Progress update: started on open hangar version first since it’s obviously going to be more complex and detailed. New support struts and scratch texturing based on reference pics, added exterior paneling details including weathering and riveting, strung up the overhead lamps, etc. Any other suggested changes, let me know. Otherwise, I will assume is OK and move into my favorite part of modeling – adding in details for the interior which I always enjoy (always a sucker for the details). Side note: @allenjb42 - that is awesome! Maybe you can give it a try through these hangars soon enough....LOL

Snipped this article off of AvWeb this morning - details how Marine aviator flying an AV-8B off of USS Bataan has collected seven drone kills. https://www.avweb.com/aviation-news/red-sea-drone-attacks-create-first-american-ace-in-50-years/?MailingID=FLY240214002

did something like this for a stock drumstick. VA-85 for 1965 CVW-11 deployment. Decal camo on two airframes amid 17 white/greys. And also for TRAM in ODS30.. yours is VA-165 in 1989. I think they painted one more in sand shades.

Large Hangars are not unique for the west. The east had it too. Here soviet aircrafts in a big hangar.

A handsome looking aeroplane. I can remember building the Airfix 1/72 scale model kit 50 years ago (but it seems like yesterday).

Could be sold as a full priced game and no one would bat an eye. Can't say enough good things about the people that worked on this. Their attention to detail and quality of work. A must have for anyone who owns Strike Fighters 2.

Gorgeous! The wingtips should be much more rounded. Looks very squared. Congrats!!!

since one didn't exist, I made one. took the skin from the IIICI (rocket user), IIICJ data ini (adjusted for home user, of course), and 3W decals (need to adjust the tail squadron badge a bit still -- so all the other stock ones will fit properly) Mirage IIIC, French Air Force, EC 1/2 Cigognes (by TMF)
