44 pointsWaiting for the 19th of this month to get my treatment plan. They took both my tonsils on the 22 April, and the report confirmed the right tonsil to have cancer, and rescheduled my PET scan and MRI for the next two weeks, one on the 8th and the other on the 13th, to see how far it's spread and which lymph more are affected by the cancer in the nuck in both sides. Aside from that, I am okay.

1 pointI've had a few; even got one today. I tell them politely "NO". And I tell them where to find the "buy a subscription' button. Also remind them that behind the scenes file sharing is a forbidden act, punishable by IP banning. And don't think I won't do it...cause I damn sure will. This is something I KNEW would happen. All that can be done is for us Admins to get them names, warn them ONE TIME only, and them warn the General Membership (tm) about them and the consequenses of actions. Like DA said, there's a lot of whiny little turds on FB, that never contributed in any way, shape or form that act like spoiled brats that we've taken their free candy away. What will these fuckers do, if CA's doors close forever, and all those hundreds of gigs of mod are lost???
-
1 pointCall them out, hang them out to dry and make it public. After that, our dear administrators can take appropriate action. Nobody contacted me, but I can understand that it is a nuissance. Cheers

1 pointHellenic Air Force An-12BP "Cub" - Elefsis AB 356 Tactical Transport Squadron 1979 In late 1974 Greece withdrew from NATO military command due to the fact that an another NATO member invaded Cyprus. Turkish invasion forced Hellenic Army to redefine its doctrine. At the time highest rank military officers made it clear to the government that since turkish occupation forces were still on Cyprus keeping their positions and with no intention to withdraw, hellenic air force needed a new military transport aircraft. Existing C-47s (Dakota) were very old (introduced in 1947) and their operational capability was very limited. Noratlas were second hand airframes coming from German surplus with deliveries starting in 1967 but during service many problems appeared and operational capability was in doubt. General Staff of National Defense decided that in the post invasion age a military transport aircraft being able to take off at night from Elefsis AB to Nicosia flying some meters above sea level, dropping at least 50 paratroopers and head back to Elefsis without midair refuel was urgently needed. Now Greece had the option to import non-NATO military equipment. On November 1974 Greek government requested 10 An-12BPs from USSR. Initially soviets were cautious believing that exporting even a relatively old transport aircraft to Greece, more likely western experts would be able to analyze soviet transport aircraft technology. Turkey tried to prevent the request but finally USSR officials saw a historical chance of destabilizing the south-eastern NATO unity. On mid February 1975 the first An-12BP serial 38 landed at Tanagra AB. All An-12BPs landed at Tanagra AB for post delivery evaluation before transfer at their home in 356 Tactical Transport Squadron in Elefsis AB.

Mirage IIIC (SEPR) The new fighter design was named the Mirage III. It incorporated the new area ruling concept, where changes to the cross section of an aircraft were made as gradual as possible, resulting in the famous "wasp waist" configuration of many supersonic fighters. Like the Mirage I, the Mirage III had provision for a SEPR rocket engine. The prototype Mirage III flew on 17 November 1956, and attained a speed of Mach 1.52 on its 10th flight. The prototype was then fitted with manually operated intake half-cone shock diffusers, known as souris ("mice"), which were moved forward as speed increased to reduce inlet turbulence. The Mirage III attained a speed of Mach 1.8 in September 1957. The success of the Mirage III prototype resulted in an order for 10 pre-production Mirage IIIA fighters. These were almost two meters longer than the Mirage III prototype, had a wing with 17.3% more area, a chord reduced to 4.5%, and an Atar 09B turbojet with afterburning thrust of 58.9 kN (13,230 lbf). The SEPR rocket engine was retained, and the aircraft were fitted with Thomson-CSF Cyrano Ibis air intercept radar, operational avionics, and a drag chute to shorten landing roll Texture Temp by Ludo.m54 Texture and Data.INI: Coupi 3D mod: Denis Oliveira
