View File EF-2000 Eurofighter Typhoon "BETA" Pack SF2 - EF-2000 Eurofighter Typhoon "BETA" Pack This aircraft is tested on Fully Merged SF2E/I/NA/V on July 2013 patch. The aircraft is to be use under the COMBATACE rules "ONLY" DO NOT VIOLATE THE RULE OR PERFORM PIRACY! First, I want to thank Bongodriever for his "superb" re-work of his EF-2000 for SF2. Despite being a "Beta" it is an exceptional aircraft. Lets hope he will finish the work someday? Also, without his work... we would of all have to wait for another talented individual to make this aircraft. Thank you very much Craig. I want to take this opportunity to dedicate this Aircraft to the following individuals: "Spinners" - I want to thank you for helping me to get started in becoming a Modder at Combatace. Even though time have past, I have not forgotten about your kindness, support, and patience in teaching me the basics. I also want to thank... "Fastcargo" "Wrench" and "Sundowner" for their early support as well. Of course, since the early days to the present. I had the pleasure of being helped by so many other great and talented people... You know who you are... Thank you all for sharing your knowledge and many other things... Now, since this is a BETA... Pretty much all deficiencies are well known. So do not make uncessary post or comments if you find an issue. Please take the time to read the "knowledge base section for SF2" to install this aircraft, as well as, to answer many questions you might have? Yes, the knowledge base section has wealth of information that answers most of your concerns or issues. Make the effort to learn it, DO NOT BE LAZY. Also, make the effort to use the search function for your concerns or issues. You will be surprised that many of topic issues have already been discussed. Lastly, the file is BIG... I did do my due diligence to make sure all is correct. But like anything in life, there is a chance that I might have miss something or made an error? Feel free to make the post if you find something that is not correct? This file contain all of the air wings and squadrons from all of the current EF-2000 user and soon to be user of the EF-2000. Instead of listing them (which is very long), look at the files and you will know who they are... With the exception of the RAF 43(F) Sqn and the 2(AC) Special markings, all of the squadrons are current or were in existence. - 43(F) squadron was suppose to be the next Typhoon squadron this year, but that was changed when 2(AC) squadron was selected instead. - 2(AC) special marking was something I just added. Note #1: Until Ravenclaw finish the KEPD-350, the GAF and the Eda will not show a stand-off weapon under the loadout for "strike". I use the KEPD_350 as a reminder for future changes on the loadout. Note #2: ONly RAF is using the swing-Role for the EF-2000. Most other nations are using the EF-2000 for Air Defense only, but are starting to use the ground attach capability. So, the loadout is not the most accurate for the various ground roles. You can change it to what ever you like. Note #3: Pirate cam will appear when you use the AA mode. With targeting pod loaded, you have to select the AG mode to use the targeting pod cam. All work are done by me with the exception of the credits given to the people below: Bongodriver - Aircraft/Seat/.LODs and most of the .INIs (with tweaks by me) ChrisBV - Pilots (I slightly modified the skin) Florian/JAT - Pilot Ravenclaw - Weapons (I modified one of the weapon to make the GBU-48B) FastCargo - Fakepilot Eagle114th - Wingtip vortex (I modified both the skakey/straight vortex effects, also can use both at the same time) Spillone104 - Engine sounds If I have forgotten anyone for their work, my apologies, and your work is being recognized and credited. Thank you for reading. I hope you will enjoy flying this aircraft. Cheers! August 09, 2015 Ace888 Submitter ace888 Submitted 08/10/2015 Category Typhoon

    Version 1.0.0

This cockpit will convert the stock First Eagles AEG G.IV from an AI plane into a flyable plane. The cockpit features fully functional gauges, throttles, rudder control, and stick. Acknowledgement About 10 years ago, ravenclaw_007 made the AEG G.IV flyable by making a cockpit using the cockpit from the SE5a. My thanks to him for leading the way. Installation Instructions for both FE1 and FE2 If you have already installed ravenclaw's version, you should delete the two ini files ("AEG_G4.ini" and "AEG_G4_COCKPIT.ini") before installing this version. If you still have the stock version, this install will replace the original AEG-G4.ini file. You should make a backup in case you want to revert to the original AI version. Open my "AEG_G4" folder and place all the files - 1 folder and 2 ini files - into your "AEG_G4" folder.

