4 pointsBeautiful work once again. I’m of the mindset that we can never have enough ships in game so your recent releases have been most welcome. Thank you. Any chance you might be interested in some early Soviet ships at some point? Torpedo boats , gun boats or frigates and destroyers would fill some gaps in the early Cold War . 😇

4 pointsHi all, Today we released V1.09 11th May 2021 1) Fixed an issue whereby the correct Backclip distance (haze) was not being set for some Quick Scenario weather types, resulting in graphical cloud glitches under certain conditions. 2) Implemented reduced Backclip distances (haze) for medium and variable dynamic weather. 3) Removed the Cloth Hall at Ypres after it was damaged. 4) Improved AI rotary blipping at low engine RPM. 5) Fixed a fatal mission creation error with escort flights if the escorting squadron was based at the same airfield as player. 6) Improved briefing text for when escorting squadron is based at same airfield as player. 7) Fixed an issue with a Nieuport 17 Lewis skin. Please see our website BH&H II Download page

2 pointsUPDATE: I finally have completed working on the campaign screen. It was interesting working on figuring out how to make a 'switch' working when selecting between "CREATE CAMPAIGN" and "LOAD CAMPAIGN". Here are screenshots: ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Right now I am brainstorming on how to make dial switch work in OPTION screen. For now, at least I got .tga working, so I will have the working transparent background. If anyone has an idea on how I can make dial switch work, please share here. Let's see if I can conquer this new challenges.

SF2 Lockheed C-121G/R7V-1 Super Constellation Pack 5/2/2020 -For SF2, Any and All (Full 4/5 Merged Reccomended) "Quarantine Approved - Essential Mods" This package contains a new aircraft, with 4 skin/decal sets, the Lockheed C-121G of the USAF & R7V-1 of the US Navy. These represent the Super Constellation cargo/transport versions as used by both services. This mod is based of the RC/EC-121 by RussoUK The 4 skins included use the SF2 "date switch" to activate when needed. Most markings are decals, with the exception of (more than a few) painted on markings. All serial/Bunums are 100% historically accurate, but I was unable to attach specific ones to their units. With only 50-odd aircraft ever built, this isn't really a problem. They ARE assigned to their actual US military services (Navy or Air Force). Decal randomization is TRUE. All skins are in jpg format. Sounds, pilot figures, etc are included. Each skin has their own individual Hangar Screen. A 'box art' style Loading Screen is also included. It should also be noted, these are NEW skins, by me, modified/adapted from the existing ones in the C-121/WV-2s previously released. Inside you'll find: USAF C-121G: 1501st Air Transport Group, (MATS) c.1954, NMF/White uppers, Travis AFB "MAC" -unknown unit-, c.1966, NMF/W USN R7V-2/C-121J: VR-1 "Starlifters" c.1954, NMF overall, NAS Patuxent River VR-7 "Seahorses" c.1960, NMF/White uppers, NAS Moffat Field When in game, on the Aircraft Selection Drop down menu, you'll see: C-121G/R7V-1 Super Constellation (R) This will differentiate it from any other military Constellations that may (or may not) be available. The "R" stands for RussoUK, the model maker. Please note, the "R7V-1" designation was changed to "C-121J" in 1962 under SecDef McNamara's overhaul of the military numbering conventions. As is always recommended, unzip to a temp folder or your desktop to give easy access to the rest of this readme for it's install instructions. Happy Landings! Wrench Kevin Stein -

Anyone who runs is a VC. Anyone who stands still is a well-disciplined VC UH-1H HUEY SLICKS ( VIETNAM WAR ) The final Huey pack ( for now ) in this series. 13 various slicks from the Vietnam war period. They include the following skins: Air America , 1/9 Cav, 82 Medical, 101 Airborne, 101 Aviation Company, 116 AHC 1 and 2 Platoon colours, 118 AHC 1 and 2 Platoon colours, 498 Medical, 9 Sqn RAAF, 213 Sqn VNAF, and finally 215 Sqn VNAF. Same drill as the previous packs, all in one plug and play ( hopefully, my track record of mistakes are over ) I am working on a gunship version of the Huey, however i am struggling with getting a working cockpit for the H model Huey, so a little patience and hopefully I shall have some armed and dangerous hueys for your enjoyment !! Thanks to Yakarov79 for the original model. As ever ENJOY -

