I've just uploaded a new 3rd version of a file. (In fact it is 2nd version..but 2nd ver. was never released) Now BM and SM maps added. Small changes here and there. Reworked cockpit. Now it is more correct for Yasur. Read info on the download page. If you have already an old version all aircraft folders must be deleted. After testing with overwrite some errors occurred. Decals/ weapons etc..are all fine. Aircraft must be replaced. kind regards.

McDonnel seem to like British A\C look at what they did to the Harrier... McDonnell Douglas \ Blackburn "Manatee"... " The term buccaneer derives from the Caribbean Arawak word buccan, a wooden frame on which Tainos and Caribs slowly roasted or smoked meat, commonly manatee. "

Be aware that over the years modders updated stuff that was originally in NATO Fighters. And then Original NATO Fighters was nut much updated recently. So whole mega pack might be nice start...but still, updates have more to offer. Going back to Dr.CancerMan question.... Just browse through download section. Pick what you like and enjoy. If you are Rhino guy for sure Vietnam War expansion mods. Personally I never install whole mod pack. Usually, I am building my mod game by adding one by one mod from the download section. Selected top-notch mods into a desired theater of operations. It is more time consuming but it allows me to have extremely clean mod folders with weapons, aircraft, ground objects, etc. that need to be in specific "area of operations".

Oh yes, please do! The A-6E is among my favorite mud movers in SF2. Your work on the Tornado is amazing - I had no idea that a WO cockpit could even be modeled to that extent! I'm looking to produce some AAR's based on SF2 NF5 missions that work in conjunction with missions for the Global Mobilization expansion for ArmA 3 - 1983 cold war ground conflict around the vicinity of Weferlingen in the GDR. My idea is to have SEAD and CAS missions in SF2 NF5 affect the amount of Shilkas and T--55s that are on the battlefield in my ArmA3 GM missions. The Weferlingen area is covered in SF2 Euros with airbases in the vicinity, so it definitely seems doable. Considering I'll be focusing on the Tornado and F-4F Phantom II in SF2 missions, this mod will be very beneficial to my project. My biggest hangup so far is figuring out how to script missions with the ArmA3 Eden Editor, so that they allow for armor strength/numbers to be auto-adjusted based upon the the results of SF2 missions. Like SF2 though, there's lot of quality fan-made tools for Eden editing, so it's just a matter of continuing to throw myself at the learning curve. ;)

Since there is a Delta wing mirage topic...We can have a Phantom topic too - just because it is cooler than deltas... Rules: - Phantom on Fridays only. - so no Phantoms on other days than Friday. One picture per user and only on Fridays. Let's bring the best of aviation in one picture. Sorry for strict rules but Spook deserves it. - no discussions, asking, quoting, chatting, etc. there are other places to talk. - NO for what if skins, rogues, mercenaries, pirates, etc... - ok for phantoms that never were...produced, prototypes, etc... Eventually if one of the Administrators will visit this place please clean up inappropriate jabbering. Thanks in advance. If this topic is inappropriate please close.

The Tupolev Tu-98 (NATO reporting name Backfin) was a prototype swept wing jet bomber developed by Tupolev for the Soviet Union. Not that much info since this was a prototype. Hence a few modifications where made by me.Using B-58 cockpit. If anyone cares to correct them, be my guest. Also I included and extra lod with alternate mapping. 3D Model (Veltro2k) Cockpit credit goes to the creator unzip ad folders to their appropiate places...have fun THIS MODEL IS ONLY TO BE DISTRIBUTED AS FREEWARE AND IN NO OTHER CIRCUMSTANCE SHALL IT BE USED, EVEN IN PART OF ANYTHING THAT IS PAYWARE. Better CCIP mod for SF1/2 series. This mod will prevent the CCIP and Gunsight dot from showing through any solid part of your cockpit. Leading to a much authentic bombing procedure. In SF1, this is done without any harm. In SF2, I have to remove 2 effect shaders which are used when your effect setting is at "Unlimited". So you lose some not-so-obvious effect. Installation ------------ For SF1, just extract the file to the 'objects' folder For SF2, first extract the file in the 'objects' folder in your mod folder, then follow the procedure mentioned in the "Special note for SF2 users" to complete it. Credit ------- Create: orsin (china insky team) Beta testing: HoneyFox (china insky team) Update --------- V1.0 initial release V1.1 fixed a problem in SF2

