    I already solved creating rollers with transparent textures illuminated in each exhaust outlet as if it were a propeller, when one face is jerky and the other one is completely transparent, that when flipping gives that flickering effect

    Meteors Over Israel Bunch of meteors for SF2. For Isreal Air Force to be more specific. Basic modding skills are required to run this mod. (copy/paste, mod folder structure etc.) Install: Copy paste specific folders into a correct destination. Fake pilot is required to run this mod. Also, Thirdwire Meteor cockpit is required from the original game. Fuel tanks- not to be afraid. Overwrite or just leave it. 100 gal tank is original TW tank. You can overwrite or just simply do not copy. 175 gal tank also. Tanks are just ini files. Mod use tanks that are part of aircraft lod. This is a highly modified Veltro2k model uploaded on CA somewhere in 2016 by paulopanz. Some time ago few guys decided (because they have a chance to do so) to rework this pretty aircraft. So, first of all, thank you Veltro2k. Although. There is just very few original parts of an old model. Most of it was remodeled. Added bits here and there. We changed mapping and we made new skins...and a lot of new stuff. You will see. That is part of a story... I took chance on modding this aircraft more and created some other versions. In this pack, you will find a few models available. F.8 FR.9 NF.13 T.7 T.7.5 Skins covering all units from IAF service. All skins are in 4096x4096 format. You can easily resize to needed resolution. better to downsize than rescale to higher res. In case someone will have some plans around FR.9 version - this is a specific model with added cameras via decals because only two Israeli FR.9 were recon capable. I have FR.9 with glass nose also..to be uploaded... Credits. Veltro2k - the original model Me - model rework and some other mambo jumbo like skins decals, hangars 76.IAP-Blackbird - also T model re-working. Charles - original FM from original T.7 upload. Seat - all credits o creator - unfortunately I don't remember who made this seat. Pilots - I have no idea / don't remember who did it. Also No longer fake weapon "no gun" is needed - thanks to The Trooper. He pointed small fix in data.ini. Added simple bump and specular maps. Also added damage tgas. Some changes and rearrangement in the cockpit ******************IMPORTANT****************** FAkePilot mod neede to run this mod. As always. This addon works with my CargoPACK (included in rar file). All of the weapon stations are made as specific station code and will work only with this cargo pack. Of course, you can edit and use any other weapons available. Standard commands: LANDING GEAR - Nose light deploy/retract at any speed. ANIMATION 1 - right side hatch and door. ANIMATION 2 - left hatch cabin windows ANIMATION 3 - wipers outside/inside Parking animations. Two parking animations included one for 'on land base' and other for 'on board' parking. I'm including two vessels moded as USMC nation. (same as in AH-1J pack) so you can practice start and land. Those ships have moded catapults, deck and arresting cables in a data.ini file. Those ships are limited only to those used during the Vietnam War on WestPac/SEA cruises. You can fold tail and rotor by enabling animation in data.ini file. But it looks silly. And my intention for this animation was eye candy on board vessel. With little practice, you can even hoover. Without fake flaps and airbrakes. Important here to control is using rudder and vector thrust control. With heavy cargo load probably you need little run on A model as engines on A are little underpowered. Normally throttle vector control on 88-89 degree increase power 70% then slowly -more and more, wait and it will take off. It is possible to land on board two included ships. don't forget about a hook. Cockpits. New upgraded cockpit based on NATOPS manual. Fuel usage is not super perfect but compared to all previous H-53 models released here fuel gauges are working. Few differences between models mostly in humps/bumps/sensors dispensers. Skins. All serial numbers are based on available photos, and USMC documents and are historically correct. Weapons. The only "offensive" weapon is left/right side gunner. Well, it is a quite defensive weapon. Cargo loads. I am releasing this cargo load in the current condition. So maybe some skins needs to be adjusted. Cargo loads include few cargo crates for cargo bay and hook, howitzer, MUTTs. Skins for MUTTS - Thank yo The Trooper. Skins. All serial numbers, as far as I know, are based on photos and US Army docs and are historically correct. One specific folder for Desert Storm Mod Fans. including one of two units operating D model during Desert Storm. HMH-462 Model 80 two generic paints green and 3color paint scheme. Model 99 HMH-362, HMH-363 and HMH-463 operating CH-53D at the end of service of this aircraft. In 2012 CH-53D was finally retired. IMPORTANT - Due tu construction of this mod it is better to use collision and landing on NORMAL setting. On hard you may have some complications on airfield - especialy with underslung cargo load.     True, but with SF2NA carrier ops are available. The position of the ship groups a generated randomly in a defined area. But sometimes the ship groups appear outside of the defined areas.

