==========
To Install:
As always recommended, unzip the "sf2_fuji-t1_pack.zip" to a temp folder or your desktop or somewhere that's easy to find.
Copy/Paste the /Objects folder DIRECTLY into the SF2 game install of choice's /Objects folder. It's already divided into the various sub-folders with all the extra goodies and stuff.
That should cover it, go fly!
-------------------------------
Notes:
Not very happy with the FM. So, if anyone want to fiddle with it and improve it, go for it.
I've supplied the template for anyone crazy enough to try and attempt the paint jobs used by the Blue Impulse flight demo team.
-----------------------------
Credits:
Veltro2K for the aircraft
Zur (the Great & Powerful) for the cockpit (from his original Sabre's)
?? for the ejection seats

This package contains a new aircraft, the McDonnell F2H-2 Banshee, as used by the US Navy during the Korean War. That being said, this package =ONLY= contains those units that participated in the conflict. There are 4 units (skins) included in this package. In chronological order:

All markings, excepting squadron color bands, are decals. Decal Randomization is TRUE. 24 Modex numbers are supplied for each unit. The 24 'data plaque" BuNums are a pool shared among all the aircraft. Those units that are listed in the game's Squadron List, have their Displayed Name activated by my Patent-Pending 'Fake SqTail' decal. All weapons, sounds, and a pilot figure are supplied. New "box-art" style hangar and loading screens are also included, as is a spare "photo" style loading screen if you get bored with the painting.

During the 1970s, the Shackleton was replaced in the maritime patrol role by the jet-powered Hawker Siddeley Nimrod. During its later life, a small number of the RAF's existing Shackletons received extensive modifications in order to adapt them to perform the airborne early warning (AEW) role. The type continued to be used in this support capacity
until 1991, when it was replaced by the Boeing E-3 Sentry AEW aircraft. These were the last examples of the type remaining in active service.

This is realy a great add-on and a most needed AEW plane.

The Sukhoi Su-17 (NATO reporting name: Fitter) is a Soviet variable-sweep wing fighter-bomber developed from the Sukhoi Su-7.
It enjoyed a long career in Soviet, later Russian, service and was widely exported to Eastern Bloc, Arab air forces, Angola
and Peru as the Su-20 and Su-22. It is the first variable-sweep wing of Soviet origin.
These are earlier models.
What's In:
7 Flyable planes
Su-17
Su-17K
Su-17M
Su-17M2
Su-20
Su-20R
Su=22
New Skins, Decals
Weapons, pilots, sounds
Credits:
- original model: Amokfloo
- first SF-2 pack: Eburger68
- new templates, skins, decats, tweaks etc: Paulopanz
Install:
- delete any previous version
- all in your mod folder
Note:
I started working on this plane many years ago. As the model was good I asked only for deleting dorsal antenna.
All things stopped when someone told me a bigger project was started about ALL Sukhois family.
In fact I saw a lot of fantastic pictures about it, but years went by and no Sukhoi was realised.
So I lost any hope about it and decided to finish up my very ancient skinpack using Y. Gordon book.
This plane has the same dorsal antenna I wanted to delete, but I think is quite good, now in a far better dressing than original one and this is the only one Sukhoi we have to fit in all comunity scenarios.
I hope you like!

SF2 Lockheed RC-121D Pack by RussoUK 8/20/2020
-For SF2, Any and All (Full 4/5 Merged Reccomended)
"Quarantine Approved - Essential Mods"
This package contains a new aircraft, the Lockheed RC-121D Warning Star Airborne Early Warning and Control aircraft as used by the US Air Force.
This aircraft comes complete with everything needed, and has skins that represent the following units, as is my habit one East Coast and one West Coast based units:
960th AEW&C Sqdn, 551st AEW&CW, Otis AFB, MA
963rd AEW&C Sqdn, 552nd AEW&CW, McClellan AFB, CA
The aircraft is presented in two finishes; overall NMF for the 963rd, and NMF with Arctic Red (orange?) wing, nose and tail sections. Both aircraft share a pool of 26 serial number decals, and decal randomization is TRUE. I was unable to run down individual serials for the units, so these should be considered 'generic' in nature, although they ARE correct for this aircraft.
When in game, on the Aircraft Selection Dropdown menu, you'll see:
RC-121D Warning Star (R)
Hopefully, will diferentiate it from any other RC-121s that you may (or may not) have, or be available. The "R" stands for RussoUK, the model maker.
As is always reccommended, unzip to a temp folder or your desktop to give easy access to the rest of this readme for it's install instructions. Also, the credits list all the original FSX model & skin creators.
Happy Landings!

