gangerine and five days later he passed. I might not be on for a while more as I need some more time to recover, I hope you all take care in the mean time, I hope to be back soon.
-
0 pointsMy condolences, as well. I know what that's like, as I went through something similar in 2021 with my wife. She passed Christmas Eve, 2021 due to kidney failure and other complications Will say a prayer.
