After that, copy/paste the LODs from "Meteors_Over_Israel" NF.13 to "Meteor_NF13(RAF)" directory. - Inside the skin file there is another one with some blank skins for FREE use. - The cockpit used many aircraft parts mixed with TW cockpit by the "OpenCockpit=TRUE" method. I did some tweak over Jarek originals to make it more realistic. - The skin depicts the Meteor NF.13 from RAF 39 Squadron during the "Suez Crisis". Thanks to Jarek Hereda for everything. It was used mainly by US NAVY Mine countermeasure units. At the end, of service time RH-53D were passed to USMC reserve units, where served as transport/heavy lift helicopters. Some were still used during Desert Shield/Storm operations in 1991. Finally, RH-53D was written off from units in 1996. 12 aircrafts were also ordered by Imperial Iranian Navy. Only six delivered before the revolution. Add then all six remained in the newly formed Islamic Republic of Iran Navy Aviation. CHANGES: I highly recommend to overwrite previous files decals/weapons/guns- or best is delete the old one and put new files. YOU NEED TO DELETE OLD AIRCRAFT FOLDERS RH-53D_70. Many things were changed and as tested Overwriting may cause some problems...So delete old ones put new ones. The rest (except Aircraft folders) are same can be overwritten without fear... Small changes in ini files, corrections on fuel loadout, changes in cockpit ini. Small changes in skins. Also No longer fake weapon "no gun" is needed - thanks to The Trooper. He pointed small fix in data.ini. Added simple bump and specular maps. Also added damage tgas. Some changes and rearrangement in a cockpit ******************IMPORTANT****************** FakePilot mod neede to run this mod. As always with my mods. This addon works with my CargoPACK (included in rar file). All of the weapon stations are made as specific station code and will work only with this cargo pack. Of course, you can edit and use any other weapons available. Standard commands: LANDING GEAR - Nose light deploys/retract at any speed. ANIMATION 1 - right side door. ANIMATION 2 - left hatch cabin windows ANIMATION 3 - wipers outside/inside ANIMATION 4 - Refueling probe - H key (hook by default) will change seat position to see a tip of the IFR probe. ANIMATION 10 - Winch Parking animations. Two parking animations included one for 'on land base' and other for 'on board' parking. You can fold tail and rotor by enabling animation in data.ini file. But it looks silly. And my intention for this animation was eye candy on board vessel. With little practice, you can even hoover. Without fake flaps and airbrakes. Important here to control is using rudder and vector thrust control. With heavy cargo load probably you need little run on A model as engines on A are little underpowered. Normally throttle vector control on 88-89 degree increase power 70% then slowly more and more, wait and it will take off. Cockpits. Newly upgraded cockpit based on NATOPS manual. Mirrors working now and showing correct image. Fuel usage is not super perfect but compared to all previous H-53 models released here fuel gauges are working. Skins. All serial numbers are based on available photos, NAVY and USMC documents and are historically correct. Weapons. The only "offensive" weapon is left/right side gunner. Well, I'm straffing convoys with it with great success. Important - if there is no gunner - fake weapon (no gun/empty) must be loaded. For now, it must be this way. Same as default should be loaded Mk103 minesweep. This is allowing top cargobays to be seen. This addon works with my CargoPACK (included in rar file). All of weapon stations are made as specific station code and will work only with this cargo pack. Of course, you can edit and use any other weapons available. Here is experimental Mk105 minesweeper sled different than in previous CH-53D pack. This one is only for RH-53D. To see Mk105 open cargo bay. Also, you can add refueling probe. At the beginning of service, this aircraft has only provisions for refueling probe. Cargo loads. I am releasing this cargo load in current condition. So maybe some skins needs to be adjusted. Cargo loads includes few cargo crates for cargo bay and hook, howitzer, MUTTs. Skins for MUTTS - Thank yo The Trooper. IMPORTANT - Due to the construction of this mod it is better to use collision and landing on NORMAL setting. On hard, you may have some complications on airfield - especially with underslung cargo load. Skins. Inside - skins for sand repainted RH-53D - also replacement file for lod and deta.ini file - this wil make EAPS dissapear. So backup original lod and data file before using Eagle Claw mod. I'm including two vessels moded as USMC nation. (same as in AH-1J pack) so you can practice start and land. Those ships have moded catapults, deck and arresting cables in a data.ini file. Those ships are limited only to those used during the Vietnam War on WestPac/SEA cruises. You can fold tail and rotor by enabling animation in data.ini file. But it looks silly. One specific folder for Desert Storm Mod Fans. including one of two units operating D model during Desert Storm. HMH-462 Model 80 two generic paints green and 3color paint scheme. Model 99 HMH-362, HMH-363 and HMH-463 operating CH-53D at the end of service of this aircraft. In 2012 CH-53D was finally retired. IMPORTANT - Due tu construction of this mod it is better to use collision and landing on NORMAL setting. On hard you may have some complications on airfield - especialy with underslung cargo load. Gloster Meteor F8 Basic modding skills are required to run this mod. (copy/paste, mod folder structure etc.) Install: Copy paste specific folders into a correct destination. Fake pilot is required to run this mod. Also, Thirdwire Meteor cockpit is required from the original game. Mod is using standard TW fuel tanks 100 and 175 gal. It will not work on SF1 gen game. This model is based on Veltro2k model of Meteor T.7 uploaded on CA somewhere in 2016 by paulopanz. Some time ago few guys decided (because they have a chance to do so) to rework this pretty aircraft. So, first of all, thank you Veltro2k. Although. There is just very few original parts of an old model. Most of it was remodeled. Added bits here and there. And of course it is F.8 not T.7...so generally different plane. This mod contains only one generic skin without any national markings. Decals.ini file is not provided. This mod is uploaded with an intention that the