I'm not much of a bomber pilot when it comes to hitting a designated target, but this is a new avenue I'm occasionally following to enjoy some of the alternative scenarios available in FE2. I'm continually surprised at how well (given the time frame and available technology) the models handle and your addition to the simulation makes more of that experience possible. Thank you!

Great stuff, thank you for doing this - now I can get into the cockpit and take it up for a spin to tweak the FM properly since it was difficult to "guesstimate" things when it was AI-flown only . Didn't know about that old Ravenclaw tweak to make it flyable. Happy flying, Von S

View File F-15E Sorcerer (Ace Combat Zero) What is it? It's a paintscheme for the F-15E Strike Eagle of the Osean Air Defence Force, 8th Air Division, 32nd Fighter Squadron, 2nd Flight "Sorcerer", from the game Ace Combat Zero. The 32nd Tactical Fighter Squadron "Sorcerer" was a squadron that consisted of eight F-15S/MTDs. First seen by the player during the second battle that took place over Area B7R, also known as the "Round Table". The squadron is very experienced in combat, since they were one of the first and last Osean fighter squadrons on being sent to the front lines during the Belkan War in 1995. They commonly operated within the Belkan Round Table, meaning that each pilot gained experience quickly. However, they began to support their cause less as time went on. Eventually they defected. They joined an organization known as A World With No Boundaries and became a key part of the organization's operations. It is believed that their squadron leader was a founding member, but there is no solid information on this accusation. I've chosen to use the F-15E model over Fastcargo's excellent F-15 Active as that file already has an outstanding Sorcerer skin by Kei Nagase. The F-15E was also already in service in 1995, the year the game takes place in, so it's not too lore-unfriendly. Even though the Strike Eagle may be slower and less manoeuvrable than the Active, I think the Sorcerer pilots would appreciate AMRAAM and air-to-ground capability. I've also included a post-defection paint scheme as I found it weird that the defectors would still be using their own nation's symbols and flags when joining a terrorist organisation dedicated to tearing down borders. Which addon(s) are required? View File Special Hercules Over Vietnam This is extra pack of special versions of C-130 Hercules used by USAF during Vietnam War period. Pack contains all required models and it is based on Dels great new C-130 Pack + update available here on Combat Ace. http://combatace.com/files/file/16427-c-130-hercules-superpack/ update here: http://combatace.com/files/file/16480-c-130-hercules-superpack-add-on-1/ All skins are based on templates by Dels and are done in 2048x2048 format. Credits: Original model + pit model: Dels C-130 fake pilot mods, AQM-drones, Cargo 1800gal fule tank and DC-130 pylons: yakarov Pack contains: C-130E(I) Combat Talon I. In 1965-1966 Big Safari program started programs Skyhook / Stray Goose programs resulting in series of modifications to C-130E airframes as Fulton Recovery System and AN/APQ-115 TF/TA Radar. On 8 September 1966, Stray Goose deployed 4 aircrafts and personnel to Southeast Asia as Combat Spear unit under PACAF as Detachment 1 314th Troop Carrier Wing. Aircrafts operated from Nha Trang AB in Vietnam. and became first Combat talon aircrafts used in combat. C-130E(i) Combat Talon I HC-130P Combat Shadow. In mid-1966 flight testing began of rescue helicopters equipped with aerial refueling receivers, and 11 HC-130H - the controller aircraft were modified as tankers and redesignated the HC-130P. SAR, Command and Control/vertical lift (helicopter) aerial refueling aircraft, entering service in Southeast Asia in November 1966. Amid few original ARRS units this set covers painting and decals of 39th ARRS. DC-130A & DC-130E. Operations over China and Vietnam could not be succesfulf if not drones operated by 350th SRS . Three C-130As (56-0527, 56-0514 and 57-0461) and three C-130Es (61-2368, 61-2369 