Last flight on this computer before it's retirement. Fitting that it was the Tornado, wearing (in my eyes) the best looking scheme ever fielded for that airframe.

dont worry i did the GBU-8 all ready and i started with the GBU-9 over a year ago but stopped the work because i could not find any pictures showing some more details , actually it is the same with the M118 with the air inflatable retarder i started the work on it and stopped it because i cant find a single picture of that weapon all i have is a pdf with several drawings so i´m going to make the weapons if i get more and better pictures i used most of the parts from my GBU-8 for my GBU-9 , i had to scale them and adjust so the fit ruffly with the dimensions i have but the result ist not that good so the GBU-9 has to wait M118 with air inflatable retarder ( ballute system ) , i have many drawings but not a single picture thats why this one is on hold as well actually that is my biggest problem finding good pictures and the dimensions , most of my time is wasted searching for this stuff would be so cool to have the M118 with the ballute

It's easy to know when a parani tries to enter the Dhimari airspace. The air force interceptors don't let him any chance to evade. The picture is taken from a little airfield I added near Al'Duhok. It's the same place as the post before, with the Hueys. I'm the chased MiG you can see on the left (so you can admire the accuracy of the shot with their nuclear thingy) and I won't make it because they kept shooting at me even at sea level.

hence my statement it also lists it as a component of a GBU-9 HOBOS (hint hint wink wink nudge nudge)

I just tried running the nocd nocddevice exe you modified at a request. Back when you made it, that one for sure ran on win10 for me. However now it behaves just like the latest release from you, it crashes quick. I defiantly think its windows configuration/and/or/updates that stop it. Okay have a good morning anyhow :)

SLUFs on Guard: A-7D in Air National Guard service 1974-1993 This mod adds several new skins to showcase the stock ThirdWire A-7D as it appeared in Air National Guard service. This mod includes two "new" A-7 variants based off the stock A-7D_78, mainly for ease of incorporating skins and saving 500MB of space! The A-7D Corsair II (most commonly called the SLUF) first entered service in the Air Guard with the 188th Tactical Fighter Squadron, New Mexico ANG, in early 1974. The SLUF went on to serve with 16 different squadrons of the ANG, 15 of which are presented here (Arizona's 162nd TFS was the schoolhouse and flew predominantly A-7K two seaters). The A-7D finally bowed out of USAF service when the 162d Fighter Squadron, Ohio ANG, retired theirs in early 1993. REQUIREMENTS This mod requires you to have STRIKE FIGHTERS 2 EUROPE for the A-7D_75 and _78 it is based on. You could adapt rename the skins for use with the A-7D found in SF2 or SF2V, but thats 5 files in 60 some skins. INSTALLATION UNZIP MAIN FOLDER, PUT OBJECTS FOLDER INTO DESIRED MOD FOLDER Included 4 Aircraft: A-7D_75, A-7D_78, A-7D_83, A-7D_88, 59 Skins and tga sets covers the major schemes used by all covered units historic serials well, fairly historic. this was a tough nut to crack and airframes are matched to units as best as possible. nose arts for the gray 112th TFS (Ohio ANG) and all 149th TFS (Virginia ANG) weapons regular bombs modded by me to boost base supply levels. other weapons that could be seen later in life added too including the LANA FLIR pod ini edits mostly tweaking weapons loadouts. Air Guard SLUFs were more likely to carry basic bomb loads rather than the precision guided toys. and rarely had tanks Credits Nyghtfall, Svetlin AN/AAR-45 LANA skin. Stealth SLUFs : A-7D in service with the 4450th Tactical Group This mod adds several new skins to showcase the stock ThirdWire A-7D as it appeared with the 4450th Tactical Group in the 1980s. The mod features their special version of the European 1 camo scheme as well as the SEA wraparound they appeared in for about the first year of operation. The 4450th Tactical Group was the first unit to operate the then ultra secret F-117A Nighthawk. In order to maintain a cover other than "Stealth Fighter", the group also operated around a dozen A-7Ds to develop "avionics for the A-7D". They flew the Corsair II from mid 1981 until 1989, after the F-117A program became public a few mnths prior. This is a primitive version of the SU-27 Flanker heavy fighter, it is not optimized for ground attack but it can carry a lot of bombs. the model is a SU-35 casing that we once worked with ALEDUCAT and it was never finished, today I finished it as a Sukhoi 27 to share it. the chosen cockpit is the one created by YEYEYE, the original readme is added. The missiles that I chose are from some weapons pack, I don't know who created them but it is appreciated. I hope you enjoy. By pressing the corresponding vectorization keys (vertical thrust) the plane becomes unstable like the SU-57 model, being able to perform the Cobra maneuver.

Yak-38M Beta Version by: Krizis This model represents the "improved" variant of the Yak-38 Forger, the Yak-38M. Work on the '38M began in 1982, with an eye towards minimizing, if not eliminating, the deficiencies of its predecessor. By the time of its introduction in June of 1985, the improvements included a more potent power plant, the Soyuz-Tumansky R-28-300, as well as more powerful lift engines (2 x Rybinsk RD-38 turbo-jets). A steerable nose wheel, an increased load-carrying capacity on all wing hard points, and enlarged intakes rounded out the list. All the improvements resulted in a marked improvement in the aircraft's reliability and overall performance, and some of the earlier models were rebuilt to the updated standards of the 'M. TO INSTALL: Simply drag the two supplied folders, "Sounds" and "Objects", into your User Name/Saved Games/Thirdwire/SF2x folder. RELEASE NOTES: This model will not by available in any in-game missions or campaigns until late June of 1985, and will be unavailable after July of 1991. The loadout provided is as correct as I could make, given the limitations of the series, and the availabilty of some models (namely multiple ejector racks and missile guidence pods) The flight dynamics model is based on the Thirdwire flight model, with a few tweaks to reflect the up-rated capabilities of the M-model, as well as tweaks in thrust placement, thrust values, and flap values to allow for a smooth transition from vertical to horizontal flight, even under hard mode. Despite this, I recommend using a full HOTAS in conjunction with rudder pedals, or at least a HOTAS with a "twist" rudder axis. KNOWN ISSUES: 1) There is no wing-fold, nor canopy animation for this model, as Krizis never sent me a completed LOD file with animation IDs defined for those features. Hopefully, he will see this release and come back to finish the model. 2) The Cockpit, which was provided by Stary, presently lacks a working gunsight. This may be resolved sometime in September of 2014, as which point I'll release a revised model. 3) The model is set up by default for SF2NA, which considers strike missions to be anti-ship missions. Otherwise, electing an "anti-ship" mission in SF2NA, may result in a game crash. The loadout.ini file that is provided with this release is configured for easy editing, so that you can enable conventional strike and anti-ship missions in the other SF2 titles. 4) The AI in this series will not use the VTOL capabilities of any aircraft model, so this aircraft is equipped with a virtual tail-hook to allow it to land on the 1143-series aviation cruisers (Kiev, et all). CA-member Snailman has a fixed data ini for the Kiev in our uploads section, that simulates a VTOL "launch". CREDITS: Krizis: 3D model and grey texture-set. Stary: Cockpit Fubar512: ini work and sound effects. Lindr: Kh-23 ASM model. The Trooper: Red7001 pilot model This model is freeware, and may not be redistributed for profit without the express consent of its owner, Krizis