community will develop this mod...skins, decals etc. So do not expect tons of skins, serials and decals...You have to do it on your own. I did my part. And yes I'm aware that we have Gloster Meteor F.8 - but this is my approach... Templates in PSD format are provided. Credits. Veltro2k - the original model of T.7 Me - model rework and then rework again into F.8 and some other mambo jumbo like skins etc... Seat - all credits to creator - unfortunately I don't remember who made this seat. Pilots - I have no idea / don't remember who did it. All credit to him/her. - one of my favorites figures in a game - I've added this to correspond with the data file. Weapons Not provided any weapons - but it was designed to work with Ravenclaw's RP-3 rockets. and standard UK 500/1000lbs bombs. Have fun Report bugs. 1 pointI hope your surgery went well mate. Sorry for the delay, I realised that I was working with the "old" F-15SE of out the Superpack that that Fast Cargo created. But I've now tinkered with the Data INI and Loadout INI of the SE is included in the Viper new pack. I should be able to upload those INI files that allow SDB rack carriage into this thread in the later on today/tomorrow. If not then I'll copy/paste my Data and Loadout details in here. The bottom line is that I've changed the weapon stations around a fair bit; for example, there shouldn't be any carrying of 6 2000lb JDAMs on CFTs that you mentioned earlier in the thread and now the BRU-61 SDB Racks can be attached on the aforementioned CFTs. I also had to change the Sniper Pod Station so that it now must be loaded from the Loadout INI as SF2 can only show 6 Loadout Station groups on the screen in-game. I personally believe the sacrifice is well worth it though. The SDBs that I've been working with on the F-15SE are the GBU-40 version. They're EOGRs which means they work with the BRU-61 racks (which are TLRs) with no issues. I also find that AI can use EOGRs more reliably that EOGBs, although still not as well as I'd like. At the end of the day, I wouldn't class myself as I modder but I've been playing SF2 long enough to get know what I can tinker with. I have huge respect for the modders, skinners etc on this site. I've found out the hard way that even trying to just make INI changes usually ends up like real life military procurement processes!

1 pointHello fellow flyers of FE2, Please find attached below Geezer's nearly complete Nieuport 21 series. Several variants have now been made: a Vickers and Lewis armed N.21, also two variants by the DUX plant. These are nimble and enjoyable planes to fly. Also included is a Lewis-only variant of the Nieu. 24bis (used in small numbers by the RFC, with several manufactured by the British). You will find included a two-gun version of the Nieu. 27 (Vickers and Lewis). The data inis are not interchangeable - subtle differences are included across the sub-variants, as historical. To get the Lewis gun to show up on the relevant types, please download Stephen's Lewis Mk.II from the following link (https://combatace.com/files/file/15059-lewis-gun-mk2/) and install the gun into the "Pilot" folder of your FE2 user directory, not into the Guns folder. (Thank you Crawford for this interesting trick - works well especially if you don't like tinkering with load-out files. The other way of installing the Lewis is by load-out files and different changes in the data inis - the data inis included in this package work only with the gun-as-pilot trick.) Also you will find included a new sound to fit the 90 hp Le Rhone 9ca engine on the Nieup. 21 variants modeled, and a new sounds file for your Flight folder. These aircraft, as others posted previously, may also work in FE/FEgold with the correct tweaks applied. CH-124 pack for SF2 ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Based on the SH-3D AND SeaKingMK41 made by Florian. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ This is the CH-124 Sea King as used by the RCAF for the SF2 series of games. The skins represent the schemes used by the RCAF on their CH-124 Sea Kings. The serial numbers in this skin pack along with planes numbers are real one's. You will get the following skins in this package : CH-124A circa 1963 CH-124B circa 1974 CH-124B circa 1991 * Note : I did not touched the model, so visually only the CH-124A 1963 variant will look like the real one. Thanks to Florian who made a change to my CH-124A lod, i am able to depict a CH-124B look alike as the dome radar has been put on the modified LOD. So unless someone is doing modeling work on this bird to add the RCAF goodies like the Flir, sunoboys launchers and a few other things someday, only the skins for the 1974 and 1991 variant will reflect the real birds. I HIGHLY recommand to install the complete aircraft as follow. COMPLETE AIRCRAFT : Copy the CH-124 Objects/aircraft folders content to your game aircraft folder. Copy the CH-124 Objects/decals folder content to your game decals folder. Copy the CH-124 Objects/pilots folders content to your game pilots folder. Copy the CH-124 Objects/weapons folders content to your game weapons folder. Copy the files in the CH-124 Objects files to your game objects folder. 1 pointI am working on them guys, be patient Given I see no point holding these close to my chest anymore here they are -feel free to say big thank you to Flakiten for making and Brain32 for converting from Il2 and you can also pat me on the back for extra work if you don't mind. Had to redo the canopies from scratch, upscale the pits by 50% to match the properly scaled side drawings as were too small, update or redo some textures, redo some mapping etc, still have some issues with those F-84E cockpit beta 0.9.ZIP F-84G_new cockpit beta 0.9.zip That said I must say those are functional "90% ok" versions, still have TODO: -more accurate instruments placements (Flakiten's versions differ not a slightest bit between "G" and "E") -working target distance dials on A-1 sights -target lock light for "E" -add cockpits light lamps meshes under the canopy system rails -find good info on the lower central panel -some minor tweaks here and there -realise it's 2016 and that stock F-84F would surely use proper version based on these dammit but otherwise these do work so give them a try -I am getting really bored with this whole abandoned piece of incompetent management called SF2 series (that would be my "with love" towards TK not our community, chill guys)
