7 pointsI added some small islands east of Energodar. Perhaps i will do some work on the north coast of Energodar. Finally all trees are "planted". Ground combat at the bottle neck of the Crimean Peninsula added. So CAS missions are possible now. My attempt to make battlegrounds between Cherson and Nikolajew, which are relevant today, failed. I got strange results. The game was doing what it wanted, not what it should do. I'm not sure wheter i can release a new Beta this weekend. But i think someday in the next week it will happen. Screenshot: Energodar seen from the east. In forground the new islands, which i added.

3 pointsBetter models or higher resolutions skins (4096 at least) for the stock SF2 jets (especially the red side) would improve the in game experience. Also we need more accurate data concerning weapons (an update is on the works by Crusader) and RCS values. I would also like to see updated ground objects (stock models are bad) with more realistic data. You can not knock out a T-55 with some 20mm rounds fired from an aircraft.

I really like the Su-37 model, but I always did not like its coloring. When I studied the history of the Su-27 series, I found out that the Su-37 and Su-27M did not differ in appearance. The fuselage, wings and tail are the same for them. Different only in engines. I decided to repaint this model in the colors of Su-27M, so it was more pleasant to kill this plane. ============ Installation: Copy the files to the appropriate locations in your mod folder as usual. Be sure to overwrite the decals folder. It is very important! There is a fix for the UV grid of the original model, cause of which the second wing had a reflection of the first that the aircraft was disfiguring. It is better to overwrite weapons folder. I ve made some small changes (fixed the years of using) in inies in some of them. ============ I tried to make the skins as accurate as possible. But the skin T-10M-1 is not very accurate from below because of the limitations of the model. If you want to correct this, do not stop yourself. Fix, redraw, repack, share, I will be happy with your corrections of my skins. 1 pointHello gentlemen, I wanted to make this post for a long time but I was hesitating for some reasons. But I think it's time to write it. I would like everyone to list what we should make (model) for the game that we didn't make yet Air/Ground/ Sea. That way we may organizer group or groups (two or three members in a group) to work on model. Or just to have a list that we can prioritize the models to make. Let me know what you think.

1 pointThat is a great idea, let us see if yakarov79 is working on one or not. Maybe he is interested in making it, that if he didn't already made one.

1 pointAgreed. It is basically a modified F-15E Strike Eagle. I have not done a ton of research but loadout and avionics are probably the long poles in the tent.

1 pointwhatever the difference between the F-15 and The F-15EX I think we can do it as a fake pilot add-ons as they share the same measurement (except for the missile bay) or just get a hold of a F-15 model as I think it have be made by a member of the forum if not we can made one but that means a complete new model. That may take time. But worth it I think.

1 pointThis is really interesting to see you all interested in this thread, and to see all these wishes and I hope all or maybe some of them will come through. Keep them coming.

1 pointAs for me I have been thinking for a long time in the fictional ADFX-01 Morgan, not only because it was my first trial of 3D modding twelve years ago, but also because I want a plane to install an automated laser turret onboard. Too bad I don't have time right now

1 pointI refuse to believe that this was a scam/money grab .. maybe I'm naive, but I truly think that he was serious about the update. I know he didn't raise what he expected, and this is the result .. I guess I'd better resign myself to the fact that SF2 will remain as is .. it's a crying shame though because this game is so bloody cool!

This is the conversion of the old SF1 model in SF2 + new skins Original files is here https://combatace.com/files/file/14306-su-30mk2-for-sf1-woe/ This package presents the Su-30 Soviet times and the Su-30 MK (Modified Commercial) modern by Irkut Avia Plant . ============ Installation: IF YOU HAVE INSTALLED THIS MY PACK BEFORE version 1.0.0 : Delete "Su-30" and "SU-30MK" folders at "Objects\Aircraft\" in your mod folder. Extract file "SF2_Su-30_Irkut_ST_v1.0.1.7z" at any directory Move the files to the appropriate locations in your mod folder as usual. if you like, unpack "Additional_Skins_(these_skins_moved_to_SU-30MK2_KnAAZ_Pack).7z" and move skins to just installed Su-30 aircraft, but you need'nt to do it if you want to use my Su-30 Part II by KnAAZ air Plant. I moved these skins to that pack. It is easier for me to update packs separately. In real Su-30 are produced at two different factories, on "IRKUT" (Irkutsk Aviation Plant) they rebuild old Su-27 UB\PU to Su-30KN and KM (both without canards) and build new Su-30SM with canards. I do not do skins for SM modifications, cuz i see that decision with "fake pilot canards" is not elegant, and i have no 3Ds MAX to do something by myself. In this pack there are skins only for KN and KM modifications (without canards) . Second Plant is KnAAZ ( based in Komsomolsk on Amur) produses all other modifications (all without canards) for export. It is better to overwrite weapons folder. I 've made some small changes (fixed the years of using) in inies in some of them. ============ I tried to make the skins as accurate as possible. But some details missed because of the limitations of the model. i cant find the way to do "no step" dashes on Ukrainian skin, it places wrong way, some decals can't de placed right etc. If you want to correct this, do not stop yourself. If you like my files, fix, redraw, repack, share, do what you need. Su-33 Camo for Su-27M (What if) Alternative history : [TRUE] The aircraft carrier Admiral Kuznetsov set sail on 15 October 2016 from the Kola Bay for takin part in Russian agression against Syria. The carrier was accompanied by an ocean-going tugboat, as a precaution due to potential propulsion failure. The airwing included 6-8 Su-33 fighters, 4 Mig-29K/KUBR multi-role aircraf. On 14 November 2016, a MiG-29K crashed into the sea after taking off from the carrier. On 15 November 2016, Admiral Kuznetsov, took part in bombing Syria. On 3 December 2016, an Su-33 crashed into the sea after attempting to land on the carrier. [FICTION] On 4 December early in the morning, the aircraft carrier's radar detected more than a dozen unknown air targets approaching their ship. In a panic, the Russians raised all Su-33 fighters to protect their aircraft carrier. But it was too late. In a matter of minutes all Su-33 planes were shot down. To this day it remains a mystery whether these were F-22 stelth aircraft or they were Israeli F-35 aircraft. Some person tells even it was martians. These cheerless news came to the Kremlin. The news of the loss of all Su-33 aircraft could not be published in the Russian mass media. Dumbfounded militarist propaganda residents, could inadequately respond to such a defeat of their troops. It was decided to hush up the news. Dmitry Rogozin minister of Defense Industry of Russia, suggested that all existing Su-27M to repaint in Su-33 camouflage colors. A few days later, at night at low altitude, all repainted Su-27Ms flew to Syria and start imitating the presence of the Su-33 in Syria and showed themselves in propaganda TV plots. We are waiting for the further events. BBC News, cpecial report, Syria. ======== This skin match (original aircraft) https://combatace.com/files/file/15049-su-37-flanker-f/ Or my repack https://combatace.com/files/file/16722-su-27m-t-10m-original-su-37-repainted/ ======== installation: unpack and copy to your installed before Su-27M or Su-37 folder. Be sure to overwrite the decals folder. It is very important! There is a fix for the UV grid of the original model, cause of which the second wing had a reflection of the first that the aircraft was disfiguring. ======== Used Decals from: NATO Fighters 4+ https://combatace.com/files/file/12230-nato-fighters-4-part-5/ By Dave (approved by Dave, January 20, 2016) =========== Skins was drawn based on outlines by Mariusz Wojciechowski and real photos. http://www.mariwoj.pl/ And Skins by me, bazillius If you like this skin you can copy, paste, remake, redraw use in your pack. I do not care of it. Kisses, waves, hand shaking and best regards. -
