A few days back, i had the chance to travel to Europe, this was a long delayed (for several reasons) trip i had and had also the opportunity to meet some of the CA old timer guys, must say pics speak a thousand words, so, i will spam with some: The first guy i met as i arrived to Amsterdam was my master @logan4 and we made a visit to the Lelystad Museum, my first time watching up close with a MiG-21 Love at first sight! Many More planes seen that day Next day i met another long time friend @Muesli and went to met some places: And the next day, we had a very nice day, we mat @Derk and he kindly made a guided day on the National Militair Museum, 4 CA team members together! Later in the week we met @76.IAP-Blackbird and headed for Germany, no planes this time, but good plans (and stairs) and good times! After some (not much) days, i moved over to Cracow to met the final guy, our very @Stary and we were able to have some good time (eating pierogis) that night Next day, i HAD TO pay a visit to Auschwitz and Birkenau Museums And for the last day, we met again with Stary to go to the Lotnictwa Museum in Cracow, where i was a kid in a candy shop with so many MiGs, Sukhois and others around! All in all, it has been a hell of a trip, and, once again, i would like to thank you guys for making it to happen! And the saddest part of the trip... Thanks CA for the friendship!!!

SF2 3W B-52D/F Upgrade/Mod Pack 9/28/2022 -For SF2 (Full 4/5 Merged Reccomended =MUST= have SF2:V installed!!)- This pack contains some mods to the stock 3rd Wire B-52D & the user made B-52F model "Stratofortress" as used by SAC during the 1950s through the 1980s. There are actually 3 aircraft in this pack; due to "oddities" with some loadouts, I found this was easier to do: B-52D (57-64) nuclear strike B-52D (64-83) conventional, with "Big Belly" mods B-52F (58-78) conventional & Nukes. The F, while retaining is nuke abilities, is mostly for conventional iron bombing after 1965. Almost all markings are decals, with very few things painted on. All serial numbers are historically correct for the models depectied. BUT the D cereals should be considered 'generic' in nature as they represent no particular unit. The F serials, OTH, and the nose arts, are also correct, but not 'per squadron/wing'. It should be noted, the F gets all serials for the 89 aircraft produced. These are updated version of the originals issued in 2009. The D model gets all new decals, made for this mod. Decal randomization is true. Most skins remain in their 1stGen bmp format. New sounds, effects, pilot/gunner figures, weapons, and hangar & loading screens. Various effects are included for the nuclear weapons. The SF2 date switch is used for some skins, and also in the loadout ini with year-specific loadouts. These aircraft are equipped with an "optical" bombsight for you perverts that inisist on flying the Heavies <g>. In each aircraft's folder is an instructional jpg on "how to". There are also different loadouts for conventional or nuke, accessable through the games' mission editor. An example of the skin listing, from the 52F: 2nd BW >1964 7th BW (3960th BW) <1964 the >1964 (less than or 64 and eariler) and <1964 (after 1964 ie: 65 start date). This should give the general idear. As is always reccomended, unzip to a temp folder or your desktop to give easy access to the rest of this readme for it's install instructions. PLEASE read them, before installing!!! As always, =PLEASE= read the "Notes" section for various thoughts and musing on this mod. There might even be valuable data/information for you to find! ALL original readmes have been included, when discoverable. Happy Landings! Wrench Kevin Stein

Nice sights of places you v visited and thats funny to meet guys. Watched photos with interest. German flying bomb V-1 impressed a lot. Thought its only on pictures and no one preserved in metal. My photo of T-10-10. Pity i cant invite you cuz the city is occupied and who knows may be this aircraft is lost already

The US State Department has approved the foreign military sale of the National Advanced Surface-to-Air Missile System (NASAMS) and Medium Range Air Defense System (MRADS) to Kuwait for three billion dollars. Kuwait has requested 63 AIM-120C-8 Advanced Medium Range Air-to-Air Missiles (AMRAAM); 63 AIM-9X Sidewinder Block II tactical missiles; 12 Multifunctional Information Distribution Systems – Low Volume Terminal (MIDS LVT) Block Upgrade 2; and 12 MIDS LVT Cryptographic Modules, among others. “The proposed sale will improve Kuwait’s capability to meet current and future threats by enhancing the ability to defend itself against regional malign actors and improve interoperability with systems operated by US forces and other Gulf countries,” the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) said. The DCSA also expressed confidence that the new defensive equipment will allow the Middle Eastern nation to “protect its borders, energy infrastructure, and its residents.” I will be adding this to my do list of models.

