SitRep: I'm working on the fck big airbase Saporoschje. Its giant. I have finished the southern part so far. The screenshot shows how big this base is in contrast to what i have already done. Funny fact to Saporoschje. There was a big automotive factory there. In the 1970th the soviets bought the licence to built FIAT cars, which were manufactured under the designation LADA. To avoid further licence fees the Saporoschje car development team got the task to redesign a FIAT into a own soviet car. The FIATs had had frontal engine and rear drive. In Saporoschje they made the decision to built in the engine in the rear too. But there was not enough space in the rear. Gearbox and engine did not fit. What do? An inginous designer had the idea. "Lets revers the gearbox!" And so they did and it fits perfectly. One flaw was, that the gears at the gear lever were now revers too. The first gear was not left front as in a normal car, but right rear! Okay. You can do it so, but its rubbish! For the soviet citizens and the eastern block car drivers it was good enough. For the rest of the world it was nonsens. The car, called "Sapo" had had a very interesting handling because it was very tail heavy, or with other words it was dangerous for the driver, especially when the streets were wet. I know from what I'm talking about. My parents had had one of this "Sapos". Spinning while driving through a curve was not seldom and for me as Kid very exciting. To solve the problem, we found out, it was helpfull to load sandbags in the trunk, which was located in the front of the car. So the tail heaviness was tempered and the handling of the car was extremly improved. And so it looked: Link to the picture source: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/SAS-966#/media/Datei:ZAZ-966_front_view.jpg

Just like my former mod, this is a shader that can change the original color of the game to make it close to the color of Green Phosphor Image Intensifier Tubes in reality. This one is more like AVS6/9 NOD usded by USAF during 1990s-2000s And Of course, it will also really brighten the brightness of the picture, highly recommond you guys use it with Realsky Environment Mod. =========================================================================================== Usage/ Read Me!!!!!: 1.put [TWPOSTPROCESS.FX] into your SF2's Flight folder【Back up recommonded】; 2.check your graphics option and make sure Effects Detail choosed for Unlimited; 3.make sure your Mission Start Time choosed for Night; 4.fly and control the night! This is a shader ,so even in day time the night vision effect will trun on,delete [TWPOSTPROCESS.FX] to return default.

These are unused but working BlendOp options as found inside the GraphicsEngineDX10.dll: MODULATE_AND_ADD_SRC MODULATE_AND_ADD_DST MODULATE_MUL_2 MODULATE_INV_SRC MODULATE_INV_DST My discovery was dictated by my hunger of finding a proper solution to the DTV filter which does not work properly in-game with night environments, especially with the much darker nights of my realSKY mod. Below you'll find a comparison between stock filter material data and the custom one using another BlendOp: Stock MODULATE, day Stock MODULATE, night Unused MODULATE_MUL_2, day Unused MODULATE_MUL_2, night The main drawback of MODULATE_MUL_2 is that it doubles the MODULATE option, so at day the image is lightened too much than the stock MODULATE. Mind you, the screenshots were taken with the realSKY mod on Unlimited settings, so the post processing effect adds bloom to already bright areas. However, at night MODULATE_MUL_2 brings a big improvement as you can finally see the ground and its objects more easily. PS: Please admins, pin this topic. The unused BlendOps I found work just fine, and may be useful to other modders willing to experiment with them.

Chengdu J-10A-AR "Ehécatl" This model is a approximation of how a Chengdu J-10 might look if it was in service with the Argentinian Air Force, being part of the 6to Grupo de Caza y Ataque, belonging to the VI Brigada Aérea. As many of you might know, Argentina is planning to modernize its air force, and one of the jets that has been considered is the J-10, coming along with the JF-17, the MiG-35 and the MiG-29 (I should work on one of those). The model, though, is not accurate. The offer made by China considers the J-10CE, an export version of the J-10C. This plane can carry Chinese and Russian weapons, and Argentinian Mk-series bombs. The aircraft will appear on the list as "Chengdu J-10A-AR "Ehécatl". The adding of the -AR is just a formality. To install it, you will need to copy and paste the folders in your SF2 mod folder, following basic mod installation proccess. In the folder >>J10AR-Final Version<< you will find 4 folders. These are: Aircraft >> J-10A Decals >> J-10A Flight >> FLIGHTENGINE.INI Weapons >> KometaTankC // KometaTankW Special thanks to: Erwin_Hans and InSky, for the fantastic model they made of the Dragon... Franconinja14, who made the skin for the plane... Stipe, for the MiG-29M3 "Hyper Fulcrum" and its HUD, that I used for this mod... Spinners, for the Kometa and its tanks, wich I use in this mod... Eagle114th, for the screenshots, giving me tips and helping with everything (this guy is a genius)... And ThirdWire, for this amazing sim, that I love and play almost everyday... I hope you enjoy this mod as much as I do. Have a good flight! Good hunting!

