4 pointswhich skin you are trying to do? templates (AV-8BNA) are available in gimp format from a guy who made that bomb truck. I heard also that he is quite busy so it may take a while, and his templates are a mess...

3 pointsIt's definitely the Prowler FM that needs some tweaking from the Superpack. Because I can trap other birds (the flaps gets me all the time, I'm spoiled by the Super Hornet/Growler with auto flaps), but managed to get the A-6E down fine.

2 pointsi doubt that, i've never had issue with your English but your post was sufficient at "CAT001". all the rest and the pic distract from the actual information requested and while you did provide a list that had the information itself, some people like to do their own reading nothing wrong either way.

2 pointsThanks for noticing it. I don't know why, it's not the first time that my posts seem to be ignored or not fully understood by other users of the site. On another recent topic I suggested some solutions, but the user in that case missed it or rather focused on another post that didn't provide a solution. I'm truly wondering if something's wrong with my English, it is not my mother language

1 pointHey Eric, I wasn't referring to you, so don't worry! Also, things like these tend to happen, RL these days makes us do everything faster. I'd lie if I say I have never read a post in a hurry without misunderstanding it. No worries, mate, it happens. Also, daddyairplanes pointed out a good reason, the pic I uploaded was certainly distracting. The most important info wasn't given a clear space in the post I made, so this is my mistake as well. Looking forward to seeing what you'll do with those textures, it must be an interesting project!

1 pointI have some VX-23 stuff for the F/A-18E and figured it would look good on an EA-18G:

1 pointIf I'm not wrong, "DetachWhenDestroyed=FALSE" is to be preferred, to prevent the hidden part to reappear when the aircraft is destroyed.

1 pointWith my CATExtractor you can search for files in all CAT and DLC files at once without open every CAT/DLC file separately: https://combatace.com/forums/topic/98056-stock-decals-and-insignias-extrection/?do=findComment&comment=803209

1 pointscrooled through 60 pages of the modding and skinning section looking at about a dozen that looked like they had an answer. the few with examples all said "(meshname)_ok" really it works either way, i tried Coupis way fully at first(without), then went back and added the _ok. that wasnt the issue after all. now i just wait on a fellow coyote to check messages. pivot points i cannot change axis of in ini!

1 pointlove the title of this thread!!! I never use the "ok" section, and it's always worked for me in the case below, the spinners on the new Beaufort, as the RAAF versions didn't have them [Remove1] ParentComponentName=fuselage ModelNodeName=spinner_L2 DestroyedNodeName=spinner_L2 DetachWhenDestroyed=TRUE HasAeroCoefficients=FALSE

1 pointThe F-4E2 "Pret" is a F-4E Phantom variant used by the Indian Air Force. After buying 20 Phantoms in 1982, the Indian Air Force updated them to the "Pret" standard in 1995, allowing the Phantoms to carry AIM-120s and more modern ordinance. These planes stayed in service until 2020, when they were replaced by a batch of 24 Su-30MKIs.

1 pointHello All, It is great to see new members contributing to this awesome community. I wish I have the time to work on projects and even play the SF2! This thread is to thank our long time community member, modeler, and a great friend 'Logan4' I have to look up the original modeler for this beautiful F-5E (on the other computer), so far the most accurate (test photos). I did some modifications and worked on the templates. Logan made all the necessary accessories (fake pilot) for the various air forces/navy/marine/private contractor. His F-5E fuel tank is being contributed for the IIRAN Mirage F1... Thanks to Dave, Fates, Erik, MK2 and all the people involved for keeping this webpage alive and available all these years... and many more years to come! Thank you.

"F-14A Iranian Bombcat" --- !!! Requires SF2NA !!! --- It uses AvionicsF14A.dll, F-14A_77_Cockpit.lod and F-14A_77.lod model by ThirdWire. --- This was tested at July 2013 patch level, on an "All 5 Merged" install. Modification: Some data of the weapon pylons, loadout, avionics, cockpit, for make it possible to use the F-14A as a fighter bomber through A/G mode with CCIP on HUD. Data of the leading edge slats, now movement it's automatic (depends by Angle of Attack). I've added vapor effects for the fuselage and air intakes (visible during high g maneuvers). Canopy now can be open by pressing shift-1 command. I changed orientation of Iran on Nations.ini, from friend to enemy (now you can engage fight with nato and israel air force jets). - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - --- Just put these files in the corresponding Strike Fighters 2 folders. The Caproni Ca.310 Libeccio (Italian: southwest wind)was an Italian monoplane, twin-engine reconnaissance aircraft used in World War II. Derived from the similar Ca.309, it had its combat debut during the Spanish Civil War and took part in the earlier phases of World War II in Libya. Some were used in attack groups as a temporary replacement for the unsatisfactory Breda Ba.65. The last Ca.310 was retired by the Italian Air Force in 1948. 3D Model (Veltro2k) Textures and FM (Charles) Cockpit (Kesselbrut) Best Sim : Thirdwire THIS MODEL IS ONLY TO BE DISTRIBUTED AS FREEWARE AND IN NO OTHER CIRCUMSTANCE SHALL IT BE USED, EVEN IN PART OF ANYTHING THAT IS PAYWARE.
