    Well I never thought I'd see this. An A-6 intruder with an opening canopy! Most of the Vietnam aircraft that come with SF2 have the ability to open and shut the canopy built in to the DATA file, but not activated. To activate the animation for the A-6 canopy, you do this: In the DATA file, scroll down to [Nose] and add this: [Nose] SystemName[004]=Canopy Then go to down to [Pilot], which looks like this [Pilot] SystemType=PILOT_COCKPIT PilotModelName=PilotN1 Position=-0.35,1.15,0.85 SeatModelName=seat_f-4 SeatPosition=-0.35,1.15,0.48 MinExtentPosition=-0.85, 0.49,-0.35 MaxExtentPosition= 0.00, 1.81, 0.91 CanopyNodeName=canopy_rear CanopyAnimationID=3 Now add this: [Canopy] SystemType=ANIMATION InputName=ANIMATION_1 DeploymentMethod=MANUAL AnimationTime=6.0 AnimationID=3 MaxDeploySpeed=20 Make sure that you put the same number in [Canopy] Animation ID= as is already in [Pilot] CanopyAnimationID= With InputName=, put the number of the key that you usually use for canopy animation. ID=1 relates to ShiftKey+1, which is what I use. This works with F-105 and F-100 too, and probably a lot more. If you don't see the point of this, don't use it.

    Just got into the SF2 series and love it. Now the next move ,FE2 ,a awesome looking sim that my gaming rig can handle easily. Very excited about all the addons and all the mods for it. Will be getting FE2 in the next few weeks-(limited income) ,and will really enjoy it. I'm sure i'll be a regular once i do ! Love combat ace. Can't believe what i've been missing out on all this time. Better late than never ! Regards,Scott

    It Seem all my horses are tumbling already.. but whatever result is, I'm fine with anything.. Looking maself just messing around here and gave nothing yet.. I'm so glad that someone come forward and offering his/her valuable time, sweat and skill to pleasure me/us.     well theres many reasons alot of those folks havent been around. some are still in touch-ish via FB, others have just moved on. and thank you very much for now making me realize that i am now one of the old ones at least on this site

    Turns out I based my markings for VA-34 on their CVA-60 1961-62 Mediterranean cruise on the USS Saratoga but during their detachment to the USS Essex for the 'Bay of Pigs' Operation their aircraft still wore the markings (including the Carrier name) of their 1960-61 CVA-60 Med cruise on Saratoga. I have updated accordingly and included a 'Red' Cuban FAR Campaign flying the T-33 or Sea Fury. I also forgot to credit Nyghtfall for his tireless work on the Scooters including the templates I used.     Hello everyone, I took some time with these models, I commented that I could not solve a rare situation with the rockets for the F models, so I will launch it like this, with respect to the TA-152 I acquired a publication of Luftwaffe in focus 29, where This is the known operations diary of these machines and some topics with the tactical numbers when they operated on the jg 301, I remade all the skin to 4k and new historically correct license plates and new radiator petals.     I already solved creating rollers with transparent textures illuminated in each exhaust outlet as if it were a propeller, when one face is jerky and the other one is completely transparent, that when flipping gives that flickering effect

    well do not try even the modifications that I think wrench, but there is already a functional cockpit on the TA-152H, I wonder, nobody created any effect of intermittent flames escape, would anyone interested in recreating this effect?