    Ships on land is totally on account of the prevailing wind direction-especially during landing, the ships will sail into the wind and if positioned near a shoreline, onto land as a result. I noticed this in the Gulf of Aqaba (IsrealME).Correction achieved by simply changing the wind direction.

    Pal, I suggest you cool the fuck down -- those comments were exceedingly uncalled for. Yes, the readme could have been more specific, and yes, the FakePilot (tm) was missing from the mods package. But your comments are way out of line. Without Jarek's work, we wouldn't have these birds, except for payware and (unavailable) memberware (DAT). So, take a step back and chill out. This thread is done.

Anyway. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This is part that no one will read..but feels like I need to share this: This mod represents Sikorsky S-65 C-3 models used by Israeli Air Force History of Yasur in Israel air Force is somehow complicated. I was trying to represent all sub-models that served until now. (except yasur2025) S-65 was an export version based on HH-53C model. All serials are correct but not always represents specific units (although I've put a lot of effort to sort serials - and it's really hard as always in all Israeli serials from 60-80 period) I've split this pack into few sub-variants. Long story in short: Israel received the first batch S-65 C-3 in august 1970.(some sources give date 1969) already with two-digit numbers. Later re-serialed with added prefix 1 to numbers. This batch was called 'Series A' The second batch of Yasur helicopters was delivered in July 1971. 5 aircrafts with serials started with 2 (although for some time it carried prefix1) it's called 'Series B'. The third group consisted of 6 aircrafts were delivered between 1972-1973. Aircrafts received prefix 3 and were called 'Series C' also there were few differences in avionics and all 6 aircrafts were equipped with starlight nvg system. The fourth group was named 'Series D' and prefixed 4. Delivered after 1973 war. Eight helicopters from USMC surplus. The most prominent difference between S-65C-3 is an absence of refueling probe and auxiliary fuel tanks. Also different avionics and different armor plates in various points of the airframe. In the late 80s (probably) four of them were upgraded into late Yasur S-65 version called 'Series G' and serials prefixed 7,(aux fuel tanks and upgraded avionics). Other four remained unchanged to keep the ability to recover UAV (MARS method). Next fifth batch of 18(17) aircraft serials prefixed with 5 and 'called Series E' delivered somewhere in 1974-75 It was standard S-65C3 variant but with Titanium blades and again changes in avionics. Series six were two aircrafts purchased from Austria in May 1991. And prefixed 6. Right after delivery, it received all Yasur 2000 standard upgrades. Next and last batch of delivery is again USMC surplus CH-53A airframes delivered after Gulf War (April and September) 1991. Around 10 airworthy airframes. (Plus around 8 airframes in 1993 that were used as spare parts - not received serials nor designation) All aircraft were prefixed 8. And remain in service in standard USMC grey/black/green scheme, until some of them (seven) were designated for an upgrade to current Yasur standards. In 1992 IAF started Yasur 2000 program. During this upgrades, each helicopter that underwent conversion serial number was changed. S-65C3 plus two ex-Austrians received prefix 0. All other helicopters that were still in service were upgraded to Yasur 2000 variant and received prefix 9. (those are airframes of old CH-53A without aux fuel tanks and refueling probe) Visible difference is an addition of support braces on fuel tanks pylons. In game aircrafts will appear with following years of service: Yasur CH-53A Sea Stallion (1973-1992) Yasur S-65 C3 '69 (1969-1985) Yasur S-65 C3 '86 (1985-1992) Yasur 2000 (1993-2050) ******************IMPORTANT****************** FakePilot mod needed to run this mod. As always.     