    1. This is only my second attempt at skinning, so don't be too harsh!

The grey Jaguar scheme is the one being used by the RAF today.

The snow scheme was applied to a few Jaguars at Coltishall a few months ago when they went on an exercise to Norway.

      I hope you like them!

Credit to Sony Tuckson for the original skins (i just reworked them, he did the difficult stuff).

    2. This is the "Tigerstripe" skin for the Strike Fighters MiG-19S. This is my third attempt at making a skin for SFP1. If you havent already made this plane flyable in SFP1, then visit MarcFighters or visit the SimHQ forums, and ask how to make it flyable; its easy.
This skin represents about 25 hours of work and is my first which draws on historical facets. It was a HUGE learning experiance. I wanted another nice camo skin, that was actually authentic for the MiG-19 as there are few for this plane. The entire paint job is modeled after a Chinese communist MiG-19/J-6 paintjob I found on the internet. This is from an unknown unit in the Chinese Peoples Republic Air Force.

    3. This is the "Blue Guards" skin for the Strike Fighters MiG-19S. While this skin draws on some historical facets, it is basically a fictitious paint job for the MiG. I just wanted a nice skin, that looked authentic for the MiG-19 as there are few for this plane.

    4. This scheme was painted on an F-6 in colours to symbolise the China-Pakistan friendship, during the F-6's retirement ceremony from PAF service at Samungli AB .
The ceremony actually served three purposes; to mark the retirement of the F-6, to welcome the F-7PG into service, and to celebrate the Sino-Pak friendship. The PAF began to rely on China for new technologies after the 1965 India-Pakistan War, when the US suspended its military aid to both countries. India turned to Russia for its arms support, while the F-6 became the first tangible evidence of Pakistan's relationship with China.

    19. MiG-17F, #3020 Air Force of the Democratic Republic of Viet Nam, 923rd Fighter Regiment Yen The, late 1960ies.

this aircraft has become one of the most famous "green snakes" of the Vietnamese air force since it's public
display in the late 1960ies. it sports 8 kill marks, amassed by different pilots. #3020 was allegedly
flown by six-kill ace Le Hai when he shot down a F-4, 14. june 1968.

popular narratives connect this aircraft with a dog fight between US-Navy aces Cunningham / Driscoll and
the elusive "Col. Tomb" on 10.mai 1972. as of today there is no sign that this Vietnamese "super ace" ever
existed outside U.S.-circles, and there is no reason to believe that this aircraft was involved in this fight.
however, #3020 does not seem to have survived the war, since it is not displayed in Viet Nam which almost
certainly would have been the case if it still existed.

No.224 Sqdn "Warlords" MiG-23MF Rakshak Skin
      ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The skin is a repackaged version of Marcelo's excellent IAF skin, which he had made for the earlier Rafael's Flogger. I renamed the files for use with bpao's new MiG-23s,added tail, nose gear and underwing serial numbers(SK401-445), 224 Sqdn Insignia on the nose, and Hazard warning near the engine intake. The skin is configured for use with howling1's IAF MiG-23MF Rakshak mod.

The package contains all 45 serial numbers(SK401-445) of Indian AF MiG-23MF "Rakshak"(s). In the early 80s, the IAF had acquired the MF version along with the ground attack BN version - which was all set for license production in India , when the MiG-27M was offered to the IAF and the MiG-27 was license produced instead.

A million thanks to Marcelo for allowing me to use his skin.
