ok, update with oppurtunity to test.... Kjakker, could you upload the effects and sound to go with the bombs? also adjusting the drag ratios on the RIs so they fall back (like a parachute retarded weapon) and give the aircraft time to get away. also need to either change the FI to the parachute lod or eliminate it. the difference in the two was that the RI was retarded internal carriage, FI could also land on the ground, wait 30 seconds then detonate. so far im not sure that can replicate in game. no jobs today so will be working on adjusting the Killerbee originals, skins on russouk's and other edits to make the experience survivable finally, interesting fact from research: the B28 minus chute was the weapon for the A-5. it was in front of two fuel tanks, and the whole works was ejected with the tail cone over the target. UPDATE 2 getting some makeup on KBs old bombs. nothing like ravenclaws work, but better than the original weapons pack today

Actually, there is a way - this is from my old Su-27_avionics.ini, back in the day when I was using Marc's cockpit: [HUD_BreakX] SymbolType=BREAK_X ImageFilename=cockpit\hud\HUD_OTB.tga ImageSize=0.04 ImagePosition=0.00,0.152 AwayImageFilename=cockpit\hud\HUD_LA.tga HUD_LA.tga is the SHOOT cue

I'm not sure if it was an F/A-18B or D that this skin goes on, but in either case drop this in the appropriate folder and go fly. In the drop down menu it is under VFA-125 Desert

Minor update: -Creation of a generic prop taildragger flight model. It really doesn't resemble a P-51D! -Animation of (primary) control surfaces -Animation of gauges (although some gauges need some tuning) -Animation of the propeller Test flight video: This can be achieved *without* patching FlightGear. I only had to add the LOD file loader plugin DLL to the plugin directory. However for the planned support of the LOD keyframe animations (landing gear, ...), FlightGear must be patched. If anyone wants to know, how the configuration files in FlightGear look like: p-51d-model.xml contains the control surface and propeller animations. In SF2 that data is in the <aircraft>_data.ini. vc.xml contains the gauge animations. In SF2 that data is in the <aircraft>_cockpit.ini. My todo list for the SF2-FG project: -Re-creation of the SF2 systems and flight model -Support of keyframe animations -Gunsight -Weapons -Decal support -Normal and specular map support

This 100% model was rebuild from scratch and made fully 3D with appropiate troop space and benches, gunmounts, headlights, viewports, sidemounts and proper tracks like in my previous models. In the destroyed version the tracks come off and lie useless on the ground, obviously rendering the object useless. Textures could probly still be improved a little but this is where it stands now. FastCargo did the 3D model work for the Super Hornet while bpao did the TMF birds, so there is nothing I can do about the animations if that is what you're asking. And I have no experience with the real jets so I don't know really.

Sheriff, only thing i can see so far is to adjust the "Y5" on the skins of all but the 1.45MT weapons. the Y(number) denoted what the yield was. I plan to get to that within the week (work allowing). Kjakker, are you planning on releasing this, or would you mind if i updated Killerbee's B28 ini's and released a pack of both(internal versions and KBs externals)? either way plugging the FI_350kt into my release for the B-52s this month. big help and thank you again back at Sheriff, i still say that birds unofficial name should be the Chiquita!

just copy the URL and paste it in the post you make. It's best to past the link on a line by itself, it just embeds from that URL link.

Are these sufficiently "definitive" to include in a new aircraft loadout? I am still working on the USN/USMC Buccaneer (McDonnell A-6 Bakunawa). Naturally it would carry its nuclear weapons internally. A decent internal nuke would make a good addition for my American Buccaneer. As you can see, it's a tight squeeze, but there is clearance.

View File NSAWC F/A-18B "Topgun" This was an F/A-18B aasigned to NSAwC and used as an adversary aircraft. Drop it in your FA-18B folder and go fly. It can be found under NSAWC "Topgun" in the selection menu. Submitter EricJ Submitted 10/01/2019 Category F-18

basic model information seems very over complicated...saying that any sim looks confusing until you dig deeper and run it often mue...you reckon we can make txt file version data files as of sf2 style and then convert to xml ? looking at cockpit xml...its a bit like binary they use 1 for on 0 for off to select an axis for a needle.. starting to see what they are doing... <entry> <ind>-1000.0</ind> <dep>-138.5</dep> for a gauge 1000 ind is I think indicator (needle) DEP NOT SURE BUT ITS THE ROTATION IN DEGREES OF THE 1000 MARK soz for caps.

As the sun began to set the SEAL Team leader reviewed the intel package.. A week ago an aid convoy heading for the remote villages near the Sudan border lost contact. Of course search parties were launched to find them. 48 hours ago a French C-160 on an aid drop flight spotted the convoy halted well off their route and called it in. The convoy consists of trucks carrying food and medical supplies, a portable clinic constructed from shipping containers, and a number of international doctors, nurses and aid workers, including 5 Americans. As suspected, the convoy was being held by Sudanese backed militia. It would be dark by the time the SEALs arrived at Gondar. They would head straight into the mission planning cell and get together with the Marines to plan a rescue that could be launched as soon as possible.. Sure enough, by morning the various elements were ready to go.. A KC-130 lifts off carrying the SEALs.. Marine helos launch... A blocking force of Marines, including Humvees and LAV-25s will be inserted between the convoy and the border to prevent the militia escaping with hostages... And the F/A-18Ds of VMFA(AW)- 533 are tasked to provide recon, CAS and CAP for the operation.. The KC-130's track takes it far enough from the convoy that it won't be noticed, but close enough that the SEALs can cover the distance comfortably and it's time to jump... To be continued...

Hello, friends, Just came back from my long vacation to Turkey Istanbul, It was a really great one I should post some photos. Back to 3d work, I will try to complete the civilian airport terminals I was thinking off having them separated models so users can shape the terminals and the gates the way they like. I should have them after maybe a week. then I will try to catch up with some requests that I have not completed. Seven Lakes National Park

Spent some time again this weekend in the Pacific theater and managed to capture a couple of nice shots of the early Tomahawk. I should probably start doing some FM tweaks for a small selection of two-engined aircraft, for an extension of my 1937 - 1941 package for SF2, but the flying is just too addictive. Von S

Dear friends, due to medical problems I will be missing from here for a while, so our collegue and friend YAKAROV79 will take over , and after all tweaks are ready (they are close to ready) he will release, in my behalf, the planes, for both SF1 and SF2. Please say a pray for me. Thank you all for all these happy years beside YOU.