SF2 F-4G(B) USN Pack 8/28/2019 -For SF2, Any and All (Full Merged Reccomended) This is a NEW aircraft, the F-4G(B) for the US Navy. There were F-4Bs modified with a automatic carrier landing system during their Oct 1965-June 1966 deployment in South East Asia aboard USS Kitty Hawk. They were painted in an experimental green camoflauge, as were many other aircraft of CVW-11 in this time frame. Once upon a time, I know we had this aircraft for 1stGen SF, but have been unable to locate it. So, I rebuilt it, and now present it you all to enjoy. This is a complete aircraft, based off the F-4B_65, so make use you have this bird in your inventory. This aircraft uses all stock 3w items. The skin is in jpg format, in 2048x, from Sundowner's templates. 12 100% historically accurate Bunum decals are included. Decal randomization is TRUE. This aircraft is given a full year's operational time frame, "1965-1966" in the data ini, even if not historically correct (read: easier). New, aircraft specific hangar and loading screens are provided. Is should be noted, this mod was started in 2011, and got lost. I do NOT remember who created the original skin I worked from, or the decals (which have been refreshed to remove ghosting around the edges), So I cannot take full credit for this mod (see "Notes" for more speculations). When in-game, on the aircraft selection drop down, you'll see: F-4G(B) Phantom II (USN) This will differentiate it from the USAF F-4G Wild Weasel, and make sure you know it's a Navy bird. As is always reccomended, unzip to a temp folder or your desktop to give easy access to the rest of this readme for it's install instructions. Happy Landings! Wrench Kevin Stein

Well, I guess you are not in 'a hurry' with the game. In the end, it is just a game. There is no need to download all mods from CA in one day or even in a few months. You can take your time. It is not a matter download or die... I did not complete any of game mods yet... My Iran-Iraq is under construction for 4 years. Israel - 7, Vietnam - 6. And it is still not done yet...I don't need to have everything..I want everything that is worth playing. Quality instead of quantity. Depends on your preferences.. But I guess few new aircrafts (and updates) were uploaded in recent 2 years. Tornados...Canberras, perhaps Meteors . New and updated terrains. Just go to the download section and see what is there.