Mirage F-1CZ (82). This mod is dedicated to BPAO, nothing would have been possible without him. South Africa began looking for a replacement for the Mirage III in 1971 and purchased a licence to manufacture the Mirage F1 and its engine, the intention being to produce up to 100 Mirage F1s. This license was however cancelled because of the 1977 arms embargo. The SAAF then bought 16 Mirage F1CZs and 32 Mirage F1AZs which were quickly delivered by Dassault before the embargo was implemented, with deliveries starting in 1975. Both the F1CZ and F1AZ variants of the SAAF saw action during operations in the Border War. This version include new RWR and chaffs and flares dispensers. Covered unit : N°3 Squadron Annual Air Combat Manoeuvring 1986 A big thank to all on Combatace and C6 forums that helped us solving issues we encountered. Any omission in credits is totally unwanted, if I forgot somebody, let me know, I will correct this. This addon is and will in all cases remain freeware. Released under CombatAce Fair-Use terms. Enjoy The Mirage F-1 Team. -

Hi! Special thanks to Florian who did the first mod of su-25 for SF2. All data files been taken from there. Also credits goes to Stary and Comrade. While making this mode, i used some files made by them. This model comes from a freeware source, and is used in several other games. Only some small details like drag chute, animation etc are done by me. And thanks to Thirdwire for this sim. THIS IS A FREEWARE. COMMERCIAL USE IS NOT ALLOWED! Enjoy! -

Mirage F-1CG. This mod is dedicated to BPAO, nothing would have been possible without him. Greece operated 40 Dassault Mirage F1CG single seat aircraft. F1CG was first ordered in 1974 and entered service with the Hellenic Air Force in 1975. The aircraft were used by 334 Squadron and 342 Squadron. Mirage F1CG was armed with the Sidewinder AIM-9P missile, rather than the most commonly used Matra Magic II, and it could carry four AIM-9Ps, rather than just two. Covered unit : 334 MIRA 342 MIRA A big thank to all on Combatace and C6 forums that helped us solving issues we encountered. Any omission in credits is totally unwanted, if I forgot somebody, let me know, I will correct this. This addon is and will in all cases remain freeware. Released under CombatAce Fair-Use terms. 1 point@Jara, from what I've been able to test, your excellent MultiMod works fully with BH&H II - including the wind/turbulence settings. The only setting that does not honor user selection choice in it is the Orbyx fuel mod. - that one is always, automatically selected - maybe incorporated into BHII (?) and therefore always "on" in the MultiMod. Other settings work just fine. Thank you again for that excellent MultiMod JJJ. Also, I have a question regarding the MultiMod JJJ - again, this is merely theoretical - no need to pursue the idea if unmanageable - but would it be possible to implement FM mods. via the MultiMod? - in the sense that the Java code would enable, for example, one set of FM info., per aicraft, to be applied at once to all 11 xfm files that exist per aircraft - making the entire operation more efficient than updating everything via individual xfm file manually, and then packaging in JSGME. (This would allow for only the FM-relevant info. to be applied via the MultiMod, for example, so that FM-upgrades remain more future-proof, since sections that do change in the xfm files across WOFF updates, such as scrape points, etc., would not be impacted by the FM-via-MultiMod approach.) I look forward to your thoughts on this (which you are welcome to PM to me if you prefer not to post your response). Cheers all and happy flying, Von S

