    1. TW A-4E+F Skyhawk layered Templates (4k) v1.0
      ============================================
This is "my precious" - layered templates for TW's A-4E+F Skyhawks in 4096x4096. These are also the replacement for the older templates I once released.
These can be used to create Skins for Thirdwires A-4E, E_65, E_67 and F Skyhawks. Derivates of them (A-4G+K for example) should work too.
      Included are 2 Camouflages:
      - Standard USN/USMC Gray/White with several different patterns
      - experimental Camouflage from VA-155 in 1966
Most markings come in several variations and/or colors.
With the help of mue's great LODViewer I included UVMaps for the planes.

      Notes & Issues
      --------------
      - layergroups are reduced to just one level, so other software may be used without major problems from this PS-feature (though I did not test this in GIMP, etc.)
      - I removed all layer masks, as I was told, work with them is difficult or not really known

      Credits & Thanks
      ----------------

    2. AV-8B Harrier II.
This is my second pack of reworked AV-8B.
Basic modding skills are required to run this mod.  (copy/paste, mod folder structure etc.)
It is designed for and works only in SF2 series.

      Skin and decals set.
All units that participated in Operation Desert Storm / Desert Shield.
All decals historically correct - although I couldn't cover all modex numbers.

    3. McDonnell Douglas A-4E Skyhawk, Hellenic Air Force for STRIKE FIGHTERS 1
This is a simple mod of the Third Wire A-4E Skyhawk to create a fictional A-4E in service with the Hellenic Air Force during the 1967 to 1991 timeline. It should work with any Series One game with the A-4E LOD's and 'What If' markings are included for 330 Mira in an 'as delivered' USN scheme and also 339 Mira and 340 Mira in wrap-around camo schemes made by me using the template uploaded by BUFF.

      INSTRUCTIONS
      1. From the AIRCRAFT folder drag and drop the A-4E_HAF folder into your Aircraft folder.
      That's it!

      CREDITS
Thanks to TK for a great little game/sim.
Thanks to BUFF for uploading the A-4E template from which I've used the lines and rivets layer.
And thanks to everyone in the wider Third Wire community.

    4. SF2 Upgrade Pack For Western Transports, Airliners and AWACs by Veltro2K    6/1/2018
      = For SF2, Any/All (Full 5 Merged RECCOMENDED!) =
This is a remod pack for Veltro2k's Western/NATO Transport, Airliner and AWAC aircraft. This package =ONLY= contains the data inis for the aircraft listed below. You will still need to locate the original aircraft.
It is highly suggested (read: REQUIRED) that you have SF2NA as part of your merged installs, as several of these reference the stock 3W Tu-95 Bear destroyed model. Some reference the stock 3W An-12, Tu-16 or B-52D (SF2V) destroyed models as well. Flight Models remain "as issued"; they've not been touched by me.
All New Data Inis Included in this pack are for:
      C-5A Galaxy
      C-17 Globemaster II
      C-141A Starlifter
      C-141B Starlifter
      G-222/C-27 Spartan
      E-767
      KC-767 (KC-46)
      Nimrod MR.1 (RAF ASW/Martime Patrol)
      Br.1150 Atlantique  (ASW/Martime Patrol)
      PB-1W Navy Fortress (USN 1940s/50s AEW - B-17)
      DC-8 *
      B-747  Pan Am"Jumbo Jet"
*The DC-8 mods are for the package by Daddyairplanes*

All aircraft have had their data inis reworked to correct, add, move, remove or generally "fix" all the hit boxes, relocate components (ie: fuel tanks, as best as possible inside the airframe) and in general clean up many things that simply escaped notice. The exception here is the Pan Am 747, which gets a partly repainted skin, with all new 100% accurate civil registration number decals (18) AND their matching "Clipper" names. Decal Randomization is "TRUE". The 747 and DC-8s also get an avionics upgrade (GM radar). Some sounds are included; you may have them alread, or not; but I like "to be sure".
Please note, some of these aircraft may NOT be in the SF2 downloads section; one will need to Search the SF1/Wo* (1stGen) downloads. Equally important, is to HAVE the aircraft installed =BEFORE= installing this Upgrade Pack. Kinda makes sense, right? <gr>
As is always reccomended, unzip to a temp folder or your desktop to give easy access to the rest of this readme for it's install instructions.
      Happy Landings!

    5. Nanchang Q-5A 'Fantan' for Strike Fighters 1
This is a simple mod of the excellent Nanchang Q-5/A-5 Fantan brought to us by 101tfs, Erwin_Hans and friends back in 2008 to make a fictional export version for the Mongolian Air Force. This mod uses the famous 'ordway' MiG-19S pit and the original cockpit 'read me' is included in the aircraft folder - it's certainly worth a read.

      INSTRUCTIONS
      1. From the Aircraft folder drag and drop the Q-5A into your Aircraft folder.
That's it! I like to keep things simple so I use stock weapons and effects.

      CREDITS
Thanks to TK for a great little game/sim.
Big thanks to Erwin_Hans, 101tfs and friends.
Big thanks also to Richard Pitts2A Ordway for the Mig-19 cockpit.
And special thanks to everyone in the wider Third Wire community.

    6. To be used on SF2 S-2F Tracker by the Dev A-Team
You will get the following skins in this package :
      Reworked :
      CANA
      New :
      RCAF 1970
      RCAF 1980
      RCAF 1990

      Installation:
Copy the current pack objects/aircraft folder in your game S-2F aircraft folder.
Copy the current pack objects/decals folder in your game S-2F decals folder.
Copy the S-2F.ini and S-2F_DATA.ini to the game S-2F aircraft folder.
On the original skin (reworked one), i only did minor corrections so all credits goes to the original persons.
For the reworked one's, all done by me.
RCAF serials and plane numbers are real one's and changes have been made to them to reflect the S-2F to CP-121 modex when change occured.
      Note on RCAF skins:
I did not do the 2 other ''first scheme'' and the alternate 1980 one as i did not find it relevant and they were short lived too.
      Credits:
Thanks to Thirdwire for creating the Strike Fighters series.
Thanks to those involved in the original aircraft.
Me for the redraw of the panel lines and paint work + new skins :).
      Happy flights!

    7. This is a tutorial which I made long time ago for a friend who had installed SF2
and wanted to play multiple campaigns. Since he didn't know how to create mod
folders he requested some help and that's the reason I made it. There's a related
post at SF2 Knowledge Base which can be found here:
      https://combatace.com/forums/topic/62302-what-is-the-mod-folder/
However this tutorial is far more instructive since it was made for people who are
unaware of how to install mods. I decided to upload it since it might be useful
      for begginers.
