The Boeing 737 AEW&C is a twin-engine airborne early warning and control aircraft based on the Boeing 737 Next Generation design. It is lighter than the 707-based Boeing E-3 Sentry, and has a fixed, active electronically scanned array radar antenna instead of a rotating one. It was designed for the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) under "Project Wedgetail" and designated E-7A Wedgetail. Hello everyone, I am working on a new menu for SF2. It is a slow WIP. I will share the progress here. For now, I have created two screens as my rough draft / conceptual arts. I am working on creating 3D looking buttons and Is still learning how to edit .ini files from various menu mods. I always wanted a Jane's Fighter Anthology style GUI / Menu for SF2. Now I have decided to give it a try! Here are screenshots SF2 Main Menu Mission Briefing (WIP, I am still tweaking and adding a few more items) Here are three versions of buttons: Regular, mouse hovering over it, and mouse clicking. Feedback are always appreciated.

In version Mi-24P was a twin barrel 30mm gun. This gun had a water colling for the chamber. During winter time the cooling water was added with 40% alcohol. And btw, this stuff was really good. During drinking you got a lot of "rotations" in the head, but no headache the next morning. "Na storovye!"

In mid-1952, the Sabre Mk.4 went into production with the first one flown on 28 August 1952. Apart from some minor structural and systems changes, including improved air-conditioning and gun sight, the Mk 2 and the Mk 4 were identical. Of 438 Mk 4s built, approximately 70 were used temporarily by the RCAF, all surviving examples being passed to the RAF. The other Sabre 4s went directly to the RAF under a mutual aid program, equipping 11 RAF squadrons. The majority served in West Germany with NATO, with two squadrons being based in the UK as part of RAF Fighter Command. The Sabre Mk.4 served with the RAF until mid-1956 when they were replaced by Hawker Hunters. The survivors were overhauled in the UK, fitted with '6-3' wing modifications and handed to the USAF (which had funded these aircraft) which in turn passed them on to other NATO members, with the majority going to Italy and Yugoslavia. WHAT'S IN: - 2 new planes - 23 high rez skins - decals, sounds, weapons etc. CREDITS: - Zur model - Ravenclaw temps - Wrench first SF-2 edition - paulopanz skins, decals, ini edits TO INSTALL: - all in main mod folder and overwrite Enjoy! @paulopanz PS: Canadair Sabre n°2 pack, to be continued soon.

SF2 Northrop F-89B Scorpion 3/24/2021 -For SF2, Any and All (Full 4/5 Merged Reccomended) "Quarantine Approved - Essential Mods" This is the release of the Northrop F-89B Scorpion All-Weather jet Interceptor. This mod recreates the first operational unit to recieve them in 1951. I'd started this mod in 2019, and it totaly slipped under the radar (so to speak). I now present it for it's historical useage. This mod makes use of the 89C lod, so there are small minor differences that will not inhibit gameplay in any way. This package contains not only the aircraft, but 2 complete skin sets, for both active USAF, and later use by the Air National Guard. Units represented are: 84th FIS, 78th FIW, based at Hamilton AFB, near San Francisco, CA, 1951-54 and 176th FIS, Wisconson Air National Guard, Truax Field, WI, 1955-1960 The SF2 'date switch' is used for when these aircraft left USAF for ANG service in 1955-ish. With the exception of painted on squadron color markings (84th), all serial & Buzz Numbers are decals. Decal randomization is TRUE. The 84th gets 18, and the 176th has 16. On the Number list, any marked with a star (*) are 100% historically accurate to that unit. Any unmarked, were either unable to be matched, or are 'fillers'. But all are for F-89Bs. Also supplied are pilot figures, drop tanks, and air-to-air HVAR unguided rockets. These are the same as the v.3 pack, but completeness is my standard. Each skin also has it's own Hangar Screen, depicting that particular unit. As is always recommended, unzip to a temp folder or your desktop to give easy access to the rest of this readme for it's install instructions. PLEASE READ THEM!!! Happy Landings! Wrench Kevin Stein

The second generation of Canadair Sabre aircraft, and first to be built in quantity, was the Mk 2, with 350 produced from 1952–1953. The RCAF received 290 of these improved aircraft. During the first half of 1952, the remaining 60 Mk.2s were supplied to the U.S. Air Force for use in the Korean War. Most RCAF Mk.2 Sabres were utilized in the air defence role with NATO's No. 1 Air Division in Europe, proving itself to be an outstanding dogfighter. Others were assigned to the training role at bases in Canada. After replacement by the Sabre 5 in RCAF service from 1954, just over 210 surviving Sabre 2s were overhauled and modified in the UK and supplied in roughly equal numbers to the Greek Air Force and Turkish Air Forces. WHAT'S IN: - a new plane - 11 high rez skins - decals, sounds, weapons etc. CREDITS: - Zur model - Ravenclaw temps - paulopanz skins, decals, ini edits TO INSTALL: - all in main mod folder and overwrite NOTE: - maybe a better FM (this one is from old Sabre 4) should be needed Enjoy! @paulopanz PS: Canadair Sabre n°1 pack, to be continued soon.

They're not setup to be player flyable. Though I think there may be some mods in teh Downloads section that may make them able to be flown, or at the least some flyable Mig-21s. I know for a fact there is a Lancer mod that I have that is compatible with SF2

I had to change something: Haven't tested all the 'cats yet, but the ones i did had the inner spoilers sticking up all the time (could be my control stick stuff) so i changed the below to get them to stay down, and pop up when they r supposed to. Maybe the velocity threshold is to low or some such. But, I do think i recall the prob was also taking place on more than just the 'D' model (my Fav) I was working with. Lately have been messing around with the earlier jets (as Thirdwire intended.) I am having few issues. Personally, I've shot down several MiG-17s without excursions due to enemy fire or otherwise. That's not bad flying in a 'Hun". Those guys back in the 60s should have set the NVA pilots skill level to 'Normal.' Idiots! **************************************************** Uh..... I may have caused the problem with the spoilers. It possibly was caused with me turning the joystick sensitivity essentially off and or other monkeying around with files. I'll have to use the ole F6 button and take a peek in a fresh mod install soon. I remembered something. with Win Explorer copy the address to a mod install's aircraft folder Then paste it to a Command Prompt. Microsoft Windows [Version 6.1.7601] Copyright (c) 2009 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved. C:\Windows\System32>CD.. C:\Windows>CD.. C:\>CD C:\Users\JRDawg\Saved Games\Blah Blah\Aircraft <ENTER> C:\>\AIRCRAFT\DIR /B >AIRCRAFTLIST.LST <ENTER. If you open a Command Prompt and do this yours wont look like the above. I am sans SF1 or 2 on my laptop so made it op to look like my PCs. I would tidy up the inards of your new aircraft list then try copying it to Flight and Object folders. I don't know where it supposed 2 be. It may help with a few things. LIKE stop filling the A/C folder with all the stock planes after I deleted them again. (Leave some stock planes in there if that dont work.)