Tzefa Over Israel part 2. Ver 1.0 for SF2 June 2016. This is a third party add on of the AH-1E and F Cobra using models and cockpits created by me. The original flight model is standard as on many free to download helicopters. I have just modified it a bit. It is designed for and works only in the SF2 series. All of weapon stations are made as specific station code and will work only with this weapon pack. Standard commands for activating Cobra features: ARRESTING HOOK - jump from pilot station to gunner station. LANDING GEAR - skid search light on/off at any speed. Dont forget to retract it because you wil be not able to shoot. ANIMATION 8 - ammo bay dooors ANIMATION 9 - gunner door (ext and cockpit view) ANIMATION 10 - pilot door (ext and cockpit view) ANIMATION 1 - NVG (It is not nvg but some greent filter) If you don't like it disable it in cockpitini file. This is second part of my Tzefa over Israel pack. In early eighties Israel received E and F model Cobra. Later all E models were upgraded to F standard. All Tzefa were divided into 160 and 161 squadrons. For take off: Around 75% of throttle vector - and then increase power to 70-85% (or more for quick lift) and pull controll stick little and snake will take off. Then reduce throttle vector as needed and reduce power to 69%. It should fly around 110kts now. 69% is about cruising speed. When on the ground you can see rotating blades for pitch and roll. Just additional and unnecesary thing (not visible so much when flying) but it is possible so it is there. Not working like i want but better then nothing. There are two different pylons on inboard stations one for rocketpods one for gunpods. Just to have a proper angle of fire with GP. It is not proper for real model but in my opinion best what can be done for SF engine. Rocket pods are ok with correct angle on inboard stations. NVG. Unfortunately there is no NVG in this game. I just added green "filter" to cockpit and you can activate it by default Animation 1 key. In external view ther will be little change in cockpit- unfortunately not moving with pilot/guner head. In copit view there is green glow and filter It is definitely not helping during night flight but this is beta version. Maybe one day real nvg will be possible here. If you dont like it disable it in cockpit.ini file. This feature apears only in National Guard 85 model and bonus, Most of the weapon are same as in previous packs and are common to G/Q/S/P/E model. Including XM158 and M200/M260/M261 launchers and for smoe late models M260 and M261 with Mk66 motor rockets. TOWs BGM-71A/B/C/D There is additional optional Suppressed Exhaust loaded via weaponstation. Also here there is new M197 automatic cannon loaded via weaponstation. One more thing. I am using mostly standard weapon effects. Make sure to edit it your way if you decide to use this weapons. Pilots: I am using helopilots by OldDiego.     Although the Tu-16 began as a high-altitude, free-fall bomber, in the mid-1950s it was equipped to carry early Soviet cruise missiles. The Tu-16KS (Badger-B) version could carry AS-1 missiles over a combat radius of 1,800 km (1,125 mi). These very large weapons were aerodynamically similar to the Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-15 fighter, fitted with either a nuclear or conventional warhead, had a range of about 140 km (90 mi). They were intended for use primarily against US Navy aircraft carriers and other large surface ships. Subsequent Tu-16s were converted to carry later, more advanced missiles, while their designations changed several times. A versatile design, the Tu-16 was built in numerous specialized variants for reconnaissance, maritime surveillance, electronic intelligence gathering (ELINT), and electronic warfare (ECM). A total of 1,507 aircraft was constructed in three plants in the Soviet Union, in 1954–1962. They were exported to Egypt, Iraq and Indonesia.     