This is the skin i made of the 65th Aggressor Squadron F-35 of the USAF. The skin it self is not completely accurate or perfect. i didn't put much time or effort into the skin so feel free to make any adjustments. The 65 AGRS was previously active at Nellis from 2005 to 2014. they were recently reactivated and will use F-35s to simulate enemy jets. the strange camo of the F-35 replicate the camo on the J-20. F-22A Raptor Add-on October 13th, 2021 (1st Release) by yakarov79, baffmeister, Crusader, guuruu and Menrva >For Strike Fighters 2 games This is a high quality add-on of the F-22A Raptor aircraft. The original model had been made by Heberth, and it was released in alpha stage. Upon noticing room for improvement, yakarov79 helped finalize the 3d model with numerous, additional details; accurate pylons and rail launchers, new external fuel tanks, highly detailed rack and small diameter bomb 3d models, canopy and thrust-vectoring animations, high-res skin with specular and bump maps, updated cockpit model, and so on. A realistic, well-thought flight model has been produced by our expert, baffmeister. Moreover, Crusader offered his great expertise to improve upon his previous modification for the Raptor's avionics. All their efforts have raised the quality bar of the project I had started; much credits to them all. I further polished the package by adding historically accurate weapon loadouts, my selection of sounds (including authentic engine samples by guuruu), realistic camouflage shapes and colours, reworked decals for the actual USAF's F-22A squadrons, new cockpit textures and other tweaks here and there. Each squadron has got historically correct serial numbers, and they appear in chronological order in the loadout screen; the serial numbers at the bottom of the list are those of aircraft that joined that squadron for last, while the serials at the beginning of the list indicate those aircraft that were available to that squadron for first. Like you would expect in an opera omnia, I even reproduced three unique paint schemes of real Raptors; the air superiority camouflage of the EMD 91-4001 Prototype of September 1997, the temporary "Blue Nose" decoration of the "Cripes A'Mighty" Raptor assigned to the 149th Fighter Squadron in April 2010, and a generic Mid-Production livery sporting the markings of the last Raptor ever produced that flew for the first time in March 2012. Templates by yakarov79, tweaked by yours truly, are included for your skinning fantasies. Notes: -The cockpit is not yet accurate, as various details couldn't be reworked due to RL and time constraints. We were working on a brand new cockpit with accurate HUD and displays. Slimers with correct illumination were also planned. Hopefully they will be a thing in a future re-release. -The aircraft folder is named "F-22A", just like the one included in a number of mod packages which use an old 3d model by Dels. In order to avoid mismatches and bugs of any sort, it's highly suggested to either remove or rename the aircraft folder using Dels' Raptor 3d model. -GPS guidance bombs (EOGB) do not work as intended in SF2, there are issues about them not locking on target and about AI behaviour. The GBU-39 has been set as an EOGR, so it works like a missile; this is a needed workaround to have them loaded properly on a rack while keeping the GPS guidance property. -You need to tweak the SoundList.ini file in order to fully experience any new sounds. 1 pointIf the income could be replaced, I'd remove the ads all together. The site is an out-of-pocket expense every month, even with revenue we generate, pulling the ads would just add to that burden. In addition to that Google has taken over the ad space and they use what's now called "auto ads". Where I used to have the ability to customize the use, that's all been discontinued. I don't even have the option of creating a user that would be ad-free. I'd have to turn off Google Ads completely. However, I can request reviews at the publisher level which may get better results than reporting them.

Honestly the ones that burn me are the "Would you vote for Trump a third time?" ones. :) I have NO idea how I would be tagged for those by Google. I will see what I can do on my end. This site is WAY too valuable to me to get put off by something outside the admins control. (I am due for a re-up of my subscription but I need to get past some real life issues first.) 1 pointIsn't there humongous screw guns mounted on chassis with tank treads, that they can pull up to the nose of an F18 or F15 and engage with that screw. Then once it's tightened enough, the whole jet spins around and around AND AROUND. That way they can quickly dry them off if they get too wet.

July 2021 =============== Royal Netherlands Air Force NF-5A Freedom Fighter Volume II VERSION 1.0 ------------------------------------------------------------ We are proud to present the NF-5A RNLAF, the Canadair variant of the Northrop F-5a, one of the most enduring American military aircraft designs ever produced during the Cold War period. The Canadair NF-5A was essentially similar to the Canadian AF CF-5 but introduced several modifications, the most important being the more powerful J-85Can-15 engines, Doppler radar navigation system, arrestor hook, two large split air intake doors aft of the main wing trailing edge on both sides of the fuselage to provide extra air to the engines (later also used for F-5E type), and provision to carry the larger 275 gallon under-wing fuel tanks. The aircraft also featured maneuvering leading edge flaps, a strengthened windscreen, and was the only F-5a to operate a two position nose gear. It has been our goal to provide to the simmer a highly detailed model and texture base which preserve the beautiful lines of this aircraft; and to engineer flight model files and a cockpit/gauge file-set that are authentic and add to the immersion of the flying experience within the Strike Fighters 2 series. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: -------------------------- 1. Copy the contents of the "To Mods Folder(s)" to your SF2 Mod directory. Allow directory merging and overwrites, provided the overwrites pertain to "fake pilot" entries, as well as weapons made by ravenclaw_007, which are included in this and many other releases. 2. Add the entries of "ADD_TO_SOUNDLIST.txt" to your SOUNDLIST.INI (located in the "user\Saved Games\ThirdWire\StrikeFighters2\Flight" folder).If one does not exist, then you will need to extract it using the 3rdWire CAT extract utility. You are simply required to substitute the "XXX"s with the next sequential number in the sound file section of the file. NOTE 1: ------------ Both Regular and Higher resolution cockpit textures are included in their own distinct folders in the package. The user may alternate between the two by "commenting out" the relevant line in the NF-5A_COCKPIT.INI [CockpitData] Directory=cockpit <---This is the default //Directory=cockpit_Lo-Fi In order to "activate" the higher resolution textures you would decomment the previous line and comment out the next line, thus: [CockpitData] //Directory=cockpit Directory=cockpit_Lo-Fi <---This is now Low-Res NOTE 2: ------------ Another frame-rate friendly option for those with older hardware is to use the Next level of Detail Model as the primary external model. Due to game limitations, the Air to Air aiming mark is set up for lead computing of a target at 213meters (or 700 feet). We have included another gun sight option, whereby lead is calculated for targets all the way out to 4000ft. This has involved adding a ranging radar (which the NF-5A didn't have) but this solution allows lead computing for targets further out than 700 feet - something the RGS2 was capable of. The radar ranging option is the default but the user can copy the files from the "Standard" subfolder of the Avionics_Alt folder (located in the Aircraft folder) and switch out the ini files.