and 61-2371) were converted in the 1965-6 timeframe. It is possible that the DC-130As were intended for tactical drone operations and the more powerful and longer ranged DC-130Es were intended for strategic operations with 'big winged' Model 147s over China. The DC-130As generally migrated to test activities after the war and the DC-130Es, after serving with the 432nd TDG, rejoined the transport fleet as C-130Es. During service in Vietnam all DC-130A were later retrofitted with four bladed Hamilton Standard props. Ive made all decals for all versions covering years of use in USAF service based on available reference materials. So all serial numbers are historicaly correct. National and squadron markings as always in my case are painted on skins. I did not include any new bump or specular maps. Great stuff for replacment can be found in Kulbit80 pack: http://combatace.com/files/file/16489-vmgr-152-hi-viz-skin-for-kc-130f/ As weapons AQM-34 - is EOGR missile - can be anything it will not work as drone anyway). Pylons are set as TLR - to acomodate EOGR -but somehow there is option to load one drone - do not use it. as it will apear somewhere in middle of aircraft. AQM-34 Drones covers three versions: G- ECM version equipped with ALE-2 chaff dispening pods. L-low-altitude photo recce Q- big wing ELINT version In HC version refueling drogue is deployed at speed near 120kts. (to simulate refueling helicopters too.) Note: In this pack (unlike original Dels C-130) JATO is activated by vector thrust controll (similiar as in latest Tu-22 pack) report bugs. Jarek Hereda. View File SF2 MLD PV-2 Harpoon Skin Set SF2 MLD PV-2 Harpoon Skin Pack 9/5/2017 = For SF2 (Full 5 Merged RECCOMENDED) = This package contains a new skin for Veltro2k's Lockheed PV-2 Harpoon naval patrol bomber. This skin/decal set represents the 18 as used by the Royal Netherlands Naval Air Service (Marineluchtvaartdienst) or MLD. The MLD recieved 18 Harpoon in 1950, and were used in the Martime Recon, and Search & Rescue until their replacement by P2V Neptunes in the early 1960s. The skin is in jpg format, in overall "Dark Gloss Navy Blue" finish. All markings are decals, and decal randomization is TRUE. Displayed serial numbers are 100% historically correct for the aircraft depicted, as used by the MLD. Also included is the updated (and a backup copy) of the data ini for those that have not updated their WW2 versions. If you've done so, you need not install these 2 files (they're the same as in the update pack, so no harm will come if you do). You will still need the aircraft itself, available at the following URL: https://combatace.com/files/file/15018-ww2-pto-pv-2-harpoon-package/ As always, unzip this to a temp folder or your desktop, and you'll have access to the rest of the readme for the install instructions. *Please note, that even though the aircraft is WW2 vintage, THIS use is Cold War, which is why it's been placed here* Happy Landings! View File Gloster Javelin FAW.7 The Gloster Javelin was a twin-engined all-weather interceptor aircraft that served with Britain's Royal Air Force in the late 1950s and most of the 1960s. It was a T-tailed delta-wing aircraft designed for night and all-weather operations and was the last aircraft design to bear the Gloster name. Introduced in 1956 after a lengthy development period, the aircraft received several upgrades during production to its engines, radar and weapons, including support for the De Havilland Firestreak air-to-air missile. The Javelin was succeeded in the interceptor role by the English Electric Lightning, a supersonic aircraft capable of flying more than double the Javelin's top speed, which was introduced into the RAF only a few years later. The Javelin served for much of its life alongside the Lightning; the last Javelins were withdrawn from operational service in 1968 following the induction of successively more-capable versions of the Lightning. FAW 7 Introduced new Sa.7 engines with 11,000 lbf (48.9 kN) thrust each, powered rudder, extended rear fuselage. Armed with two 30 mm ADEN plus four Firestreak air-to-air missiles. 142 produced.