TU_160 Blackjack - Cold War version for SF2 series project by UllyB The Tupolev Tu-160, NATO reporting name: Blackjack) is a supersonic, variable-sweep wing heavy strategic bomber designed by the Tupolev Design Bureau in the Soviet Union in the 1970s. It is the largest and heaviest Mach 2+ supersonic military aircraft ever built and second only to the XB-70 Valkyrie in overall length. It is the largest and heaviest combat aircraft, the fastest bomber now in use and the largest and heaviest variable-sweep wing airplane ever flown. Entering service in 1987, the Tu-160 was the last strategic bomber designed for the Soviet Union. As of 2016, the Russian Air Force's Long Range Aviation branch has at least 16 aircraft in service. The Tu-160 active fleet has been undergoing upgrades to electronics systems since the early 2000s. The Tu-160M modernization programme has begun with the first updated aircraft delivered in December 2014. ************************************************************************************************************* TU-160[ColdWar] test package readme (Baffmeister observations & conclusions) This test package requires the addition of the Cockpit folder, Skin folder, and Aircraft Lods to work properly. MODEL ISSUES: No model animation ID for the leading edge flaps. They are presently set up on a rotation axis but they don't look very good so it is probably better to just disable them for the release version. The real TU-160 probably used a combination of ailerons, spoilers and differential H-stab deflections for roll control but only ailerons are available at present. The H-stab is built as one piece so no way to get the differential H-stab deflections functioning. WEAPON ISSUES: Slightly modified KH-15 nuclear tipped missle included. The base quantity was increased from 4 to 6 to match the present capacity of AGM missle bay. The maximum capacity is 12 on the real Tu-160 but considering the effect on frame rates with so many nukes going off 6 might even be to many. Maybe 2 per plane would be enough. The maximum of 12 would be a good option for later versions with conventional warheads. When carrying conventional bombs the accuracy is very poor which is typical for Bombers in game. Maybe someone could put together a "semi smart" bomb that the AI can use that would improve accuracy. BOMB BAY ISSUES: The original was set up with both manual doors and automatic doors to operate the rotary launcher. I don't think that can be made to work so just using manual doors. DATE RANGE: For testing the start date is set to 1986 so you can fly F-14 intercepts on the TW Iceland NA terrain. The actual service entry date for the first TU-160 version was April, 1987. AVAILABILITY: Probably should be RARE or VERY_RARE for a release version but set to VERY_COMMON for test version. Should only take a few trys to get an F-14 intercept against the TU-160 on the Iceland NA terrain. ANTI-SHIP ISSUES: When doing player flown ANTI-SHIP missions I haven't been able to get the AI to successfully "Attack My Target". They can't seem to get within the firing parameters for the KH-15 Missile and end up flying around in circles. It's possible to get them to do an attack if you lead them around first and line them up outside 10KM before giving the "Attack My Target" command. FLIGHT MODEL AND DATA INI ISSUES: The flight model still needs work as do the min/max extents, damage modeling and collision points. *************************************************************************** *The model has Triple dragchute as in the real aircraft and has one historical skin made . Also the model has proper crew windows and proper crew positions inside the plane. *************************************************************************** TO INSTALL: - unzip all in main mod folder CREDITS: project manager - UllyB design, 3D modelling, skin, swing wing & other animations, decals, hangar & loadout pics - AngelP FM tweaking & other corrections- Baffmeister cockpit - B-1B bomber cockpit - Dels weapons tweaking & tester - Baffmeister project supervising - Baffmeister & Yakarov79 Special thanks to Stratos, 76IAP-Blackbird and Logan4 for support, help and ideas Special thanks to this wonderful community who gave me ...wings and courage in all these long years. *************************************************************************************************************** I pledge that I will continue the work to this plane bringing, from time to time, upgrades but it will take a while so please be patient. -

Admiral Flota Sovetskogo Soyuza Kuznetsov (Russian: Адмира́л фло́та Сове́тского Сою́за Кузнецо́в "Admiral of the Fleet of the Soviet Union Kuznetsov", originally the name of the fifth Kirov-class battlecruiser) is an aircraft carrier (heavy aircraft cruiser in Russian classification) serving as the flagship of the Russian Navy. She was built by the Black Sea Shipyard, the sole manufacturer of Soviet aircraft carriers, in Nikolayev within the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic (SSR). The initial name of the ship was Riga; it was launched as Leonid Brezhnev, embarked on sea trials as Tbilisi, and finally named Admiral Flota Sovetskogo Soyuza Kuznetsov after Admiral of the fleet of the Soviet Union Nikolay Gerasimovich Kuznetsov. 1 pointSuggestion: When B Flight is "in transit" back to base, please program an enroute descent so the formation arrives over our airfield at a nominal pattern altitude of 2000 feet (or 600 meters) rather than arriving at their patrol altitude. My observer is a bit of whinger, and he's tired of freezing his bollocks. He tells me that the nominal lapse rate is about 2C per thousand feet (1.5C saturated lapse rate and 3C dry lapse rate) so we would be much warmer and save 10 to 15 minutes getting to the bar. Think of it as a win-win.
