Needed a short break from WW1 stuff, so I worked on Sparviero skins. While still rough, the 3-color skins are far enough along to show what they will look like when complete.

I know, that's tricky. That's why I made a template some time ago covering such things like tilted, staggered, staggered+tilted, different fonts, etc. :) Here are the decals: 3xx tilted without shadow (300-324) 3xx_tilted_all.7z 3xx tilted with small white shadow (300-324) 3xx_whiteshadow_tilted_all.7z Just say, if you need more.

After doing a bit of research I'm just going to leave the "RAF" bomb series alone for now. They are probably being used quite a bit for the WW2 bombers and I don't want to mess with them at this point. I did have a look at the lods and they don't seem to resemble the early WW2 RAF bombs all that well except for the ring around the tail fins. Some of them look more like the later MC [medium capacity] types that entered service in 1943. I will include a couple of bombs with the Typhoon FM. The lod for the RAF500[kg!] makes a good 1000lb-MC so will include that. I also found a nice 500lb-MC in my regular SF-2 install but don't know where it came from. Both will get checked over and re-packaged for "Bulge" use. I also checked over ThirdWires UK250lb, UK500lb and UK1000lb. The 500 and 1000 look like newer bombs but the UK250lb looks exactly like the 250lb GP used in WW2 so I might re-package that one at some point. Here's a pic of the ThirdWire 250lb GP. In game it shows up as "250-lb Bomb" .

This is my AH-64A Apache and AH-64D Longbow Apache for SF2. (should work in Gen 1 but is untested) DDS skin version and Photoshop templates are also included. Please read the readme.txt. Glad to finally get this one out there. Enjoy! Dels VERSION 1.1 CHANGES/ADDITIONS ----------------------------- -New cockpit glass reflection texture. -Changed AGM-114L to CGR and added Hellfire rails to the 3d model to overcome the issue of engaging moving targets. (Thanks to WhiteBoySamurai for this idea and thanks to FastCargo for letting me use the 3d model of his Hellfire rail) -Changed loadout types so the AH-64A cannot be loaded with the AGM-114L Longbow Hellfire. -Changed the Specular and Glossiness levels to make the skin look more matt. -New hangar and loading screens. -Some FM and performance tweaks. (Thanks to EricJ for some suggestions) -Completely new M261 model made by me. I have also made the M260 rocket pod, Hydra rocket with a M229 warhead and Hydra APKWS with a M151 warhead. For mode info and details on the APKWS look here: http://www.defenseindustrydaily.com/apkws-ii-hellfire-jr-hydra-rockets-enter-sdd-phase-02193/

This cockpit will repace the SPAD 13 cockpit used until now to make the stock SPAD 7 into a flyable plane. I can't find out who first converted the stock SPAD 7 into a flyable plane by using the cockpit from the SPAD 13. It seems to have been done several times over the years. The most recent version I could find was by Sinbad in 2012. I have used parts of the cockpits I made for the SPAD 11, SPAD 16, and SPAD A.2 to make a completely new cockpit for the SPAD 7 which fits the fuselage better and has the correct number of guns. The new cockpit features fully functional gauges, throttles, rudder control, and stick. This cockpit should work with all the SPAD 7s (SPAD7_150, SPAD7_180,etc.) NOTE - About 10 years ago, Gr.Viper made a SPAD 7 by converting the SPAD 13. MY cockpit will not work for that version since it uses the SPAD 13 plane with a revised FM. (If your SPAD 7 has two guns on the fuselage, then you are using GR.Viper's conversion and this cockpit won't fit.) Installation Instructions for both FE1 and FE2 Do this for each SPAD 7 you want to convert: If you have already have a flyable SPAD 7 using the SPAD 13 cockpit, delete the "cockpit" folder if it exists, and delete the SPAD7_COCKPIT.ini file. Then open my "SPAD_7" folder and place all the files - 1 folder and 1 ini file - into your folder. If you still have the stock version, Open my "SPAD_7" folder and place all the files - 1 folder and 1 ini file - into your folder. You will also have to add the following line to the plane's ini file. CockpitDataFile=SPAD7_cockpit.ini

Love this bird Angel!! So many possibilities... Maybe we can add a non damaging weapon to the submarines so is possible to locate them using the "R" key... Uruguay: Argentina: Mandatory screen, recon over Cuito Cuanavale. Not sure, but I think I miss some stexture on that nose.

Successful incorporation of screen text display mods and environsys ini tweaks for wind, clouds, etc., from FE2, including fog effects, into SF2. Will include directions with a ver. 9.5 of the FM update pack for FE2 - for those interested in using the FE2 atmospherics in SF2. The MiG-23 is the standard "MS" extract from SF2 by the way (with avionics downgraded to avionics60.dll for more limitation and fun, and Stary's lovely improved cockpit installed) - will eventually get around to installing the huge 2-pack of Floggers available for SF2. Thank you modders! Obligatory screenies below. Happy flying, Von S

baffmeister, you might take a look at Geezer's 1930's Bomb Pack which I think was in the FE downloads. He includes British, Italian and German bombs from the late 1920's through 1945. I just got back into the WW2 material, and have been trying to update the old bomb models. Some of the weapons are pretty long in the tooth. Ravenclaw has some dazzling dumb bombs, HVARs and RP-3 models that will fit the time frame and make your ordinance look good.

View File Wing tip streamer ribbons for FE As requested, I have made five streamer ribbons for First Eagles. The streamers are identified as fuel tanks and can be attached to weapons stations through the load out. NOTE - Since these streamers are classed as weapons, they are not animated and do not cast shadows. Installation is a three part process - you will need to install the streamers as weapons in First Eagles - you will need to change the data.ini for each plane to create weapons stations for the streamers - you will need to create a load out for each plane to attach the streamers to the plane. Full installation instructions for both FE1 and FE2 are included with the download. Submitter Stephen1918 Submitted 02/16/2018 Category First Eagles - General Files - Weapons Mods

While looking for British/Canadian vehicles for 1944 Bastogne, I dusted off and up-dated some old 1940 Libya vehicles.
