Tropicalised version of the NF.11 to replace the Mosquito NF.36 for service with 39 Squadron in Malta and Cyprus and 219 Squadron based in Egypt. The first of 40 production aircraft built by Armstrong Whitworth was first flown on 21 December 1952. Former Royal Air Force aircraft were later sold to Egypt (6 aircraft), France (2 aircraft), Israel (6 aircraft) and Syria (6 aircraft). Many things were changed and as tested Overwriting may caouse some problems...So delete old ones put new ones. The rest (except Aircraft folders) are same can be overwritten without fear... Small changes in ini files, corrections on fuel loadout, changes in cockpit ini. Small changes in skins. Also No longer fake weapon "no gun" is needed - thanks to The Trooper. He pointed small fix in data.ini. Added simple bump and specular maps. Also added damage tgas. This addon works with my CargoPACK (included in rar file). All of the weapon stations are made as specific station code and will work only with this cargo pack. Of course, you can edit and use any other weapons available. Standard commands: LANDING GEAR - Nose light deploy/retract at any speed. ANIMATION 1 - right side door. ANIMATION 2 - left hatch cabin windows ANIMATION 3 - wipers outside/inside ANIMATION 10 - Winch Parking animations. Two parking animations included one for 'on land base' and other for 'on board' parking. You can fold tail and rotor by enabling animation in data.ini file. But it looks silly. And my intention for this animation was eye candy on board vessel. With little practice, you can even hoover. Without fake flaps and airbrakes. Important here to control is using rudder and vector thrust control. With heavy cargo load probably you need little run on A model as engines on A are little underpowered. Normaly throtle vector control on 88-89 degree increase power 70% then slowly more and more, wait and it will take off. Cockpits. Newly upgraded cockpit based on NATOPS manual. Mirrors working now and showing correct image. Fuel usage is not super perfect but compared to all previous H-53 models released here fuel gauges are working. Skins. All serial numbers are based on available photos, are historically correct. Weapons. This addon works with my CargoPACK (included in rar file). Here is experimental Mk105 minesweeper sled different than in previous CH-53D pack. This one is only for RH-53D. To see Mk105 open cargo bay. Cargo loads. I am releasing this cargo load in the current condition. So maybe some skins needs to be adjusted. Cargo loads includes few cargo crates for cargo bay and hook, howitzer, MUTTs. On hard, you may have some complications on the airfield - especially with underslung cargo load. SF2 - EF-2000 Eurofighter Typhoon "BETA" Pack This aircraft is tested on Fully Merged SF2E/I/NA/V on July 2013 patch. With the exception of the RAF 43(F) Sqn and the 2(AC) Special markings, all of the squadrons are current or were in existence. - 43(F) squadron was suppose to be the next Typhoon squadron this year, but that was changed when 2(AC) squadron was selected instead. - 2(AC) special marking was something I just added. Note #1: Until Ravenclaw finish the KEPD-350, the GAF and the Eda will not show a stand-off weapon under the loadout for "strike". I use the KEPD_350 as a reminder for future changes on the loadout. Note #2: ONly RAF is using the swing-Role for the EF-2000. Most other nations are using the EF-2000 for Air Defense only, but are starting to use the ground attach capability. So, the loadout is not the most accurate for the various ground roles. You can change it to what ever you like. Note #3: Pirate cam will appear when you use the AA mode. With targeting pod loaded, you have to select the AG mode to use the targeting pod cam. You are recommended to create new folders for the Hungarian, Czech and South African versions as this one will overwrite settings allowing them to show up in Campaigns. The Saab JAS 39 Gripen (griffin) is a lightweight single-engine multirole fighter manufactured by the Swedish aerospace company Saab. It was designed to replace the Saab 35 Draken and 37 Viggen in the Swedish Air Force (Flygvapnet). The Gripen has a delta wing and canard configuration with relaxed stability design and fly-by-wire technology. It is powered by the Volvo-Flygmotor RM12 engine, a derivative of the General Electric F404, and has a top speed of Mach 2. Later aircraft are equipped for in-flight refuelling; most of the export aircraft have been designed to be compatible with NATO interoperability standards. This package contains four Aircraft with correct serials, year-specific loadouts and correct weapons for the Swedish Air Force. JAS 39A: The initial fighter version that entered service with the Swedish Air Force in 1996. A modification program has started and 31 of these will be upgraded to C/D standard. ***************** German Tornado ECR/IDS/Marine Pack for SF2 V1.0 ************************ This pack contains 4 German Tornado aircraft with all the sounds, effects and weapons etc necessary for use. Although initially based on Dave, AD and Sundowners Tornado GR1/GR4 pack (in which I was involved) this pack includes new models, converted SF1 skins and improved ini's over the original GR1/GR4 release. It has been tested in both a Full Merged Nov '11 and a single SF2:E Nov '11 game with no problems found (not tested in SF1). Installation ------------- Unzip then copy and paste these folders into your Mod folder (usually C:\Users\YOUR NAME\Saved Games\ThirdWire\StrikeFighters2 or whatever yours is called). AIRCRAFT ------------ Aircraft Specific Info (in-game, not accurate to real life timeline) - --------------------------------------------------------------------- Tornado ECR '90 (1990-2020) - The SEAD/Electronic Warfare version of the Tornado IDS, this comes with a much more powerful ECM pod than the IDS, no Cannons and a FLIR turret under the nose. Tornado IDS '00 (2000-2020) - This is the Mid-Life Update for the IDS which gives it precision weapons like 2000lb Laser-JDAM, GBU-24, IRIS-T (post '06) and post '09 the Taurus Stand-Off Missile. It also has a secondary function in an Anti-Ship/SEAD role after the disbandment of the last Navy IDS squadron in 2005 allowing it to carry the new Kormoran 2 ASM. This comes in 2 paint schemes, an all-over grey for AG51 or a green camo design for JaboG 31 so I've allowed you to change the fuel tank colour at the loadout screen based on which skin you prefer. Tornado IDS '79 (1979-1999) - The standard IDS for the Luftwaffe it carries a fairly limited payload due to the politics of the era but does come with the awesome MW-1 Dispenser in either Anti-Runway or Anti-Tank/Personnel varieties (AI Has trouble using it as it designed for 100ft deployment and AI can't go that low). Tornado Marine/Navy IDS '82 (1982-2005) - The Naval version of the IDS, it's primary mission is Anti-Ship/SEAD and it was the only IDS capable of carrying larger 1000lb bombs and the Kormoran ASM until their disbandment started in 2000 lasting until the last Sqn went in 2005. It also carries it's defensive pods on the opposite wings to every other Tornado User. OTHER INFO ----------- Loadout Screen - -------------- As per the Other Tornado Italian/GR1/GR4 packs most of the defensive pods & A-A missiles are combined in Weapons group 1 so please don't use the in-game loadout screen to change anything in Group 1. Issues - ------ Due to the Political issues in Germany in the 80's the Luftwaffe's armory's were pretty bare and contained very few different weapon types which is why the loads outs are all very similar so be perpared for lots of MK82 Snake-Eye and BL755 sorties until 2000 and the arrival of the IDS '00 with it's enlarged weapons types. The Taurus missile is using the old Storm Shadow model as it's the only one square enough to simulate it. The Flir Turrent on the ECR has no display.