View File Yasur Over Israel. SF2. Sikorsky S-65 C-3 Yasur model version Ver 2.0 for SF2 July 2017 September 2019 This is a third party addon of Sikorsky helicopter S-65 (and CH-53A). It is designed for and works only in SF2 series. And will never work in SF1. Basic modding skils are required to run this mod (copy, paste, game folders structure, etc. Fake Pilot mod is needed to run this also. ************************************************************* This is FREEWARE-DONATIONWARE and it CANNOT be distributed unless permissions are granted by myself. YOU NEED TO DELETE OLD AIRCRAFT FOLDERSfrom previous Yasur pack. Many things were changed and as tested Overwriting may cause some problems...So delete old ones put new ones. The rest (except Aircraft folders) are same can be overwritten without fear. Small changes in ini files, corrections on fuel loadout, changes in cockpit ini. Small changes in skins. Also No longer fake weapon "no gun" is needed - thanks to The Trooper. He pointed small fix in data.ini. Added simple bump and specular maps. Also added damage tgas. Major changes in the cockpit - now it is much more correct. Although probably not everyone cares ore will see a difference. Anyway. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This is part that no one will read..but feels like I need to share this: This mod represents Sikorsky S-65 C-3 models used by Israeli Air Force History of Yasur in Israel air Force is somehow complicated. I was trying to represent all sub-models that served until now. (except yasur2025) S-65 was an export version based on HH-53C model. All serials are correct but not always represents specific units (although I've put a lot of effort to sort serials - and it's really hard as always in all Israeli serials from 60-80 period) I've split this pack into few sub-variants. Long story in short: Israel received the first batch S-65 C-3 in august 1970.(some sources give date 1969) already with two-digit numbers. Later re-serialed with added prefix 1 to numbers. This batch was called 'Series A' The second batch of Yasur helicopters was delivered in July 1971. 5 aircrafts with serials started with 2 (although for some time it carried prefix1) it's called 'Series B'. The third group consisted of 6 aircrafts were delivered between 1972-1973. Aircrafts received prefix 3 and were called 'Series C' also there were few differences in avionics and all 6 aircrafts were equipped with starlight nvg system. The fourth group was named 'Series D' and prefixed 4. Delivered after 1973 war. Eight helicopters from USMC surplus. The most prominent difference between S-65C-3 is an absence of refueling probe and auxiliary fuel tanks. Also different avionics and different armor plates in various points of the airframe. In the late 80s (probably) four of them were upgraded into late Yasur S-65 version called 'Series G' and serials prefixed 7,(aux fuel tanks and upgraded avionics). Other four remained unchanged to keep the ability to recover UAV (MARS method). Next fifth batch of 18(17) aircraft serials prefixed with 5 and 'called Series E' delivered somewhere in 1974-75 It was standard S-65C3 variant but with Titanium blades and again changes in avionics. Series six were two aircrafts purchased from Austria in May 1991. And prefixed 6. Right after delivery, it received all Yasur 2000 standard upgrades. Next and last batch of delivery is again USMC surplus CH-53A airframes delivered after Gulf War (April and September) 1991. Around 10 airworthy airframes. (Plus around 8 airframes in 1993 that were used as spare parts - not received serials nor designation) All aircraft were prefixed 8. And remain in service in standard USMC grey/black/green scheme, until some of them (seven) were designated for an upgrade to current Yasur standards. In 1992 IAF started Yasur 2000 program. During this upgrades, each helicopter that underwent conversion serial number was changed. S-65C3 plus two ex-Austrians received prefix 0. All other helicopters that were still in service were upgraded to Yasur 2000 variant and received prefix 9. (those are airframes of old CH-53A without aux fuel tanks and refueling probe) Visible difference is an addition of support braces on fuel tanks pylons. In game aircrafts will appear with following years of service: Yasur CH-53A Sea Stallion (1973-1992) Yasur S-65 C3 '69 (1969-1985) Yasur S-65 C3 '86 (1985-1992) Yasur 2000 (1993-2050) ******************IMPORTANT****************** FakePilot mod needed to run this mod. As always. Standard commands: ANIMATION 1 - cargo ramp half open ANIMATION 2 - cabin windows ANIMATION 3 - wipers outside/inside ANIMATION 4 - refueling probe ANIMATION 5 - nvg on some models Hook - changes position when refueling to see the tip of the spear. rescue op: Open "bomb bay" doors - cargo ramp and right side hatch/door ANIMATION 8 - Open side doors, lower jungle penetrator ANIMATION 9 - deploy PJ ANIMATION 10 - lower/raise hoist. Animation 8, 9 and 10 have a speed limit. So you can't hoist on full speed. With little practice, you can hoover. Without fake flaps and airbrakes. Important here to control is using rudder and vector thrust control. With heavy cargo load probably you need little run on A model as engines on A are little underpowered. Normally throttle vector control on 88-89 degree increase power 70% then slowly more and more, wait and it will take off. Cockpits. new upgraded much more correct cockpits. Yasur 2000 pit is much more correct now. Few differences between models mostly in humps/bumps/sensors dispensers. Weapons. The only "offensive" weapon is left/right side gunner. Skins included covers several years of use in Israeli 3 color, first brown and late 80s light brown and unique USMC 3 clolor scheme. Pilots - best to use is OldDiego's pilots. Have fun. Edit your way. And report bugs. Jarek Hereda. Thanks to everyone who helped me with this. And thanks for all support. NAVAIR 01-230HMA-1 Natops Flight Manual Navy Model CH-53D Aircraft. I've decided - McDonnell A2H/A-6 Bakunawa. McDonnell is there for the British connection. That leads to a mythical name. The Bakunawa is a serpent-like dragon from Filipino mythology believed to cause eclipses, earthquakes, rains, and wind. Good alliteration with Buccaneer, and appropriate given the Buccaneer's nuclear role.