Banidos TA 50 (SU-57) This is a model of the prototype of the TA 50 (SU 57) created by AleDucat, the model is beta, this means that it has not been tested enough, it may have missing parts and some inconveniences, (none affects anything in the simulator) the installation method is the standard one, copy the contents of each folder into the corresponding folders in your simulator installation. The flight model is super unstable, this means that you can perform cobra, super cobra and rotate like a juggler's baton. if you press the vectoring key (as used on helicopters and harriers) the model will deploy the refueling zone and become more stable. For animation reasons, the cockpit is unfolded with the key to unfold the mooring hook. The center bays deploy automatically when firing a radar guidance missile. In order to engage and fire infrared missiles housed in the wing root wells, you must open them with the key that corresponds to the openings of common wells. the model is the prototype, remove the pitot t antennas that the working model does not bring from the ini files. I hope you enjoy. This folder contains a 3d model of the SU-57, a 3d model of the cockpit, a 3d model of the pilot's seat and optronic seeker, 3 skins with the corresponding decals, and several engine sound files. 3d model :AleDucat textures: Torno excuse my bad english this was translated with google translator.

I guess a very brief description of the differences would be that provided in Wikipedia for EQ-6 - new Sherloc digital RWR, new Cyrano IV-SP1 radar, and capable of carrying two Exocet missiles at once. 30 built Mirage F1EQ-5 is capable of carrying a single Exocet under the fuselage. Other sources indicate Cyrano IV-MR radar with terrain avoidance capability for the EQ-6. An interesting piece of information on the EQ-6, that I came across, is that back in 1989 those were equipped with rails to carry and launch Kh-29L soviet/russian laser guided A2G missiles. On a different note, I am happy to see new Mirage F1 variants with later cockpits and more recce, ECM, etc. pods included in the weapons list, so I hope we are close to the moment when it will be time for updated Mirage F1CT/CR versions.

Nieuport 27 skins of Escadrille 561 for EmID N27_FAS First Eagles 2 __________________________________________________________________________________________________________ This is a skin pack, representing most of the Nieuports 27 used by Escadrille 561 on Venice, Italy from 1917 to 1918. To be used with the campaign "Armchair Aces Over Italy" by Ojcar. Many Escadrille 561 pilots, kept thier personal markings even as they switched to different types of Nieuports and SPADs. When the Nieuport model featured different interpretations of markings, I added it as a new option on the decals. So you will find some repeated pilot names to represent these versions. While all markings are historical, some are unrelated to the Nieuport type. I decided to put them in, for greater diversification and greatest fun. If you don't want to use them, just delete or rename them from the decal folder. Many serial numbers are historicals, others are not. You will get better profit of these skins with the campaign "Armchair Aces Over Italy" by Ojcar. If you do not have this campaign, you could find it here. https://combatace.com/files/file/17169-armchair-aces-over-italy/ __________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Historical Notes: Escadrille N.561 was a French squadron dedicated to defending Venice, Italy from aerial attack. Stemming from a six plane detachment assigned to Venice's defense on 15 August 1915, after its foundation in June 1916, Escadrille 561 would defend Venice until 1 January 1918. Detached then to support the French X Armee during its sojourn in Italy, the squadron remained on the peninsula after the X Armee had returned to France. By war's end, Escadrille 561 was credited with destroying 12 enemy aircraft and four observation balloons. The Escadrille 561, produced only one Ace, Sergeant André Robert Lévy credited with six aerial victories. The squadron flew most of the manufactured Nieuports (10, 11, 12, 16, 17, 21, 23, 24 and 27) and a small number of Sopwith 1A2, SPAD VII, SPAD XI & SPAD XIII. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Historical Sources: - Aéro-Journal n°39, L'Escadrille de Venise, entre guerre et dolce vita, David Méchin. - Albin Denis website: http://albindenis.fr __________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ** What you will find in this Nieuport N27_FAS skin Pack: - A full set of skins & decals to Nieuport N27_FAS used by Escadrille 561. - A full squadron (Escadrille 561) with 100 decal serial numbers and 22 pilot personal markings. - 6 New optional hangar screens for Nieuport 27 (N27_FAS) in 1920x1200 size. SF2 WW2 ETO Bristol Blenheim Mk.IV Skin Pak (DAT) -- Something for the WW2 ETO players -- = For SF2 ONLY, Full-5 Merged (Reccomended/Preferred) = This pack contains 2 new skins for the Dev A-Team's Bristol Blenhiem Mk.4. *Note you MUST have access to the DAT downloads to get the aircraft. If you do not have access, do NOT download this mod, as you'll be unable to make use of it.* New skins, from a (not so fantastic) Home Grown Template , now give you standard RAF European Day Scheme camo from the 1940-late 41 time frame. The aircraft is finished in the standard Light Earth/Dark Green with Sky Unders. Squadrons represented: No. 105 (code GB) No. 107 (code OM) Skins remain in their bmp format (and are a bit on the LARGE size -2048x). End users that wish to may convert to jpg or resize as necessary. Decal randomization is set to TRUE. Both skins make use of a 'pool' of plane-in-group letters and serial numbers. Serials ARE historiclly accurate for the Mk.IV, but represent no particular unit. Also included, never before released Hangar and Loading screens. REMINDER: there is nothing in here but skin maps, decals and their associated inis. You'll need the aircraft itself from the DAT downloads, either the seperate aircraft, or the one in the Wings Over Africa all-inclusive mod. As always, fairly easy to follow, detailed install instructions are included. Please READ them. Good Hunting!! wrench kevin stein
