StrikeFighter2 World War II (ETO) Hi-Res 1920x1080 Menu Screens and Music!

This mod includes custom "World War II" themed menu screens and pilots for the ETO package I hope someone will make in the future (if not already made that I don't know about). You should unzip the file and preview the new screens before installing them. I recommend doing this as there are MANY alternate screens I have in there that you might like better.
 
If you choose to install these screens, I recommend that you back up (make a copy of) your FLIGHT, MENU and PILOTDATA folders in the SF2 Mod folder you're installing this mod into. Just in case you want to go back to your original setup.
 
To install, simply unzip and copy the uncompressed FLIGHT, MENU and PILOTDATA folders to your StrikeFighter2 mod folder.
 
To remove, simply delete the FLIGHT, MENU and PILOTDATA folders and rename the copies you made to FLIGHT, MENU and PILOTDATA folders.
 
My StrikeFighter2 mod on Win97 64-bit would be something like...
 
C:\Users\<your_id>\Saved Games\Thirdwire\<Name of your ETO mod folder>\

This is my attempt to present this skin, I did not find much information, this is a modification of the existing TW skin, I hope you will like it, there are two versions of the Soviet and Afghanistan MiG-21bis, you choose which one you like. Good hunting.

These skins represent the schemes used by the RCAF on their C-54 North star with the No. 412 Transport Squadron.
The serial numbers in this skin pack along with planes numbers are real one's. 
Some details will be different then real life RCAF C-54 as they are model related (RCAF Aircraft were using Merlin engines).
You will get the following skins in this package :
48-58 Era
58-65 Era
58-65 Era (United Nations)
66-68 Era

Installation:
Copy the FOLDERS of the current pack objects/aircraft folder in your game C-54 aircraft folder.
Copy the FOLDERS of the current pack objects/decals folder in your game C-54 decals folder.
Open the Textureset.ini and edit the file by adding the texture.ini lines. 
Open the Userlist.ini and edit the lines for Canada service years.  

All decals are made by me. I completely redraw the panel lines and rivets. 
Serials are real one's and squadron specific.

In late 1944, the first French unit began its transition to reconnaissance Mustangs. 26 planes were delivered.
In January 1945, the Tactical Reconnaissance Squadron 2/33 of the French Air Force took their F-6Cs and F-6Ds over Germany on photographic mapping missions.
The Mustangs remained in service until the early 1950s, when they were replaced by jet fighters.
This is F-6D version.

 Model features:

 + All 357 serial numbers. Numbers.lst shows what aircraft reached the ASSTA upgrade.
   Trainer just means, they are in reality steerable from the back also, fully combat compatible.
   A "-D" behind means, the aircraft got decommissioned between 2000-2005.
   "CXX-XXXX" shows the aircraft crashed by month-year.
 + Many new parts and remodeled stuff. (Including external model and cockpit)
 + Many pylons are used only for the german weapons, to make them match with launch rails and weapon locks.
 + Included are several weapons, if you have them allready, you're fine.
 + Shift+7 for Night Vision Goggles in cockpit view.
 + Shift+8 deploys stairs and covers for parking.
 + Shift+9 deploys refuel probe.
 + shift+0 opens canopy.
 + Hangar and Loading screens in two resolutions. Change in the aircraft.ini your screen aspect ratio 4:3 or 16:9.
