5 pointsthank you for sharing. seen that sheet, decided not to use it my reference folder (pics i found useful). this isnt counting AMARC confirmations i didnt save (theres several i did) and the spreadsheet i keep it organized in. now color coded! the reddish brown one is the only one i could not photo confirm a color for. f16.net has proven a reliable enough resource that generally if it says it was there i believe it. with only a little reading between the lines and smaller grain of salt than most sites whats really bad is that i can tell you that photo is between 1993 and mid 1995 based on 709 in the back ground having red stripes. she went to AMARC with yellow

5 pointsvery nice. (note to self, stay in the 90s, no 50th TFW Block 25s) meanwhile, another skin i said needed minimal work. honestly the original was the best of the Team Viper ADFs. aaaand then i went and nitpicked. it still didnt need as much to improve. fuselage artwork on both sides. adjustment to the tail, as Puerto Rico ANG actually did different colors for the different flights. but i still like how this one came out now i still gotta hunt down that nose gear door mark....

2 pointsIf the income could be replaced, I'd remove the ads all together. The site is an out-of-pocket expense every month, even with revenue we generate, pulling the ads would just add to that burden. In addition to that Google has taken over the ad space and they use what's now called "auto ads". Where I used to have the ability to customize the use, that's all been discontinued. I don't even have the option of creating a user that would be ad-free. I'd have to turn off Google Ads completely. However, I can request reviews at the publisher level which may get better results than reporting them.

1 pointI think EXTRASQUADS setting in the eaw.ini should be defaulted to the lowest value. I know that they can cause issues with campaigns. At least thats what history shows at one issue.

1 pointThat's a tricky question to answer for two reasons 1) As a Google Ads publisher we are discouraged from discussing the financial aspects; 2) I wouldn't know how to gauge what the impact of one person would be. However, what I can do is discuss our finances. Income from Google Ads makes up 15-20% of our monthly operating budget, subscriptions make up 25-30%, and donations make up 5-7%. That's why I run membership drives, but we haven't done one since early 2019. Since the pandemic, crazies tried to overthrow our government, Russia invading Ukraine, and our world melting around us due to climate change I haven't had the heart to ask.

1 pointUsing ad blockers is not going to help the site and it will cut down on whatever revenue that the site generates. Remember that ads are targeted based on your internet usage and the sites you visit!

F-16XL for SF2 – F-16E Blk 62 Fighting Falcon 2.1 In March 1981, the USAF announced the Enhanced Tactical Fighter (ETF) program to procure a replacement for the F-111. The program was later renamed the Dual-Role Fighter (DRF) competition. The concept envisioned an aircraft capable of launching deep air interdiction missions without requiring additional support by fighter escort or jamming. General Dynamics submitted the F-16XL, while McDonnell Douglas submitted the F-15E. As we all know the F-15E was chosen... BUT what if the F-16XL had been chosen instead? And so I give you the F-16E/F Block 62 Fighting Falcon. The designation F-16E/F Block 60/62 would have been used had the XL been selected (The F-16E/F Desert Falcon as we know it today wasn't even on the drawing board in the late 80's). Included in this mod are: - F-16E (XL) Blk 62 Fighting Falcon - F-16EM (XL) Blk 62 Fighting Falcon (CUPID mods) - F-16EV (XL) Blk 62 Fighting Falcon (AN/APG-83 AESA radar upgrade) - 8 different USAF squadrons. To Install simply un pack and drop into your mods folder. Notes: - The weapon stations are quite complicated due to the set up on the real aircraft itself and the limitations in SF2 with the maximum amount of hard-points etc. As such it is best to use the default load out from the loadout.ini. That being said if you do want to change it at the loadout screen you need to follow these rules: If the default loadout uses rail launched weapons (Aim-9/120, AGM-65/88) under the inner wings, only change it for another rail launched weapon and vice-versa. This is because the weapon rails are loaded as an EP class weapon that doesn't show up at the loadout screen. - The default 'Attack' loadout is designed for the mass anti-armour mission as that is the kind of CAS mission SF2 generates. However in the loadout.ini file under each 'attack' loadout entry is a CAS loadout option with LGB etc. - There are a ton of different loadout options in the loadout.ini file so check them out with the single mission editor. - Loadouts are based on the F-16C Blk 40/42 but with an F-15E Strike Eagle flavor e.g. AGM-130 - Shadows are deactivated as 'tractor beams' are an issue as it is an older .lod 2.1 Changes: - Added missing 20mm M61A1 Vulcan (PGU-28) to 'Guns' folder. PGU-28 loads generally don't have tracers. 2.0 Changes: - F-16EV (XL) Blk 62 Fighting Falcon added. - Loadout.ini and weapon station fixes. - Cockpits changed to Block 42 type with WAR hud as LANTIRN would have been fully integrated on the jet. - Ferris test skin added for F-16E (XL) Blk 62 Fighting Falcon. - Canopy RCS reducing tinting added as per F-16C/CM Block 40/42. - Semi- conformal AIM-120 station position and angles corrected. - Internal ECM changed to AN/ALQ-165 Airborne Self-Protection Jammer (ASPJ) as was planned for production aircraft. Released under the CA fair use agreement. SF2 "What If" Blackburn Shark F.1 3/9/2016 *= For SF2 -ONLY-!! Full-5 Merged Reccomended =* **NOTE! you MUST have the stock 3rdWire Meteor F8 as part of your merged install; this aircraft references this stock cockpit*** This package contains a NEW "What If..." aircraft for Royal Navy Fleet Air Arm usage in the post-war (1948-1955) time frame. Everything is included, excpeting the cockpit, as noted above Skins included are for the following FAA units: No.763 NAS (HMS Victorious) No.803 NAS (HMS Ark Royal) No.893 NAS (HMS Centaur) Markings are (pretty much) correct for the late-post WW2 time frame. All 3 skins use a 'pool' of plane-in-squadron and serial numbers. There are 24 of each. All markings are decals, and decal randomization is TRUE. In the decals folder are several other "CV tail codes", and a blank create more, if one wished to do so. The aircraft is fully carrier certified. All weapons used are stock 3W items - hence the need for Full-5 merged. As always, fairly easy to follow, yet detailed install instructions are included. PLEASE read them!!! Also, as usual, give the "Notes and Comments" section a read, too. model by Cocas skins by Cocas Wrench Spinners INI work Cocas and Wrench -

