if it is possible it is always better to add a deck. Not functional in game...but still nice addition. When one day in the future we will have SF2050 edition with all wishlist features...then it will be useful.

PER READ ME : SF2 O-1E RCAF Service A bit of history : Cessna 305 Bird Dog, L-19E (Serial Nos. 16717-16735). The Canadian Army originally called No. 1 Air Observation Post No. 1 Air Observation Post Flight (Type A) (Army Component), Royal Canadian Artillery. This was changed to No. 1 Air Observation Post Flight (Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery) on 15 Feb 1957. Both used the same abbreviation of No. 1 AOP Flt. No. 1 AOP moved to Hemer, Germany in March 1960 at Fort Prince of Wales and where it was redesignated as No. 1 Air Observation Post Troop. They were attached to the 1st Regiment Royal Canadian Horse Artillery as part of 4 Canadian Infantry Brigade Group. No. 1 AOP Tp moved to Lahr in southern Germany in 1970 with the rest of the Brigade and on 1 Oct 1972, No. 1 AOP Tp and the three other Army aviation elements within 4 CMBG; including the Command and Liaison Flight 4 CMBG HQ, Aircraft Repair Platoon 4 Service Battalion and Helicopter Reconnaissance Troop, C Squadron Royal Canadian Dragoons, were amalgamated and became No. 444 Tactical Helicopter Squadron. -For SF2 =ONLY= (Full 4/5 Merged Reccomended) **NOTE: you have to get the SF2 Cessna O-1E BirdDog Upgrade Pak -for 3rdWire O-1E- located at : https://combatace.com/files/file/12268-cessna-o-1e-birddog-upgrade-pak-for-3rdwire-o-1e/ in order to make this work as it's not a completed plane that is included, just the files to add the RCAF schemes/Sqn. Serials and units are the real one's for the O-1E in service with the RCAF Royal Canadian Air Force : 1957 - JATC 1957 - No. 1 AOP Flt. 1957-1965 - No. 1 AOP Trp. 1965-1970 - No. 1 AOP Trp. 1970-1974 - No. 4 CMBG HQ 1972-2005 - Royal Canadian Air Cadets *** Make a back-up of the original files if you do not like the current work *** - Delete the Objects/Decals/O-1E/Canada folder - Delete the Objects/Aircraft/O-1E/Canada folder Copy/Paste the /Objects folder DIRECTLY into the SF2 game install of choice's /Objects folder. It's already divided into the /Aircraft and /Decals sub-folders. .ini editing : - In the ORIGINAL O-1E.ini, remove the [TextureSet???] associated with the Canada nation from the file. - Add the entries from the O-1E.ini file of this pack and change numbers in the sequence accordingly in order for the whole thing to work as intended. ----------------------------- Credits : Thirdwire for the SF2 series Wrench for the O-1E upgraded pack Harold A. Mirage F1BK-2 This mod is dedicated to BPAO, nothing would have been possible without him. The Kuwait Air Force (Al-Quwwat al-Jawwiya al-Kuwaitiya) ordered 4 Mirage F1BK-2, a two-seat operational conversion trainer. The extra seat and controls added only 30 cm (12 in) to the length of the fuselage, but at the cost of less internal fuel capacity and the loss of the internal cannon. A big thank to all on Combatace and C6 forums that helped us solving issues we encountered. Any omission in credits is totally unwanted, if I forgot somebody, let me know, I will correct this. This addon is and will in all cases remain freeware. Released under CombatAce Fair-Use terms. Enjoy The Mirage F-1 Team.

A fun though different timeline would be that Dhimar and Pran suffers a catastrophic economical crisis due to the end of the oil production and are becoming third world country with very limited resources (old cold war planes, Trainers converted to Air combat, few helicopters ...) say in 1989, with no support from other powers

So do you want me to have a helicopter to take off and land from the ship?
  21. 1 point
please make a version without the helicopter, to do takeoffs and stakes on the flight deck

the two things i could say are (in reverse order that they popped into my mind) dont save the mission that kills you, replay it or bigger still dont get killed. this is StrikeFighters, not The Edge of Tommorow.

Russ has a 110 in the works. You'd have to ask him about any expected release date. IIRC, he was also working on a proper He-111H cockpit too.

Alright, Ladies (???) and Gentlemen, After consulting the data, it has come to my attention that I must hereby certify that: Baldric is the winner! In a surprisingly lethal affair, 2nd Lt. Archibald Turner managed to win by one point! In fact, the upper echelons of the scoring bracket were very close, as you can see above, with the top three finishers being separated by only four points! Interestingly, 22 missions is apparently not enough for anyone to be promoted under the new version, so that may have to be changed going forward for any other challenges. I would also like to say that aside from eating it (yet again), I was thrilled at the turnout and quality of reporting as we celebrate the newest version of this storied flight simulator! So let's hear it for Baldric! I will be contacting you through pm about your prize and I will leave it to you and Louvert to discuss your custom paint job. " And for a brief moment, Gordo Cooper Archibald Turner became the greatest pilot anyone had ever seen." Thank you to all participants, I hope you had as much fun as I did and see you in the skies! (Or stuck in a tree as the case may be!) RR