F-5 Tigre Brazilian Air Force (Pack) The Tiger in Brazil In Brazil, the history of the F-5 started in practice in March 1975, however, he was quoted to equip the FAB since 1965, in its version F-5A / B. In 1967, he was again contemplated, this time as a design vector SISDACTA. The preference was for the F-4 Phantom, but this was vetoed by the Americans, who in turn offered the F-5C (version proposed by Northrop with improvements based on the evaluation report made in Vietnam). The impasse U.S. favored the French, having acquired the FAB 16 Dassault Mirage III. A new international contest held in 1971 to replace the AT-33A, attended the Fiat G-91, MB-326K, Harrier Mk-50, Jaguar GR1 and A-4F, won by Northrop fighter now in his version F-5E. Began a long and successful history of the Tiger II in FAB, which still continues today and is expected to last until 2018. The FAB received six F-5B (FAB 4800-4805), 4 F-5F (FAB 4806-4809) and 58 F-5E (FAB 4820-4877) that were acquired in two separate batches. The first batch in 1973, factory direct (06 F + 36 F-5B-5D), the value of $ 115 million and the second batch in 1988, former USAF (04 F-22 F-5F and 5E), the total cost of $ 13.1 million. The first aircraft of "Operation Tiger", became known as the transfer of the first batch were delivered from February 28, 1975 in Palmdale. Were three F-5B, which arrived in Brazil on 06 March of the same year, followed by another three F-5B on 13 May. On June 12, 1975, came the first 4 F-5E to BAGL, starting an airlift that ended on February 12 of the following year, totaling 36 aircraft. In 1985, after much searching, we reached an agreement with the Reagan administration, which agreed to negotiate 4 F-5F and 22 F-5E, which would come from the ranks of the USAF, at a cost of $ 13.1 million, a trifle. Around September 2006, it was speculated acquisition of 9 aircraft F-5E Tiger II, used in Saudi Arabia, 6 F-5E and F-5F 3. This purchase, however, went no further, come to the Brazilian Air Force to acquire a lot of aircraft of the Royal Jordanian Air Force. In total 11 aircraft were purchased, and 8 single-seat F-5E and F-5F 3 seaters. The first aircraft coming from Jordan arrived in Brazil on August 19, 2008 and were sent to the Air Force Material Park of São Paulo (PAMA-SP). All the F-5 ex-Jordan should be converted to the standard F-and F-5FM 5EM. 4 Planes, 3 models and 3 Skins - F-5E Tigre II - F-5E Tigre II "Ex-Aggressor" - F-5EM Tigre II "Ex-Aggressor" - F-5EM Tigre II (Included but the Old F-5E "F-5EM 4856 Ex-Aggressor") ________________________________________________________________________________________ O Tigre no Brasil No Brasil, a história do F-5 iniciou na prática em março de 1975, porém, ele esteve cotado para equipar a FAB desde 1965, em sua versão F-5A/B. Todas os F-5 ex-Jordânia deverão ser convertidos para o padrão F-5EM e F-5FM. 4 Planes, 3 models and 3 Skins (Incluido o mas Antigo F-5E "F-5EM 4856 ex-Aggressor") CREDITS: - Texture - PauloPanz, Denis Oliveira - 3D mod - Denis Oliveira - Decals - PauloPanz, Denis Oliveira - Data ini - PauloPanz, Denis Oliveira - Cockpit and Avioncs ini - Coupi - F/A-18A Cockpit-Brain32 - F/A-18A Avionics-Crusader e CrazyhorseB34 - Boz for temps - Mike 1 for original SF-1 great skins. - Soulfreak for FAB Grey one - The Mirage Factory for the plane (original readmes in proper folder) - Sony Tucson & Boz for temps (mixed and edited) - Mike 1 for original NVAF & VPAF skins - Eburger 68 for data.ini edits in Viet pack

