I was working hard on a very historical skin and then I don't know, I lost it... a little update / the anti glare panel is needed for the real bird Something related but still not the bird I want to do (LOD is done since 18 months) And this is the bird I wanted to make at first : Still some details to do

Here are some F-35C tweaks. I removed the second ECM2 in the plane, because I don't think it makes a difference, other than damage stuff like redundancy. And I tweaked the radar so it reflects open source information. This should be Block 3 level stuff that I'm working with here. Block 4 stuff they're introducing a new radar (don't have any information on it because it's all classified) so if I can get open source specs I'll tweak the radar. Simply replace the files. The internal ECM jammer is the same as the F/A-18E/F level so there's some power behind it. It's not the silver bullet but it's effective given the scope of the game. F-35CTweaks.7z

I could get another monitor if I needed it, but I don't have room on my table, so I'm limited to the laptop monitor and that's it. I just don't have space for another monitor, so I don t think about it. But in your case I understand.

youre thinking too small Win11 (after activating TPM and upgrading from Win10). 3 monitors system just shuffles everything to the other two screens when i load the game up no UllyB, he aint greedy. cause im finding three to have ...... irritating limits

By using OpenCockpit=TRUE, it's a less than ideal solution, as it brings other side issues (with clouds for instance) as it treats the cockpit as open, much like that of a WW1 plane, thus with no canopy glass etc. I've been thinking out of the box, and I'm wondering if shadows like in the first generation of Strike Fighters games would work in SF2 as well. Here's an example: [Shadow] CastShadow=TRUE ShadowLOD=A-4B_shadow.shd ShadowType=1 ShadowCastDist=10000 MaxVisibleDistance=400 If those statements work in SF2, it means we could develop our own .shd files to act as a LOD for the shadows of a cockpit. It's a big if and I honestly have very low expectations it would still work but, if it does, no need to worry about editing existing LODs.

MiG-25PD cockpit by Centurion-1 with fixes Notable fixes include: - removed gunsight. 25 doesn't really need it, most of the footage shows 25s without gunsight - fixed G-meter: added negative Gs and redid the layout to be more in line with the real thing - original model actually had airspeed indicator and altimeter confused - this was corrected. Altimeter is above (shorter needle shows thousands, longer hundreds, plus analogue counter), airspeed indicator is below (likewise - shorter needle shows thousands, longer hundreds) - fixed vertical velocity indicator. It wasn't working due to "values" being put in the wrong order (could be that it was working on older patches) - fixed compass and course arrow. They were calling non-existing nodes - added over-G and too much AoA lights above G-meter: not sure if realistic, but will do - added afterburner light near nozzle indicator - removed some lights and switch animations: they are cute, but very incorrect - MiG-25PD version gets new radar layout taken from MiG-23 radar: it makes sense as PD radar "Sapphire-25" was developed from "Sapphire-23" on MiG-23 - can't do anything about warning lights and gear/flaps indicators not working - cockpit model just lacks any light nodes - added some labels on instruments --------------- Install: remove old cockpit folder, *cockpit and *avionics files, drop in new ones, rename accordingly. Cockpit versions: 25P - for MiG-25P 25PD - for MiG-25PD/PDS 25PD uses avionics70 dll! Make sure to address it in the init file: AvionicsDLL=Avionics70.dll 25PD is tuned for MiG-25PD from Coyote Airspace. It is easily adaptable for older versions of PD/PDS, just change position values in *cockpit file.

SF2 has run on Win10. at least i was able to with minimal issue all the way back to the beta testing period . one release hiccuped the game, but it hiccuped alot of things and MS release another version less than a week later. i have not had Win10 Pro but i cant see why that would be an issue It also runs on Win11. I have no problems with my laptop which was built as a Win11 system. i get a few issues with my desktop, which i upgraded from Win10 to Win11 after activating the TPM bit. usually those issue involve something else running while im trying to fly a quick mission in SF2 you should not have to roll back to Win7 at all. I dont think you need to leave Win10Pro, try just running the install in compatability model. NOTE: i have never had to do this. but many others here have and will say that you need to do this

You have the latest if you downloaded it after January 19, 2022. A new version with many additions and improvements hopefully happens by the end of the year. I might include the complete change logs of all released and unreleased versions in it, if users are so keen to know about its development history.

So while flying the A-7 Corsairs from stock game on SF2AGXP (fully updated) I realised the weapons were half assed onto the aircraft example: as you can see.... looks horrendous!! anyway I fixed it by copying over A-7E pylon attachment points from ODS mod.. Which were reworked by Yakarov79 (many thanks :) ) as such: see!! all pretty and things :) anyway... heres the data files! SF2VAGXP A-7.rar just drag and drop into your SF2VAGXP mod folder or even stock one if you want !

This terrain now uses the 250 meter resolution as described here.... http://combatace.com/topic/89389-kamchatka-250m-version-with-adjusted-tileset-etc/ Thanks Stary. Please be aware that due to the terrain resolution, number of objects etc this terrain may take a while to load or not even run at all...Reading the README's is vitally important..!! What's new ? We now have seasons but the winter version dose'nt have snow as I cant seem to get it right. Quite a few new tiles and tod's for the new airfield layouts by myself. Lots of new objects including several complete RAF style airbase layouts made by myself. I have included a few ground object files, some downloaded from here [ships] and some made by myself [RAF trucks and radar etc] but to make sure everything shows I would get just about every UK ground object you can from the CA downloads section.....there are just too many for me to add to the file and keep its size fairly small. FINALLY a big "THANK YOU" to EVERY body that has made any mods for the SF2 series..........there's a good chance some of you work is used here ....Thanks again.