Grumman’s F-14 Tomcat could be described as the Marilyn Monroe of aircraft designs. Both were at once beautiful and flawed, with indelible public images and yet often misunderstood and misrepresented. Both also met untimely ends. For many, the aircraft will always be remembered as the star of the hit 1986 movie Top Gun, but the Tomcat was a real weapon on the front lines of the Cold War, personifying the technological prowess and advanced production methods that the Soviet Union could not match, and which eventually drove them to break their economy in the attempt to keep up. For me personally, it will always be associated with the three years my family lived in Virginia Beach, near NAS Oceana, in the early 1980s. I vividly remember all of the jets that used to fly over our house—Skyhawks, Intruders, Phantoms and especially Tomcats. With their twin tails and swing-wings they had to be the coolest things in the air, and in retrospect I believe they really were. --c5 This aircraft is dedicated to our departed friend and Cheif of Production, Oli. Please see the included PDF for information on the cockpit, including some known issues that will be addressed in a future update. Tu-22M3 Backfire-C for SF2 This mod package contains the Tu-22M3 from HoneyFox/Insky Group, updated and converted to SF2 standards. Included are all the effects, weapons, sounds, pilots, and seats that you will need to install and use the aircraft in this package. This aircraft can be used in SF2, SF2E, SF2V, or SF2I. To install and use it, you should ensure that your SF2 installation is patched to at least the Dec2009 patch level. See below for installation instructions. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ Installation ~~~~~~~~~~~~ To install, simply drag the \Effects, \Flight, \Objects, and \Sounds folders to your SF2 Mods Folder (NOT the folder that the game installs to). By default your Mod Folder should be located here: Windows XP: \Documents and Settings\[username]\My Documents\ThirdWire\[Game]\ Windows Vista: \Users\[username]\Saved Games\ThirdWire\[Game]\ Windows 7: \Users\[username]\Saved Games\ThirdWire\[Game]\ ...where [username] is the account you log into within Windows and [Game] is the name of the particular game mod folder that you're moving the files to. If the aircraft is not showing up in your Single Mission Aircraft menu, then you didn't install all the bits correctly. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Notes About This Mod ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ In addition to doing the basic work to convert the aircraft for use in SF2, I also made a number of other fixes and additions. 1. Fixed non-working tailgun 2. Fixed incorrect Afterburner.tga reference 3. Added referenced B-1B sounds from B-1B Redux package 4. Added correct version of Kh-22 5. Added damage texture 6. Added B-1B_86 cockpit (replaces C-130J cockpit in the original) 7. Adjusted attachment positions for several weapon stations 8. Changed Armor.Thickness and StructuralFactor values to more reasonable numbers 9. Added new dirty exhaust effect 10. Added new Hangar, Loading, & Loadout images 11. Added tail numbers to vertical tail 12. Other minor fixes/corrections ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Credits & Acknowledgements ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This package largely consists of work done by others and released previously in other packages. All I did was assemble the package, update the bits to SF2 standards, and make a number of fixes, adjustments, and additions (discussed above). jv447 ..........................................