Boeing AH-64A Peten mod Ver 1.0 for SF2 DISCLAIMER ---------- This is a third party add on of the AH-64A Apache using models and cockpits created by Dels. Flight model and specific Israeli Peten mod was made by me. It is designed for and works in the SF2 series of games. This mod is made because of new upgraded Israel 2 Terrain by Wrench. - highly recommended by the way. Instead of working on Something Completely Different i was mixing with this great helo by Dels. So here it is. AH-64A Peten mod is made as specific aircraft for Israel. Nation Name is changed to Israel and service start date set to 1990. It was in my mind just simple mod (at the begining) but ended as little more complex. It is not perfect, but so far it works for now. I have changed FM my way. So there is a lot of changes in data file. It has a new engines system, new weapon stations, countermeasures and some other stuff. I have also put life into TADS and PNVS. Just fun in external view. And the most important thing is bumps, dispensers and whistles of Israeli Apache. I wanted to make two paint versions so fake pilot is not much help here. So Peten mod is added by weaponstation. Anyway gun is always on board. So this is how it works here. Some small changes into cockpit ini file. Also new Fuel tanks (CARC green and IAF tan) are provided plus M260 and M261 rocket launchers with different warheads. (same as in Cobra packs) Use vector thrust controll, rudder and controll throttle. It is easy to fly right now. Still working on better FM. WEAPONS ------------- The AGM-114 Hellfire missiles and rails included in this package come from FastCargo's excellent "Hellfire and BrimStonefor SFP1/WOV/WOE (Version 1.1)". All credit to FC for them, Dels have arranged them in folders for SF2 and made some minor .ini changes. Dels also made the AGM-114K Hellfire II using FC's AGM-114A model. I made Hellfires as specific station code for IAF. Also skins are without US ARMY markings. So better to use this as it wil not overwrite anything in you weapons directory. Unless you named it same as me. Hellfire rails are made by FastCargo. I just rename it. I had some issues with loadouts. So again here you should depend on loadout.ini file. It always uses two rails upper M272 with two hellfires (up) and lower M299 (with two hellfires on bottom rails only) I don't know why but on loadout with 4 hellfires on M299 - in game it was always 3 shown. Strange. So to avoid conflicts with previous hellfire rails I made them as specific station code only for Peten. I am always using Specific station code so I don't have mess in Loadout menu. I can only see weapons that I can/need to carry. M260 and M261 Rocket launchers. There are two versions of these launchers CARC green and IAF Tan. Same as in my Cobra packs. You can overwrite (recomended). The only change here is display names. To avoid conflicts in loadout menu with previous launchers I changed CARCgreen to M260/M261.warhead.name.US and IAF Tan to M260/M261.warhead.name.IDF. You can overwrite. It wil still works with cobras and here with Peten and no mess with display names. Launchers uses my Mk66 hydra rockets. Also here in pack. Same as in latest Cobra packs. Important here is M230 ChainGun. It is a key to have a Peten mod for early green and late IAF camo. Gun is loaded by weaponstation. Also coded. New sound file for M230 is provided, with specific data entry into SOUNDLIST.ini. Stingers are available for loadout but i did not put it into loadout.ini. I never seen IAF Apaches with Stingers. Not much hostile flyers there ? No other IRM/ARM weapons allowed. GUNS ----------- 30MM_M230 same as in original Dels package but with edited sound file name. SKINS: ---------- 113 Tayeset as they started to use Peten in 1990 and later also 190 Tayeset starting 1995. 190 Tayeset in new camouflaged tiger scheme from 2003/2004. All serial numbers as far as I know are historicaly correct, based on available information and photos. INSTALLATION ------------ Copy files to specific folders. You can add the following to your squadronlist.ini [squadron ---] Name=113IAF DisplayName=113 Tayeset "Ha'Tsira'a" Nation=Israel [squadron ---] Name=190-2IAF DisplayName=190 Tayeset "Maga Hakesem" Nation=Israel Higly recomended to use Diego's helopilots. or you can use whatever you like by editing the AH-64A_Data.ini ---------------------------------------------------------------- Hope I did not mess too much here.