This aircraft mod represents Dassault's what-if Mirage 4000M naval figthter and its dual seat M2 variant in the French Navy service. This package comes with 2 skin sets for each variant, 2 squadron specific for M (15 planes), and 2 sets for single squadron (6 planes) for M2. This model is meant for SF2 games only, SF1 variants will be uploaded at the SF1 section. Install is the regular dropping the contents in their respective places. In case you have the previous variants you can skip the overwrite prompt of weapons, effects and flight folder contents as those items are identical. Please note: The model can be quite heavy on FPS in large formations on weaker machines, so if required, either resize skin files or use lower lod(_nd) as lod1. The model uses the general french weapons, either as part of weapon packs or the Mirage 2000 family. Important: The M2 variant comes with 2 types of cockpit, the basic setup will use a simple pit that has only the pilots cabin instrumented. The other is a fully modeled front and rear compartment, in which you want to fly you should activate the proper line in the AC's.ini file. CockpitDataFile=Mirage4000M2_Cockpit.ini <---- basic setup ;CockpitDataFile=Mirage4000M2_Cockpit_full1.ini <------ front seat ;CockpitDataFile=Mirage4000M2_Cockpit_full2.ini <------ rear seat Be aware - the piloting seat position can not be changed during/in game, so chose wisely! RAAF F-111 reskinning Born in Texas, lived in Queensland - the Pig. Here are new skins for the RAAF F-111s. The SEA camouflage skins have been repainted, mostly in accordance with LeL's SF1 F-111C. In addition to the usual fin squadron markings, the crests are also displayed. The grey skins have also been redone. All of this was done on the new templates provided by slick_cowboy, who more than lives up to his username. In addition to F-111C skins, F-111A, and F-111G skins are provided. In addition, the hypothetical RF-111A from "F-111 Super Vark Pack" has been repurposed as an RF-111C. All serials have been added. The following versions are represented: F-111C (Early)SEA camouflage: 28 serials including the 4 F-111A attrition replacements converted to F-111C. Squadron markings for 1SQN, 6 SQN, and blank squadron markings (which may be accessed by selecting "No. 82 Wing" in the loadout) ARDU SEA camouflage/white - A8-132 only [*]F-111C (Late) SEA camouflage: 28 serials including the 4 F-111A attrition replacements converted to F-111C. Squadron markings for 1SQN, 6 SQN, and blank squadron markings (which may be accessed by selecting "No. 82 Wing" in the loadout) Gunship Grey: 28 serials including the 4 F-111A attrition replacements converted to F-111C. Black squadron markings for 1SQN and 6SQN. Important notes: All squadron markings are at the decal level, they are not painted on. The numbers used are as follows. If you need to edit them, please do so. 1SQN: 716 82WG: 726 6SQN: 787 ARDU: 725 For the squadronlist.ini: [squadron716] Name=1SQNRAAF DisplayName=No. 1 Squadron Nation=Australia [squadron726] Name=82RAAF DisplayName=No. 82 Wing Nation=Australia [squadron725] Name=ARDU DisplayName=Aircraft Research and Development Unit Nation=Australia [squadron787] Name=6RAAF DisplayName=No. 6 Squadron Nation=Australia The nose wheel door buzz numbers are missing. There is an apparent issue in the LOD file that prevents their display. This was discovered after testing. The Oeffag C.II was a two-seat Austro-Hungarian plane introduced in mid 1916. It was intended to replace the Hansa-Brandenburg C.I. Pilots considered it a better plane, but it wasn't as maneuverable, and did not completely replace the Hansa-Brandenburg. The Oeffag C.II was armed with a single machine gun and was used primarily for reconnaissance, but could also carry a small bomb load for infantry support missions. It was used mostly on the Eastern Front, but also served on the Italian and Baltic Fronts. My version has two skins with an early and a late insignia scheme. There is a complete set of number decals and a loadout for a small bomb load. I have included my skinning templates with the download. Historical Note: The Oeffag C.II could carry four 10kg bombs, which were carried in the cockpit and dropped over the side by the observer. In my plane, I mounted them on a bomb rack under the fuselage. Credits: My thanks to Ojcar for making the FM file for this plane. My thanks also to Nix for making the sound for the Austro-Daimler 160 engine. Installation instructions: Note - The engine sound for the Austro-Daimler 160 has been used with other planes so you may already have it installed. I have included it with this download in case you don't have it yet. For FE1: Unzip the file and move the folder named "OeffagC2" into the FirstEagles/Objects/Aircraft folder. If you don't already have it, you also need to move the sound file "Austro-daimler160.wav" into the FirstEagles/Sounds folder. For FE2: Unzip the file and move the folder named "OeffagC2" into the FirstEagles/Objects/Aircraft folder. Then in the FirstEagles/Objects/Decals folder, create a new folder named "OeffagC2". Move the folder named "D" from the Aircraft/OeffagC2 folder into the Decals/OeffagC2 folder you just made. If you don't already have it, you also need to move the sound file "Austro-daimler160.wav" into the FirstEagles/Sounds folder.

The Fokker D.II was intended to be a replacement for the Eindeckers. It carried a single machine gun and used wing warping instead of ailerons. Production of the plane was slow and by the time large number were available, it had been outclassed by the Nieuport 11s. However it was used on the Eastern Front until late 1917. I have made three skins for the D.II - a green paint, a two color camo, and a three color camo. I have also incuded a complete set of (ficitious) serial numbers for German planes. I have included my skinning templates for those who wish to make different skins. Credits My thanks to Ojcar for making the data file for the Fokker D.II. Also, my thanks to Nix who provided the sound file for the Oberursel 100hp engine. Installation Instructions For FE1 - Unzip the file and move the folders named "FokkerD2" into the FirstEagles/Objects/Aircraft folder. You also need to move the sound file "OberurselUI.wav" into the FirstEagles/Sounds folder. For FE2 - Unzip the file and move the folder named "FokkerD2" into the FirstEagles/Objects/Aircraft folder. Then in the FirstEagles/Objects/Decals folder, create a new folder named "FokkerD2". Move the folder named "D" from the Aircraft/FokkerD2 folder into the Decals/FokkerD2 folder you just made. You also need to move the sound file "OberurselUI.wav" into the FirstEagles/Sounds folder.
