Haven't tried that yet! It might reduce the drop and extend the effective range a bit. I think the max effective range for the FFAR's was about 3000m but the effective range I'm getting with the current CF-100 set up is much less. High Flyer, relatively speaking:

unfortunately, like many other mods uploaded in the last 12 or so months, these "people" (used loosely) fail to understand the policies and practices of this site. Even though they are clearly stated in a pinned topic right here in the announcements forum. russ, check out the f-89 scorpions -- i did some jiggery pokery to get the rockets working. you may also need special rockets with sustainers to actually HIT something! (is Sky 1 next??? LOL!!!) ----------- required screenie

Hi there!! Some photos of RAF Canopic, how is it going. Original article : Desert V. 4 population and targets add-on I added more air defence units. As the traditional AAA targeting is not suitable (units sometimes not appearing), I added them as ground object types. QUESTION: How do I make RAF aircrafts appear? There are always US birds parked. The airbase is under RAF command , so it would be suitable to find Her Majesty's airplanes parked.

If the only Friendlynation in the terrain's Nation.ini file is RAF then you should only get their parked aircraft. Other than that it's pot luck I think.

I don't have any particular airbase designs in mind but it would be nice to have some simple "crappy" looking airfields with single runways of varying length. Something that might be used in remote areas with minimal parking space and rough looking dirt and/or asphalt surfaces.