3w has (sort of) discontinued support, in the fact nothing new or expanded will be released. Outside of the 'mobile games'. OTH, TK has put together an "all is one" package for 100 USD (approx) that is all 5 game, both expansions, and all 29 DLCs. I know you said in the first post that were issues with international ordering, but it might be worth investigating further. Simply put, a disproportinate number of all SF2 mods require a full 5 merged install with SF2NA. NA is most assuredly required for those aftermarket terrains that are "Naval Maps" (for carrier operations - no matter what anyone else says, its been proven - not all the CVBG coding is in the the other 4) And, also, we do NOT discuss pirate sites. Ever. I know you've been away for a while, but there's been some issue with that in the last few years, and those that espoused it have been removed (which I know YOU'D never do!! ) And welcome back! (any terrain with my name on it is one to get -- shameless plug)

Just sandboxing, trying to envision the best places and proportions for markings. Full points to mue for the LOD Viewer. The Buccaneer stuff would have been possible without it - it would just have been twice as hard, and taken more four times as long.

Redoing the initial missions to Nihon Hitori and then adding one more - perhaps or not implausible - where the PATRIOT SAMs just magically are jammed at the same time the EC-767 had to land... so of course a couple jets with barn doors for tails can quickly swing around and get close.... The above was your primary runway. Oh and this isn't all of the mission... you'll also be supporting these guys: Stay tuned,....

Also installed is the T-33_seat from ErikGen's T-33 package. And Soulfreek, & Wrench who tweeked it to what it is today...............Outstanding - thanks much! Hope I didn't miss anyone

April 2020: VFA-14 Tophatters: Based on the USS John C. Stennis (CVN-74) navigating Gulf of Dhimar in multinational "Operation Dragonbreath". Our mission is to help Dhimar counter the increassing terrorist attacks, neighbouring Paran is in deep turmoil and there have been repeated attacks against border cities, some of them even including APC and targetting our troops in the ground. During early morning we got a call from USMC troops, codename Ravagers, while on foot patrol they got ambushed by enemy APC's and infantry squads in the market of the town.As QRA aircraft we are sent to deal with the threat and help the marines in the close quarters of the city. The bad guys... At the carrier deck We were launched with a heavy load, so we need to refuel on the way to the coast. After the refuel, we head to the coast, apporaching Moshak Marines are heavy pressed, and we start picking our targets in the streets of the city JDAM away. The USAF boys are heavy at work as well. Rifle: Shack! Our job is paying in gold, but we're getting fired as well. But now the enemy is in full retreat, the marines were able to disengage, and the help is on the way... Is now time to get back to the carrier. Circling... busy deck. And parked, time for some late breakfast. The mission was a total succes, killed 3 BTR60 and 2 BTR 152, the USAF killed some guys on the ground, so I got this... The mission was really fun, had to spend sometime designing it to have everything in place, but it was both fun and entertaining, and above all I felt like a real pilot in a close quarter situation. I aligned each shot to avoid hitting buildings in the ground, and tried to follow all the procedures I read on real operations books. SF2 still has some great potential! During the flight I palyed a real firefight between US troops and talibans, so it was more realistic trying to save those guys on the ground. Sorry for so much pics, hope you enjoyed.