Douglas B-42A Mixmaster for STRIKE FIGHTERS 2
This is the B-42 Mixmaster by veltro2k with some fictional 'in service' operational USAAF/USAF B-42A schemes using Third Wire's date switch to give you the USAAF starbar in 1944 to 1947 and then the USAF starbar (and nation name) from 1948 onwards. You can fly the prototype in 1944 and for gameplay reasons we've placed it in service from 1945 onwards with service years allowing for use in the Korean War (check out the night scheme) and all operational schemes have new nose art decals.
The unique feature of the B-42 is, of course, it's twin bubble canopies and this caused some problems when 'in cockpit' as panning to starboard cannot accurately show a real world view of the right-hand canopy, the co-pilot and his cockpit so it's a bit of a compromise which we trust you will accept. If anyone can suggest any improvements in the cockpit view then let us know.
It's likely some of you will want to do your own skins for favourite squadrons or perhaps for export versions so a template is included and we'd love to see your results!
The B-42A Mixmaster is brought to you by;
B-42 3D Model - veltro2k
B-42A Skins/Decals - Spinners
B-42A FM and ini's - Wrench
INSTRUCTIONS
1. From the AIRCRAFT folder drag and drop the B-42A folder into your Aircraft folder.
2. From the DECALS folder drag and drop the B-42A folder into your Decals folder.
3. From the WEAPONS folder drag and drop the enclosed folders into your Weapons folder.
4. From the SOUNDS folder drag and drop the enclosed sound file into your Sounds folder.
That's it!
CREDITS
As always, thanks to Third Wire for a great little game/sim.
Huge thanks to veltro2k for not only tackling this aircraft but also cranking in improvements along the way.
Thanks to russouk2004 for his help with the 3D model.
Thanks also to Capun for the Do-335 used as the damaged model.
Thanks to Wrench for his work on the flight model and ini work.
And, finally, thanks to everyone in the wider Third Wire community.
Regards

SF2 A-26N Invader Nightfighter Pack 2/21/2020
-For SF2, Any and All (Full 4/5 Merged Reccomended)
"Quarantine Approved - Essential Mods"
This is a mod of the WW2/KAW era A-26 Invader into a make-shit night fighter/interceptor as used by the French Air Force during the Algerian War of Independence in the late 1950s-early 1960s. This mod was started at the beginning of the year (as you can see from the date above), and got lost in the shuffle, what with all the world wide insanity. I now present it to YOU! Because I can't think of anything else to do with it!!! :)
In the early 1960s, during the aforementioned war, 8 French Air Force A-26B Invader bombers were modified to carry an Air Intercept radar and were used to counter airborne smuggling of arms and supplies to the rebels. They were assinged to ECN I/71.
This model is finished in overall night black, with standard AdA markings. All markings, excepting the French tri-colored rudder, are decals. Decal randomization is TRUE. On the number list ini, you'll see 4 serial marked with the star (*). These have been matched as having been used by ECN 1/71. The other unmarked serials are just 'generic', but those aircraft were used by the AdA (either in Indo-china or Algeria or both).
All other bits are supplied; sounds, pilots, weapons - including a "version" of the SNEB 68 rockets and rocket pod "modified" for air-to-air usage (inis only -- I've tagged them to use the stock 3W Matra pods. And they DO work, with a little practice.)
When in-game, on the aircraft selection drop-down menu, you'll see:
A-26N Invader (NF)
Designating this as a "night fighter" variant.
As is always reccommended, unzip to a temp folder or your desktop to give easy access to the rest of this readme for it's install instructions. Also, as usual, PLEASE give the "Notes" section a look at!!
Good Hunting & Happy Landings!
