5 pointsThis is a superb mod! BTW, the bike would look pretty natural on the airfield. ;) http://www.theaerodrome.com/forum/showthread.php?t=64719 Werner Voss was a biker, for example. http://www.theaerodrome.com/forum/showthread.php?t=50144

4 pointsI have uploaded four vehicles and some other objects that modders can use to populate airfields. I made them generic so they can be used by either side on any front. The download includes destroyed versions for the vehicles and I have included the data needed for the types.ini. for each object.

1 pointView File WWI Airfield Vehicles and Objects Four vehicles and other objects that modders can add to airfields using the target.ini. I have made them rather generic so they should be usable for either side, on any front. I have included the data for the types.ini for each object in the download. Vehicles include a Starter Truck, a Fuel Truck, a Utility Truck, and a Staff Car. I have also included an Oil Cart and a grouping of miscellaneous Tools used by the ground crews. Each vehicle has a high and low poly LOD as well as a destroyed version. I have organized everything into folders for convenience, but you'll need to take them out of the folders when you install them. 1 pointMaybe you meant Fokker D.VII or D.VIII? The first is a stock aircraft, the second is in the download section, just like the earlier Fokkers. But the Salamander was definitely not here, only Snipe was in the downloads section.

1 pointor the old fashioned way of having a custom mission, and then manually editing the 'start position' of you aircraft over the specific target area (@ 500-1000m alt), and locating the offset -write it down!!- and then editing the targets ini. (past master of this I am!!! )
-
1 pointI was pretty sure we had it in the download sections Russ: can you also upload that to the SF2 Utilites section?? TIA!!

1 pointYou have to add the data to the types.ini first, then add the objects individually to the targets.ini. There is a discussion about how this is done somewhere in the SF1 knowledge base. Mue also made a Target Area Editor to simplify this. (Mue's Target Area Editor does not work on my machine so I do it with a text editor.)

1 pointthe best part is that I even went looking for it in the download section .. i must be getting real old. thanks for your kindness.

1 pointGents', if I add the relevant info. for these objects into the "types.ini" file, and then drop the objects into the terrain folder - will they show up randomly around/on airfields?...or does this require specific positioning via coordinates in the "targets.ini" file as done by our terrain modders for FE2/SF2...for the objects to show up? Any info. appreciated, and thank you for these objects Stephen. Von S

1 pointSo she duct tapes chainmail and dives to help sharks by getting her hand in their mouth and pull out fishing hooks, and pet them. And then they tell other sharks to come looking for mommy for help and petting. And i felt pretty badass when i managed to flush the toilet after Christmans eve.

1 pointGeary: none of my books show modex numbers on the tailfins, not even at the very top (post-56 when gray/white came in, yes) Good job otherwise. The mapping on those, including the A-1E is a bit on the "odd" side, isn't it!!?? LOL. I have the Osprey KAW Skyraider book, it you need it --- required screenshot

0 pointsI work at the local drive-in Testing Unit (as a steward) and went 14 weeks without an issue but my luck ran out and I was sent home on Christmas Eve eventually testing positive on the 26th. The first few days were nightmarish and I've blanked them out. I turned a corner on New Years Day and my sense of smell/taste quickly returned. My health is so far behind where it was (I was cycling in and working an 11-hour day) and my employer (NHS) don't seem that bothered about me so I might just send in an email confirming my poor health and asking for support.
